On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

Spotless rinse didn't work had to use high pressures. Also detergent leaked down the hose from the top of the wash. Huge disappointment was the "dryer". The garbage bins are always overflowing, there are always lots of trucks there making it very hard to maneuver in and out of, and I have faced a lot of tech issues here as well. It never accepts my loyalty cards (that work fine at other locations), there are a lot of card reader malfunctions, and you will not get a receipt even if you ask for one. It is very poorly maintained and outrageously priced. Generally, I will only come here in an emergency and get like $10 worth of gas to just get me enough to get to another gas station. I am not surprised to see other reviewers having the same experience.

It had all the things expected from a modern Costco gas station (significantly lower per gallon prices than surrounding competitors, extra long hoses to allow cars to use any open slot regardless of where the gas tank is located, one-tap validation and pay if using Costco Visa card, and illuminated markets to let drivers know which nozzle is open. It wasn't particular busy, so my son-in-law was able to get in/out quickly.
