On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

Spotless rinse didn't work had to use high pressures. Also detergent leaked down the hose from the top of the wash. Huge disappointment was the "dryer". Handle was broken and put together by black electrical tape. Pressure was awful. Made due and with plenty of elbow grease I got a clean car.

But in between customers they searched the store for me. Come to find out it fell into the seat of my car and turned itself off so I couldn't hear it ring when the manager tried calling. Lol. I've been going there every morning because of the atmosphere and employees. Store is always clean as well.

There's not an indication that is the case, and no one was at the car wash nor responded to me driving over a cable indicator, etc. I had to call the gas station and they sent someone out. They apologized right away, and the attendant was friendly. Gas is cheaper here than anywhere else besides Arco. They sell fried chicken here. Smells great but haven't had it. Their store is jam packed full of snacks and candy, some I had never seen before.

It was as if he was enjoying his job even though it was freezing outside, and he was in shorts! He scrubbed and scrubbed then sent me into the carwash box. My car came out mostly clean with some missed spots (that i didn't notice until the next day). The car wash itself is a touchless box that sprays more soap and some type of finish on the car before it comes back over with a rinse. The best part of this was the awesome attitude and friendly attendant! I would have loved it it had been either forced air dried or another attendant on the other side with a hand towel. I paid $16 for a platinum wash with all the bells and whistles. While inside the car you can't really tell if it's working. After the car wash was done, I noticed a lot of the soap and water didn't dry off. However the shocker was yet to come. Most of the mud on my car was still there. There is no way to contact anyone as it's unmanned, I have filed a complaint with 76, if that doesn't work I am going to file a chargeback. My advice if you need a car wash : do it yourself or keep looking. The laser wash car wash machine is not worth it at all.
