The coupon was for their best wash, using the brushed wash (left bank), and was easy to redeem on their electronic kiosks. So far so good! After pulling in and stopping when it told me the first thing I noticed was a pretty bad smell of sewage. Not dirty-car-water and not from my car (it hadn't started working on my car yet). All in all it wasn't so bad that I couldn't handle it but... just not the vibes I expected while getting my car washed, and made me a little skeptical of the quality of the recycled water it was about to be cleaned with. The car wash did its thing, and once it was done I pulled through the dryer. It gives you 60 seconds, which was enough time for my standard car. When I got home I checked the wash quality a bit more and it was half good, half bad. The driver side of my car seemed well washed and shiny. The passenger side, unfortunately, was not. Most noticeable in the better light were small scratches from the brushes that were not there before I went through. They run the entire length of the car, the front part of which was repaired and repainted less than a year ago. I'm not sure but maybe these are just in the clear coat and buff out. The cleaning wasn't quite as good on that side either, leaving some spots where there was residue grime left on the car that came up with a touch of the finger. My car was not excessively dirty and comparable car washes have gotten it completely clean (without the noticeable scratches) even on their lower-grade washes. I got there around 4:30 PM and I guess that's a good time to show up: I drove right in without waiting. It's pretty cool they have a live cam view on their site so you can check the wait before you head over. (Right now it looks like there's a couple cars waiting for each wash lol) Some nitpicks and smaller thoughts: - i might have missed something obvious but IMO it'd be nice to have very clear signage as to which wash is which (brush versus touchless). - It'd be nice (and maybe easier to upsell people) if they gave a little more detail on the differences between the wash levels. (I didn't really interact with the kiosk except to enter the coupon code, so maybe that provides a bit more info)

He was very apologetic and explained that there was a schedule mix up that day and he wanted to make it right. I decided to give them another try and booked another appointment with them for 1/9. I was not disappointed. The crew did a phenomenal job cleaning my vehicle!

Perfunctory work…read more Didn't really try to do a complete job. There was dirt between the door and the car, around the door handles, and next to other trim. Spots on the leather. Didn't dress the leather, which it really needed. There were still large stains on the rim under the hood; we asked them to work on it, but they said they couldn't, as it needs a hard brush to remove and they don't use that. Went home, spent 5 minutes with cleaning wax and it was basically gone. See photo for the before, they wouldn't touch this. This wasn't due to a very dirty car. They allocate 4 hours, but only took a bit over 3 hours, so it's not as if they spent lots of time on other parts. When I got home, I spent about 45 minutes completing the work they didn't do. Overall, a pretty meh job, especially for the price. Not horrible, just meh.

Now that i live here, on a nice day...i'll wait in line for this specific spot. though i haven't seen much employees here i'm going to say the one that stuck out the most was Khalid, he was going above and beyond for a customer that needed a car jump. though it wasn't his job to help out someone for car problems he jump right into action. good job with your hires!

I noted right away it did not do a great job drying my car. HOWEVER, as I went about my day and my car dried, there were spots left all over my car. Spotless rinse didn't work had to use high pressures. Also detergent leaked down the hose from the top of the wash. Huge disappointment was the "dryer". Handle was broken and put together by black electrical tape. Pressure was awful. Made due and with plenty of elbow grease I got a clean car.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

Mistakes happen, but the response to mistakes is what's important............ Terrible service. The car wash failed to turn on, and staff refused to give me a refund.The automatic car wash accepted my wash code but would not start. I tried waiting several minutes and backing up and re-entering a few times; the system recognized that a car was in place but wouldn't start. I received limited help from the gas station attendant who was polite but spoke very little English. He handed me a phone to speak to his boss, who said it was impossible to give me a refund and I should come back "sometime when he's there" in person to get my car washed. I left in disgust. It's a shame because this is the only car wash in the area.
