On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

There's not an indication that is the case, and no one was at the car wash nor responded to me driving over a cable indicator, etc. I had to call the gas station and they sent someone out. They apologized right away, and the attendant was friendly. Gas is cheaper here than anywhere else besides Arco. They sell fried chicken here. Smells great but haven't had it. Their store is jam packed full of snacks and candy, some I had never seen before.

Parking spots were designated/lined out on the front and side of the building of the convenience store. One of the stalls in the gas station area was being used. Additional shared parking for businesses in Thrasher's Corner was available just back from the building, relative to Bothell Everett Highway. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a worker behind the counter. Looking through the aisles, I found a sale for Reese's king size candy items. The price, buy one get one for one dollar, was competitive for these parts. My payment method of cash was accepted, and the worker was friendly at check out. The interior of the store was clean and not cramped in feel.

I continuously see on not only the company website, but the third party websites as well, totally incorrect inventory information. As a person who is disabled and unable to drive, I pay extra to go to the location when it shows available in store, or pay to use third party services. To have incorrect inventory updates is not only an inconvenience, it actually creates a monetary loss for me while also being on a low fixed income. The employees all seem well aware of the issue, as well as the third party service providers. That leaves only one option. The people in charge simply dont feel it's important enough to address and furthermore, seem to have no problem creating scapegoast out if their employees and third party shoppers who work diligently to meet the high expectations of customers in picking not only the best for us, but also making sure to make the best decisions when having to substitute when allowed. They deserve better, and your customers deserve better. You are a very large corporation and I simply don't buy that this tech issue cannot be resolved when I shop at so many other places and do not see the same consistent pattern. Do better....by your hardworking staff and your customers who have other options.
