BUT, this is a warning, DO NOT, I mean NEVER rent or buy any property with INtouch or Ntouch property mgmt, they were in Decatur, GA, which populates when you search for them. But actually they moved, not why they failed to update, should tell you something right there. Their new address is Ntouch Properties Staff Ntouch Properties & Management 1465 Northside Drive Suite 222B Atlanta, GA 30318 Office: (678) 518-9014 www.ntouchrealtygroup.com When I say nightmare, I mean nightmare, first on program it took us 3 months to qualify...I used to be a realtor and I was like, I'm not buying the home!!! But little did I know that the home wasn't ready and they were stalling so they can prepare it but they need money, mine. So first we had to pay an application fee for every adult, once we paid $300 we were kinda of stuck. Then the stalling came that totaled 3 months and then they said we need you to pay the full month rent for February, even though my move in date was 02/15/22 and March we will prorate you. Now, I have paid the application, security deposit, and now instead of a prorated amount which we were looking forward to, was taking away with no option to back out without loosing money and time. Just to let you know during my 1 year lease, I experienced 2 floods, 1 gas leak and about 1 month 1/2 without a refrigerator for $1,895 a month and was never late, Oh and we clean the place and must as possible because the 2nd flood in late January and damaged the kitchen, pantry, bath, kitchenette, family room, bathroom upstairs, hallway upstairs, carpet in part of master bedroom, and down part of the steps. After all of that, they stole my security deposit, I believe out of retaliation, that wanted me to allow them to work on the house while we prepared to move, I said no. Also, every flood we had to move to a hotel. The 2nd flood was only for a few days because the pipe burst in the wall we didn't have water. Oh and in the midst of my lease, they get an entire new staff, now how you charging me for interior paint for $750, listen I was so stressed and my spirit was broken, I never put up any pics, we cleaned this place like I always do, and was always received my security deposit, but you said they charged $740 to have it professionally cleaned. Again, taking or stealing my deposit to pay for the flood damage in this house. WARNING****DO NOT, DO NOT, UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE SCAMMED RENT OR BUY FROM INTOUCH OR NTOUCH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. The owner needs her license taken and she needs to be forced to discontinue business.

My landlord is selling her property and we understood that. I have a mom who had a stroke and a sister who is in the hospital on a breathing machine. With this Covid virus spreading and killing alot of people. She calling telling me that someone wants to come look at the property and I let her know I will not be there, and it is not a good time. I am back and forth to the hospital and she told me she can come to my house and let them. I told her it was not a good time for the second time. And Quetta told me she will just comethere and let them in. I told her she couldn't do that. Knowing about this Covid and how deadly it is she told me she didn't need permission to enter my house. Not to mention, She just called yesterday telling me the owner was selling and told me once she gets off the phone I am putting the house on the market. And became rude when I starting asking question. I am not sure the owner knows she has an employee who is treating tenants in this matter. There are many problems that has happened when dealing with Quetta. The heat went out in this house and my father and I both called intouch properties in Decatur 4 days straight multiple times and our call was ignored. Quetta is the one who suppose to answer the calls after hours. She told me that my parents should have sent in an email workorder and I told her my parents doesn't have an email. If there was a problem they have always called the office in the pass before she was ever hired. Quetta had the nerve to tell me, we never called the office. She asked me for the number that I have for office and couldn't say anything. Quetta is very disrespectful and I wish I can get intouch with the owner. There is just so much more to say but I don't have enough room. I just want the owner to know your employee is a bad representation of your company with a review score of a 2.5. I asked her why was she so defensive and rude on the phone. She told me, " you don't want me to tell you what I think of you." My family was never late on rent ever, but rent was increase without any acknowledgement and after six months, Quetta sends a letter stating my parents owe over 2500 dollars in late fees that including our rent we paid. Enough is enough. By law if someone threatens to entering your home without inviting them that is very dangerous for that person. Who makes threats like that and still has a job. Mrs. Stephanie Jester, I was told by people how your employee Quetta is and it is all true. She is bringing your company down, I have been trying to get intouch with you for a while now but I was told by another tenant under your company to go this route. Quetta is disgusting and karma is real. I read reviews about your company and how people have complained on her. I have gotten an attorney and called the police about the things she have said and done. I advice anyone you wants to use intouch properties management company if a Quetta answers the phone hang up. Quetta has brought that company down. Mrs. Stephanie Jester, Quetta knows exactly who I am because this threat just happened today. I had to give this company a star just to post this review. I apologize for any grammatical errors. I am just over people like Quetta. Say whatever about me but when you constantly come for my family becomes a problem.

My mother lives alone and to find about this crime on the news is unacceptable!! I have had enough of the incompetence of the management office and laziness that all the residents deserve better! The filthy breezeways and stairways of the buildings that was totally visible on the news when I saw it and the money they charge at Belle Vista is not worth the money my mother pays for each month and she will not allow any of friends to visit her because of the terrible upkeep of the buildings!! I promised my mom I would not do an report but I will be speaking to a friend of mine Lorraine Johnson who will be the new CEO of DeKalb in January for my mom's sake as well as for all the residents who deserve better!

    My experience with this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. I was advised by the…read moreleasing agent to apply and pay a $350 holding fee in order to "lock in the rate." After paying, I was then told the rental rate fluctuates and that I'd need to wait for the lowest possible rate. For over a month, I followed up consistently and was repeatedly told to wait, only to find out--just two weeks before my scheduled move-in--that the rate was actually higher. I pushed back, since I was told all along that waiting would secure me the lowest rate. The agent promised to finalize everything, but then stopped answering calls. A week later, I had to physically go to the office three days before my move-in date. At that point, I found out the agent no longer worked there, none of my information had been transferred, the apartment wasn't ready, and I still had no lease or confirmed rental rate. When I expressed my frustration and requested my deposit back, the manager simply apologized for the lack of communication but refused to refund my $350, even though their negligence caused the entire issue. I was told I could still move in because the apartment would supposedly be ready one day before my scheduled move. By then, I had lost all trust in their process. This experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and a waste of my time and money. I will be escalating this legally to recover my deposit. Our community deserves better business practices than this.
