Yearly inspection were done, and we always passed with flying colors. We were always complimented on the cleanliness and up keep of the property. Upon moving out it was a breeze with RPM. I believe if you maintain a home properly move out will be easier. A move out list was given to us; move day came and went. Move out Inspection was done by RPM without any problems. My encounters with TC were always pleasurable as well as professional. We did our part which allowed them to do their part. Which leaves both parties happy and satisfied. The smell was absolutely horrid, my toddler cried and wanted to leave because of the stench and my husband couldn't even finish the tour! I cannot believe you all are allowing showings of the property with such a pungent odor and the driveway being the way that it is. After speaking with Tammy she informed us the driveway will not be repaired "...it's not in the budget..." for them to fix and the smell will not be eliminated until the property "...does not rent..." my family and I will be looking elsewhere.
