Quick reasonable quote. I went with another provider due to timing but would have been comfortable with Georgia Radon Solutions.

This…read morewas my husband and my first time buying a home, and honestly, I had no idea what I was getting into. On top of that, my husband works all around the state, so I was doing most of the house hunting by myself. Chelsea stepped in and made me feel supported from day one. She took the time to really get to know what we wanted in a home, what mattered most to us, and what we could realistically afford. She also paired me with a team that fit exactly what I needed, which made such a difference and helped everything run smoothly. Chelsea was so easy to work with, always responsive, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt overwhelmed because she stayed on top of every step and guided me through the entire process. The biggest thing for me was trust. Chelsea never pressured me, not once. She gave honest advice, shared her real opinions, and always had our best interests in mind. Her personality is also a huge part of why this experience was so positive. She instantly made me feel comfortable, like I had known her forever, and like I was house hunting with a friend who truly cared. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and genuinely awesome to work with, hire Chelsea. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

To say he and the team exceeded my expectations from an execution and customer service side of things, would be an understatement. One don't ever get a place from them doing an auction with them. They just get their people to find out how much their buyers will pay then the auction is just their circle of people you aren't present, and it honestly felt like there was a fluffer invloved that just pushed the number up to the highest number that a buyer said they would pay when they could have gotten it cheaper. It really feels that way when you find out the one person that pushed the number to highest number of another person is related to the owner. The Atlanta location has a woman there who seems like a sweet innocent church girl, but will lie right to your face. First time flippers be very careful dealing with their hard money lenders. They will literally help them sell you on a loan saying they will fund your rehab when in reality they will reimburse your rehab after reviewing what you did and claim to have spent. They would not provide that part of the information to us until 1 1/2 - 2 hrs before closing when asked multiple times and in days in advanced if not a week in advance. They keept our $7,500 deposit (just like a thief) due to us backing out of contract at the last minute since they and their lender (Easy Street Capital who has a F on BBB by the way) would not provide that important piece of information until last minute. If we would have closed on that deal we would have been put into a bad financial position because this whole time we were led to believe that they would fund our rehab not reimburse our rehab. Even had to argue with them about the difference between the definition of funding and reimbursement because apparently they don't know the difference. Be very careful in dealing with them and remember they will sell you to their lender as them funding your project but just know that it is all a LIE! They will just reimburse your rehab just like paying a contractor and not even give you a deposit to get started.

Wholesaler lied to me about several items about a condo:…read more 1) ARV: She gave an ARV of $125k based on a comp that sold two weeks prior. That building was the only new building in the complex, every other building is dilapidated. The condo was already renovated so it made the deal that more tempting. 2) New HOA: She said the HOA was new and active. They had the same HOA for six years and they do nothing. At $220/mo, they're just lining their pockets. 3) Rents: She said I could rent for $1000-1200. However, two hours before closing the HOA called and said it had to be owner-occupied. 4) Active listings: I brought up a few rehabbed properties in the same complex that had 30-70 days on market already. She said those didn't count, and just to focus on the $125k comp. 5) Closing: After learning about the rental situation, I wanted to terminate. The wholesaler said the seller had already signed and would sue NW then me if I didn't close. When I asked what the limit of my damages were, the wholesaler wouldn't respond.
