If one is on vacation, the other is there to help. 2) They are always willing to show properties at almost all reasonable times of the day. There was never a time when I saw a property and wanted to see it, that they were unable to help me see it within 24 hours. 3) They are very knowledgeable of the North Atlanta, Dunwoody area. 4) While I was having last minute problems with my mortgage broker, both Patty and Mary Beth answered questions I had about the loan process that my broker would not respond to. This wasn't necessary but certainly helpful. 5) They are very good at helping you through the negotiation process and very forthcoming with information about what can be negotiated for, what can't be, what may need fixing, and what you need to be concerned about on a property. 6) They learn your likes and dislikes and help cater to what you want in your price range. 7) They are super patient. Now for the cons: Visitor Parking is on top of deck, Walls and floors are paper-thin, Manager is not the friendliest person, Water pipe issues throughout, High HOA fees ($271/mo), and Dog poop everywhere (even with a rule to pick it up).
