With three young kids and two dogs, we wanted to make sure we had room for everyone. He was able to meet with us on multiple occasions and show us around the houses we chose. This is what sets him apart from every agent I've ever worked with. Not only did he provide details on the homes we wanted to see, but he drove out to every single property (and there were A LOT) and provided feedback on what we may/may not like about homes and their areas and also mapped out our days to maximize our time while we visited. His attention to detail and ability to know his clients sets him above everyone else. We ultimately found our home and really couldn't have done it without his guidance, patience and overall kindness that he exhibits. Even when we were met with some challenges, he helped keep us grounded and reassured us when we needed it most.     My boyfriend somehow found Kelly+Co and I'm really glad he did. It was our first time as homebuyers…read moreso the process was entirely new to us. I didn't even know such agencies existed. We had a very good experience. As one reviewer mentioned, they literally have everything you could need connections wise to help you throughout the process. Don't have a lender? No problem, they can make great recommendations. Don't have an inspector? No problem, they can recommend one. The process of buying a home especially the time we did, the market was extremely competitive. Homes were easily having at least 10 offers at a time, so how can you stand out. We were able to close on a house within a little over a month of starting our home search. We worked with Caitlin and she was absolutely fantastic! I would recommend Kelly+Co without a second thought. If I ever did have to sell a house, I'd use them. I love the convenience of everything they have to offer. Their office is really cute as well :). We were able to close on a house within about a 2 month time frame from when we initially had our first meeting and started looking at homes.

Robin has been a listing agent on a home I sold, a listing agent on a house I bought, and, recently, was the buyer agent on my current home. I have never known Robin to be late and Robin was very hands-on. Robin and her team are fast and very efficient. Robin has excellent insight and knows what it takes to get the most financial return for any home. Robin really looks out for her clients. Robin approaches her client's home buying/selling process as if Robin was purchasing or selling the home for herself. Robin has excellent resources available to answer any questions on repairs, remodeling, staging, timelines, and inspections. Robin can provide excellent recommendations on design changes and even services you may need performed after closing.
