I can say, with 100% certainty, that hiring Katie and her team as "our friends in real estate" was…read moreeasily one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. My husband and I recently relocated to Georgia from Florida and were ready to purchase our first home - yep in this market. I reached out to Katie to put some feelers out as I did with a few other agents in the area. After one conversation with Katie I canceled all my other calls with other agents. Katie put my husband and I at ease about our reluctance to even pursue a home at this time considering how crazy the market was. She paired us up with Tori, and mentioned she thought Tori would be a great match. Katie was right. Tori is an absolute rockstar and was a dream to work with. She is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and so supportive. She gave us such great advice and was always able (and willing) to answer all of our questions - which there were plenty. Tori never pushed us to make decisions and was so sweet and compassionate the entire time. We had quite an exhausting search, and I was emotionally on a roller coaster for several months. Every single time I was feeling really low, Tori had some sort of spidey-sense and would call me and make me feel so much better. Despite how relieved I was to have finally have one of our offers accepted, I would be lying if I said there was a big part of me that was not sad when it ended. So while I can say Tori was absolutely successful in equipping us with the tools we needed to secure our first home, I am more bummed I don't get to see her and chat on a regular basis anymore. Tori played such an instrumental role in our lives the last few months and we will be indebted to her for as long as we can remember. I truly cannot speak any more highly of Katie and her entire team. You are truly doing yourself a disservice by using anyone else to buy or sell your home. We are actually looking forward to all of our future real estate endeavors because we get to work with our new friends again. When Katie says her and her team will be "your friends in real estate" she really does mean it and absolutely delivers. Fantastic at what they do and so sweet, knowledgeable, and compassionate the entire way. Truly just a team of really fantastic humans. I feel truly blessed and fortunate to have found Katie and her team and to have had the opportunity to work with them. I can assure you, Katie's team will not disappoint. Don't sign a brokerage agreement with anyone else!

I would recommend Kelly+Co without a second thought. If I ever did have to sell a house, I'd use them. I love the convenience of everything they have to offer. Their office is really cute as well :). Every single time I felt the stress bubbling up, one phone call to Leah would calm my nerves and remind me that there was nothing to worry about because we were in the best possible hands. From our first showing to closing day and beyond, it was obvious that in addition to her extensive expertise, Leah is genuinely passionate about helping her clients enjoy a smooth and successful home-buying experience. I love how communicative and efficient Leah is. I never had to wonder what was going on because she always kept us in the loop and gave excellent advice throughout the whole process. She has a strong network of reliable contacts for anything you might need from inspectors to movers and everything in between. When logistical issues prevented us from physically making it to the closing on time, Leah jumped in and served as our surrogate by doing a video final walk-through for us and collecting the keys. She then met us at the house with a sweet arrangement of thoughtful gifts and a few essentials that came in very handy after a long day of traveling. Buying a home anywhere is a very stressful process. Buying a home hundreds of miles away from your hometown while trying to sell your current home and juggling the endless logistical challenges of a cross-state move makes regular home-buying stress seem like child's play. The most valuable lesson I learned in this whole process is that you should choose your realtor as carefully as you choose your future home because that one choice can play a huge role in whether your dream home becomes a reality or devolves into more of a nightmare. As I write this review sitting comfortably in my beautiful new home that likely would have slipped through my fingers had I chosen any other agent, I can assure you that Leah Akiki is the dream maker you need in your corner. There is no better real estate professional and nobody else I would ever consider using for my future real estate needs.
