Frequent accounting errors were made in her favor- never in mine. She was slow to correct these errors. She was slow to respond to emails and apparently had a hard time understanding why I was requesting receipts and invoices for work done. She forgot she had the tenants sign a year lease and tried to have them sign again 6months early. There was a concern that she was pushing for work that might not be necessary, and also that her handyman was also her boyfriend. Whether or not that was the case, it appears very unprofessional, and I was embarrassed that my tenants had to deal with her.
