"Working with Ashton Ballard to manage our long-distance move from Massachusetts to Georgia was an…read moreabsolute dream. Before we even made the move, Ashton spent time on the phone helping us narrow down neighborhoods and align our search with our top priorities. When it came to viewing homes, she was direct, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Coming from the Northeast, we were totally unfamiliar with local structural nuances like stucco exteriors, but Ashton proactively pointed out exactly what to look for. Her expertise didn't stop at finding the house, either--she connected us with fantastic local vendors, including a great mortgage broker, cleaners, electricians, and engineers for a retaining wall project. Her guidance on crafting a competitive offer got us the home we loved, and the entire paperwork and closing process was seamless and efficient. We were genuinely amazed at how effortless buying a home from 1,000 miles away could be. If you are relocating or buying locally, you could not ask for a better advocate than Ashton!"

We had recently become parents, so selling the house added a huge stress to an already stressful situation. George was very patient with us and completely professional through the whole process (including dealing with the interference from the parents and in-laws). Having lived in the (100+ year) house for 10 years without doing much maintenance, the place need a complete overhaul to sell. George recommended some great people who were much less expensive than others we quoted. Through his people we got about $10,000 worth of work (new paint, door replacements, redone wood floors and wood repair, duct replacements, sump pump installation, staging, for $6K. George was hands-on throughout the renovation and staging. He was also our buyer's agent on the new house and helped us deal with an awful seller's agent.

I've (we've) know Derek Wood for 17 years. We worked together at a local restaurant and formed a…read morefast bond due to his consistent friendly and hard working nature. Frank was a pretty regular face at the restaurant and we always looked forward to seeing him because he was genuine, polite and brought a calming presence with him. So when I learned that Derek was studying to be an agent and would go on to work with Frank, I was very excited for him. We have numerous friends and neighbors that are great agents, but Derek is like family to us, so we knew that he'd be the perfect fit when we decided to sell our home and find a home. I had hoped that because of our familial relationship he'd know that we trusted him and perhaps that would make it more relaxing for him. What I know about Derek is that he values people's time, has a high work ethic, is a person of integrity and aims to treat everyone fairly. So, it should've come as no surprise to me that we felt pampered. Derek was ALWAYS available, prompt, communicative, enthusiastic, made an effort to listen, demonstrated profound knowledge and wasn't too proud to say 'let me check on that', which he would consult multiple avenues to be certain he got and gave the correct information. Our situation was unique in that Derek met our buyers at our first open house and they were in need of an agent. Throughout the process we felt very supported and represented. Derek's desire to be fair, prompt and transparent made him a great liaison. Because of this, we feel like we have gained friends rather than buyers. It's taken me longer than I planned to write this review because I got lost in growing the garden I always wanted. Spring has reminded me how grateful I am to Derek. We are truly living our dream right now and it's hard to imagine being anywhere else. Derek made the experience fun, which is not something I would've ever attributed to the moving, selling, or buying a house process. I will cherish these days in this home, but when it's time to move on, I look forward to having Derek by our side.

I was in an unfortunate situation to find a home during the Covid crisis, I found him on GAMLS site for rental homes. As before I would give them a call or text..as most of them never answered. I was constantly being told that the homes were no longer available and getting discouraged. I spoke with Titus, we set up a time, was very prompt and courteous. (We followed the six foot rule lol) I instantly fell in love with this home. I felt that it was perfect for me and my family. I soon found that my move out date was conflicting with the owners move in expectations so I was advised that there were several others that are interested and that one even had cash in hand!! I was devestated!! Typically once the realtor has received word an application was received..thats the end all be all usually. I usually never hear from the realtor after that. But Titus took this opportunity and offered to help me look for other rentals. I was shocked! I thought wow this is wonderful!!! Because i wasn't having any luck on my own. He simply asked me what I was looking for, I gave him my criteria and within 24 hours I received a link via email with almost 60 property listings to choose from! Titus patiently worked with me to tweaked my criteria to my likings...but somehow I still couldn't find what I wanted. The previous house I had my eye on I was comparing it to every other house I saw! Lol 2 weeks later Titus asked if I was still interested in the original home...I screamed!!!! I wasted no time and jumped on it!...and GUESS WHAT!! I GOT THE HOUSE!!! Titus is AMAAZING!! He really didn't have to extend himself the way he did honestly...most realtors I've come across will not invest much time in leasing.. only selling homes and thats ONLY if you have what they're looking for..Titus turned what I thought would be impossible to do because of the pandemic... possible! I am forever grateful and I am definitely going to refer him to everyone I know and don't know! Thank you again Titus! You'll definitely be the one I call when its time for me to buy!!
