We had recently become parents, so selling the house added a huge stress to an already stressful situation. George was very patient with us and completely professional through the whole process (including dealing with the interference from the parents and in-laws). Having lived in the (100+ year) house for 10 years without doing much maintenance, the place need a complete overhaul to sell. George recommended some great people who were much less expensive than others we quoted. Through his people we got about $10,000 worth of work (new paint, door replacements, redone wood floors and wood repair, duct replacements, sump pump installation, staging, for $6K. George was hands-on throughout the renovation and staging. He was also our buyer's agent on the new house and helped us deal with an awful seller's agent.

We were always informed in advance and given an opportunity to make a decision how to proceed. Kathy Haye

The main property manager is so rude. I had some a few issues and questions and tried to contact her for help but they never responded. They got mad at me when I spoke about my concerns. She said something on the lines of "I am the Landlord and you are the tenant you don't tell me what to do". Also they don't have an office building so it is impossible to speak with them face to face. I give this business two thumbs down. Rent from someone else please.
