Use Jason when you are buying or selling your next home! You won't be disappointed.

We had recently become parents, so selling the house added a huge stress to an already stressful situation. George was very patient with us and completely professional through the whole process (including dealing with the interference from the parents and in-laws). Having lived in the (100+ year) house for 10 years without doing much maintenance, the place need a complete overhaul to sell. George recommended some great people who were much less expensive than others we quoted. Through his people we got about $10,000 worth of work (new paint, door replacements, redone wood floors and wood repair, duct replacements, sump pump installation, staging, for $6K. George was hands-on throughout the renovation and staging. He was also our buyer's agent on the new house and helped us deal with an awful seller's agent.

I filed a small claims case agains Christoper Russell because I paid him, a contractor who is…read morelicensed in the state of Georgia to draw up floor plans for a nail salon that I am starting. On August 13, 2020, I paid him the retainer fee in the form of a direct transfer from my Bank of America Account to his account that he requested in the amount of $350 and the balance of $450 when the job was completed. Christopher Russell assured me that the plans would be complete in 2 days. After about 3-4 days I contacted Chris and requested the floor plans he told me that he would have my plans submitted on Monday, August 17, 2020. On Wednesday, August 19, 2020, asked for the plans he told me that he wasn't finished. Then he kept giving me the run around. I ask him to at least send me a picture that he even started the job, nothing. After that, he would not answer my calls, text messages, or emails. It wasn't until August 25, 2020, when he saw that I left reviews about his business on Yelp and his Facebook page that he called me and demanded I take down my reviews. He also threatens to keep my money and floor plans unless I took down the reviews. He then went onto my social media and in retaliation posted things about me. Mr Russell is now claiming to have my floor plains but is refusing to give them to me or even show me anything that he has "supposedly" started. He is maliciously keeping the floor plans that I have paid for and is costing me money as I have hired a contractor to do the work that I can not get done on the start dates and I have lost my deposit with the contractor that is to start my work in the amount of $1500.00. I now have to pay rent for a space that I can not occupy in the amount of $3000.00 because the floor plans are not given to me. I also spoke with Georgia secretary of state and found that Christoper Russell is not a licenced artictect, not a contractor licenced to work on Commercial spaces but residential spaces. Christopher Russell is not an architect and I would not be able to use these drawings because they have to be done by a licenced Architect in the state of Georgia and the drawing myst have a wet stamp along with a signature from a licenced architect. I went on his company's facebook, yelp and google I noticed other people were complaining that he ripped them off. I got in touch with a women listed on his website and she confirmed that he is a scam artist that no longer works for him and that other people are complaining and waiting on their money back. Zack Blain was another person that I noticed left a review on his facebook reveiw ("Chris is a nightmare of a person. Do not bring him your business. He has a serious drug problem and needs help. He still owes me money to this day and refuses to pay up. Highly do not recommend you waste your time with him. Literally take your business anywhere else") (WEBSITE:(https://clearskyhomes.com/), FACEBOOK: (https://www.facebook.com/Clear-Sky-Homes-and-Construction-100240218051414/) YELP: https://www.yelp.com/biz/clear-sky-homes-atlanta-3
