The agent scheduling the appointment lied through her teeth, I made it very clear that I was not willing to sign any type of paperwork, allowing them to either be a buyers or a sellers agent. When the agent came here, it was clear they are nothing more than a wholesaler and they are just looking for a listing and they tried to tie up your property and then turn around and find an investor to give you a lowball offer. Less than half of the value. Stay away from these scam artist, I'm going to almost guarantee that all the reviews that are positive are bought and fake reviews.
