My wife and I have a plumbing problem for at least four to five months. And we can't get any repairs done right. It's coming to the point that we are going to call channel 2 action News. We are senior citizens we pay our rent every month. And when contact the landlord he says contact property management. Can i give them a -5 for cruelty and insensitivity. They love hidden charges and the facility maintenance is total crap. They charge you even for maintenance calls that are not mentioned in the lease to be responsibility of the renter. And then yhey just decide not to fix somethings. They do not care about your comfortability or environmental health and rest of mind while leasing from them. I got tired of their crap 4-5 months after moving in. I am not a fan of this company. As a owner, I felt that they did not properly manage my property. They moved appliances out of my home without permission, allowed the tenants to change the locks on my home without permission, the tenants built structures in my backyard without my nor the HOA permission and allowed the tenants to trash my house on move out. The trashing of my home is a hard one to stop but had this company been doing its job, they could have foreseen that may happen. Also, they allowed the tenants to pay late and would not charge a late fee unless I called them and insisted that one be charged. And the tenants were late...sometimes paying on the 10th of the month. The company would not send my money till about the 20th of the month. I had mysterious maintenance charges on my statement that I would have to call about to inquire what the charges was and noone knew. To add insult to injury, the nickel and dime you with fees here and there and everywhere! They have so many fees for things, they should be a bank!! I am not happy with them, your experience may differ, but just go in with your eyes open. read more

I wrote a review on YesiRent on 1/28/22 about how bad their commumication is. While I still think that commumications and returning phone calls is a top priority. I must give credit where credit is due. I got a call this moring from the regional director and she assured me. That they are aware, and that there are some changes coming to address those issues. But if I wanted to take my listing back she understood. I went to their office this morning. When I got there, Tracy Brown was most pleasant and accommodating. She released my listing and funds due me with out any problem. At least I have to say, they do have a "No-Cost Easy-Cancellation Promise®. You can cancel for ANY reason Guaranteed with a 30-days notice without fees! " Like their website says. While this does not make up for bad service, they do seem to stand behind what they say. Did a self-tour of a home, they said the application fee would be refunded if I wasn't selected to rent. It's been a month since I applied and I haven't heard back from anyone. I've been calling to check my application and possibly see if I can receive my money back however it's super hard to get a hold of anyone here. My roommate finally talked to someone and they claimed they changed their policies on application refunds 2 days prio to the phone conversation. Beware tenants or owners doing business with Yesirent. We leased a home for 1 year during a remodel from another real estate company. Yesirent bought the lease about mid way through the year. We had maintenance issues that took 5 months to resolve and 1 they simply "chose not to fix". On our move out they had an "inspector" show up that had no documentation of our move in inspection for comparison and had zero interest in looking at ours. He was looking for "rehab items" he could charge to the owners. We had hired professionals for cleaning, carpet cleaning, pool service and yard and provided receipts. We were told the house looked great then got a disposition email from the property manger that was not present that deducted $250 for cleaning and $80 for broken blinds. We responded but heard nothing back for days. She then requested the move in inspection as if it were not supplied during sale of our lease. We have not signed off on any disposition nor have we ever gotten a detailed response as to why any of our deposit was held although we have requested it multiple times. She had a check cut for deducted amount prior to receiving the move in inspection or our response. This is not the way the law in Georgia works. We are filing complaints with the BBB and the board of realtors. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable business. I can supply documentation for everything in this review including video of our move out inspection. read more

Bravo managed our rental property for a few years and was generally just terrible. They didn't talk to us about lease renewal terms, allowed pets when we said "no pets", had mysterious maintenance charges that they couldn't explain when we asked about them (and didn't notify us about them when they allegedly came up). Don't have them manage your property! We are much happier after moving to a different company. read more

They never call back and have the worst communication I have ever seen with large turn over at the office a great sign. I'm a current tenant in one of their properties. Once you move into their property, it is almost impossible to get a hold of them, on the phone or email, unless you drive all the way down to Stockbridge, GA. However, you will still not get your issues solved at their main office because the workers in the office have "no authority" to solve things. If you are looking at their properties, think twice. You won't get to talk to their property managers once you move in. Meaning, you will have so much difficulty with payment issue, maintenance issues. read more

Renter BEWARE! Of all the places I have rented, this is by FAR my worst experience. It took them over a MONTH to fix faulty electrical outlets (a fire hazard). Other maintenance requests they ignored or cancelled. Communicating with them was near impossible. They do not answer phones, they ignore emails. When I moved out they kept coming up with reasons that we owed them more money. Do Not Use Bravo. read more

I have rented a 3-bdrm house from Bravo since April 1, 2014 and thus far it has been nothing short of disastrous in terms of their non-response time on maintenance issues (it took 5 months to get a functioning dishwasher and they have never responded to my cockroach - YES, I SAID COCKROACH issues). The fact that they have "compassionate" in their tagline is a complete farce. From Start (the walk-through with an unprofessional, lackluster "agent" named Erica who never returned calls such that I actually had an agent unrelated to Bravo show me the house initially) to Finish (speaking to Bravo Group President about legitimate issues with my home) the experience has been so void of anything resembling customer service, it would be devastating if not for my own fortitude and self-worth (I empathize with those unable to stand up for themselves in this economy with slum lords like Bravo Property Management putting their needs over their tenants' quality of life). Bravo Group Property Management's marketing of their brand is way off the mark. Seeing as it is actually 'perception management' - I guess they're getting one thing right. read more

I don't post reviews often at all, but i am so flabbergasted at how this company runs their business, I feel like it's my duty to warn others. This is possibly the worst rental management business I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been trying for almost a month to have someone contact me about a 3 bedroom townhouse I was interested in renting. I called, emailed, left messages, posted comments on their youtube page, every single thing imaginable and have received absolutely zero response. If this is how they treat potential clients wanting to give them money, I shutter to think how they treat people who have already signed a lease. I will not be giving them my business ever, and will tell everyone I know to avoid them like a plague. I don't even know where to begin, this is the most unreliable company I have ever had to deal with. I have been a tenet of theirs for a year, since day one I have had problems with them, When I first moved in our grass was really tall but I was told they would have someone to cut it, well the property manager came out on his personal lawn mower and cut our grass, which at the time I thought was sweet, oh how wrong I was, the bushes around our house where never cut, which caused a different problem. Get to that in a minute, also the property manager told us the house had only been vacated for a few months, which was a lie when I talked to my neighbor no has lived here for years, which would have been fine if someone had done some kind of up keep on it, there where spider webs everywhere and other problems. So I thought no big deal we will get pest control to come out and spray and be done with it.. hmm nope, pest control came out and due to the bushes never being cut the spiders and other bugs made a nice little home for themselves and it was going to cost us hundreds to fix it. I really wished our problems stop there but they don't On month after living in this money pit, the septic tank backed up and made a nice waterfall in our laundry room, which went all over the carpet downstairs. I called bravo group to let them know about my new waterfall it took them a month to come fix it. so anytime my family would run any kind of water it would just pour all over the carpet. I did my best to keep it dry but I was failing bad. Which everyone knows, you don't clean water up from the carpet over a period of 3 months it turns in to mold, and yes they knew about the carpet. They sent some after 3 month to come clean it, hmm can we say to late After a month or so after they cleaned the carpet my at the time 7 month old daughter and husband started to get sick the doc said it could be because of the mold in our house, so we paid someone 500 to come and check the carpet for mold, the test came back positive, we told bravo group, they told us they were going to send someone else out to re test it, ok that took a months. Needless to say me and my daughter had to move out due to her being sick all the time, while me and my daughter where away they came and fixed it,, only took them 5 months This was some of the bigger issue we have had with them, we have had gas leaks they did nothing about, we had to pay someone to fix Now we are at the end of this horrifying story and they are still trying to stick it to us, we were told we had to give a 60 day notice before moving, ok fine, I was not home when the 60 day mark hit, so I gave a 30 day notice, I told them I was going to be 7-31-13, then I was called and told we had to stay for the whole 60 days, ok fine, me and my family wanted to move earlier but where willing to tough it out one more month, now they are charging us 100 more dollars a month because our lease had ended. This is a company more concern for the bottom line (your money) then your safety and will try and squeeze whatever penny you have left read more

Maintenance SUCKS!! They are slow with maintenance request. It take anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months to complete a maintenance request that's after you call them several times to be transferred to voice or they will tell u someone from maintence with call u back but he never does. You have to stay on these people. read more

I currently rent a house from Bravo and I am considering moving on with a different rental company. Please inspect the house you rent well ahead of time and make sure they fix any issues before you sign a lease. After you are in lease, though you can usually get someone on the phone, they will send you the cheapest and worst maintenance people (with the exception of the ac repairman). We have had several issues that were "fixed" only to mess up and need fixing again within 2 months. Since the house we currently rent has lots of problems, this has been a huge inconvenience for us. I just tried to call and talk to my property manager about this (they change too often so I do not know his or her name), got put on hold, and then after waiting several minutes, they hung up on me. This is the service you should expect so I wish future tenants good luck! read more

I am an owner of the property managed by Bravo since 2010. I do not live in georgia and that is one of the problems. I fully agree with some of the early reviewers that they are impossible to get hold of on the phone.,never return phone calls unless you call (in my case long distance from 3000 miles away !!)_many times over and seem to answer phones by accident than as a matter of duty.. There is also a revolving door assignment of executives who are supposed to be looking after your property. Although they do satisfactory job of collecting rent the monthly statements are always off and have some weird way of calculating receivables and payable. You can not ask for the accounting person for clarifications as the assigned representative is supposed to explain it all to you only if you can get a hold of him/her. Having a large portfolio of properties to manage is an excuse often repeated for lack of response as if it is our problem. I also agree on one other comment that they are always upfront in collecting their fees or dues but are totally unwilling to accommodate your emergency situations. Two of my calls to owner Joe Watkins did not fare any better. The only positive review written by Angie A. is not worth the piece its written on because she was the one who managed and botched everything including loss of rental money on the same property between 2008 to 2010 and passed me on to Bravo. She is currently renting a place in their building ( I am sure on very favorable terms) I have been promised better service with hiring of additional personnel but then again I have heard of this before. Where shall I begin? I could never get in contact with an agent. When I spoke with Preston he referred me to two different agents Sharon and Tiffany which never answered the phone but always responded via text message. Which I think is not a good impression. In my opinion you do not conduct business through text message. I'm not sure who would do that but for something with such importance a little bit consideration would have been appreciated, but I was sadly mistaken. After three days of communicating with Sharon via text message I just got fed up and decided to contact the office and spoke with Preston again who in my opinion did not seem to be quite interested in what I had to say about this agent. I will never recommend this company to anyone please, do your research and understand that you are just as important as your money is. No one should have to experience such disgrace. Everyone should be treated with respect and this company definitely dropped the ball. read more

We recently moved into a rental property on Friday, August 1, 2014. The process of inspection of this property was severely rushed, due to the Bravo Group waiting until late in the afternoon on the day we were scheduled to be out of our previous property to do the inspection. The property manager was not present and the inspector had limited knowledge about the property. The inspector's suggestion was that we make a list and contact Michael directly to answer any additional questions we may have. We have been trying to contact the property manager ever since August 1st, to discuss the issues, and have not been successful. I have tried to contact Bravo many times via email and phone calls, and have left several messages for both the property manager and the company as a whole, but have been unsuccessful. I cannot seem to get to the office in person, because the hours of operation conflicts with my own work schedule. Not being able to speak with an agency representative has caused several issues for me and my family because there were many questions about the property that we needed immediate answers to. For instance, the Friday we moved in, I asked the inspector if the water needed to be cut on. His response was that it looked as though it was already on, but that I would need to speak with Michael about it. That next Monday when I returned home from work I found out the water had been cut off because we only had 48 hours to get the water connected. The rental is our first house. We were neither aware nor informed of all the items including utilities that we would be responsible for switching over prior to our move-in because certain types of bills have typically been included in the rent. I had no clue where to go, or how long I had to get it done. We did not have an issue with having to pay a water bill; the problem is that we were not informed in a timely manner so the money was not budgeted. Our family went without water since August 3, 2014. It was not connected until Monday, August 11, 2014. The water was among the many questions my husband and I originally had. We not only have a newborn that was sick at the time, but our older children were to start school that week as well. You can only imagine the havoc that reaped on our lives. This is only one among many, many incidents we have encountered since moving into the property. read more

Needless to say I was skeptical that any of the outstanding issues would be addressed given my experience with the others, but they stepped up to the plate immediately. When there has been an issue in Bonny's court, she has ensured we communicated and came up with the best course of action for both of us. Property management groups are stuck between that rock and hard place, so when you find a team that listens, is proactive, treats you with respect, and works with you to find a solution that satisfies the owner and the tenant, they are a keeper. This is the WORST property management company EVER. They are 100% slack. They rent out houses they claim are "move-in ready", but every time we turn around there are problems. They made us stay in a hot house over 88 degrees inside for 3 days before anyone came to fix issue. They had the nerves to tell us to open up the windows, but guess what? They don't have screens on their windows w/ the exception of 2 in one of the bedrooms. They claimed they had house properly sprayed & treated for pests, but we found ourselves killing waterbugs, cockroaches, German roaches & Oriental roaches on a regular basis. When we called to inquire about the last time the house was sprayed and request they send out a professional & experienced pest control company to spray the house. All we received was derogative attitude. After that, the a/c went out again and it wasn't fixed until a couple of days later and it was 90 degrees inside our house and 86 outside. All of this happened in just ONE MONTH. We're in the 2nd month and now the hot water heater started linking. It took them 3 days to come fix it. Then, the hot water pressure was to high, next the heater went out and it was 40 degrees outside and it took 4 days for someone to FINALLY come fix it. Bravo Group is HORRIBLE. NEVER EVER RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT They don't return phone calls in a timely fashion. We had to keep calling them to find out the status of maintenance request orders. We'll NEVER EVER rent from them again. Plus, they lied about an ad they had posted stating that if you pay your rent on time for 3 consecutive months, you get the 4th one free. The house we renting is one of those houses to receive that deal. We called them to ask about it. Yep, you got it. No one has called us back and that was 2 days ago smh. This company is a JOKE. My experience so far with Bravo has been unwelcoming, short, and unprofessional. Your applications manager needs additional training in customer service and communication. I have never had such a difficult time with an application for LEASING a property! I am not trying to purchase the property I HAD an interest in leasing. I can see and understand why BRAVO Group property listings are low and why this particular property has been vacant for long period of time. There is no effort or enthusiam to gain or retain business within your company. I completed an application online last Saturday. Since then I 've been going in circles with Donna for information and documentation that she already has and that has been used in more prevelant business and financial institutes without reluctancy or denials. I am not and will never be interested in Leasing a property under Bravo Group. Also, FYI... I applied for another property with another larger well known managment group Tuesday Night using the same documentations I submitted to Donna.. I already have an approval for a better property, in a much better area, for higher rent without the Bad Customer Service and Poor Communication. I was very disappointed in the assistance we received upon leaving Bravo as tenants. We were tenants with Bravo for close to 4 years. We were never late with our rent and received positive yearly inspections. My husband lost his job in April 2015. He was fortunate and obtained another position almost 2 1/2 hours away from home. He spent the week there and returned home on the weekends. I had the opportunity to transfer to the same area in September 2015. When we approached Bravo about leaving, they informed us that we would have to remain in our lease until the end of November 2015. They indicated that it was up to the owners. State law may be in favor of the owners, however, we felt like they made no effort to advocate on our behalf. Upon leaving the rental, we had the floors professionally cleaned, so we would not have issues with getting our deposit back. Unfortunately, we were still charged for stains that were present when we moved in. The carpet was suppose to be replaced when we first moved in, however, we negotiated to have it remain because we had a pet. We lost close to $200 in our deposit. While we wer there, some repairs were made, however, it was very minimal. It was also very difficult to contact property management. read more
