After previously having difficulty selling our home, Ashton came in with a thoughtful, organized, and well-executed plan that immediately gave us confidence. Ashton was consistently easy to communicate with, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions or provide guidance when needed. Her calm, solution-oriented approach helped make what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and smooth. She has lived in the Smyrna/Vinings area for decades so is super knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods. She was a friend first and I was worried at first that it wouldn't work to mix business and friendship, but it ended up being amazing and a truly fun, enjoyable experience! She was a top-notch advisor and negotiator, and we got our dream home in Williams Park for a great price! Highly recommend.

He helped me a great deal with my part-time business of selling and buying homes after the real estate collapse of 2007. During that time, he was my reliable and honest real estate agent for about 15 homes. Throughout the buying process, we often discussed how much I should offer, and he was almost always the one pushing for a significantly lower price, even when that increased the chances that the transaction might fail and his commission would be reduced. He sold my house when I moved out of Atlanta in 2016, and he is my go-to real estate agent, with the statistics and experience to sell my rental house in Georgia.

I had a rental property that was poorly managed and was being up-charged for repairs due to the negligence of the property manager. I reached out to Bruce to help me assess the situation - whether I should pay for the fee, whether to move to another property manager or sell the property. Bruce recommended selling and helped me market and sell in a short amount of time. He and his team were efficient and demonstrated a high level of integrity throughout the process. I would highly recommend the team and will use their service again in the Atlanta area.

Between high interest rates, large down payments, and closing costs, buying a home felt impossible. NACA gave me hope and a real path toward owning my dream home. The process was not always easy, and it definitely required patience, discipline, and commitment. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed gathering documents, attending workshops, and staying on top of every requirement. But every step was worth it. My counselor Mr. Carol Clarke out of North Carolina even though I was in Georgia encouraged me throughout the journey and helped me understand the importance of being financially prepared for homeownership. One of the biggest blessings was being able to purchase my home with no down payment, no closing costs, and an affordable interest rate. That alone changed my future and gave me financial stability I never thought I could achieve. NACA made me feel like they truly cared about helping working families become homeowners instead of just treating me like another number. The day I received my clear to close was emotional. Walking into my new home for the first time felt surreal. I went from doubting if I could ever own a home to finally holding the keys to one. I am beyond grateful for the NACA program and would encourage anyone serious about homeownership to trust the process and stay committed. It can absolutely change your life the way it changed mine. Most importantly, I would love to thank the biggest part of my journey my realtor Kaya Trail for helping me navigate this beautiful hectic journey. I closed today 5/21/2026 and thanks NACA....If you ever doubted becoming a homeowner don't because I became one with the help of NACA.

On top of that, my husband works all around the state, so I was doing most of the house hunting by myself. Chelsea stepped in and made me feel supported from day one. She took the time to really get to know what we wanted in a home, what mattered most to us, and what we could realistically afford. She also paired me with a team that fit exactly what I needed, which made such a difference and helped everything run smoothly. Chelsea was so easy to work with, always responsive, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt overwhelmed because she stayed on top of every step and guided me through the entire process. The biggest thing for me was trust. Chelsea never pressured me, not once. She gave honest advice, shared her real opinions, and always had our best interests in mind. Her personality is also a huge part of why this experience was so positive. She instantly made me feel comfortable, like I had known her forever, and like I was house hunting with a friend who truly cared. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and genuinely awesome to work with, hire Chelsea. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

When my brother first purchased his unit years ago, he was told the HOA was in talks to sell the property and it would be a quick sale/buyout. They continue to hold out because they are trying to get larger-than-property-valued payout. Everyone who lives in the building has to vote to sell in order for a buyout to happen and the majority of those who live there are elderly. The realtors who live in the building have offered laughable prices and are trying to get a larger than normal commission. Every year the place gets worse and worse. A few years ago, the exterior panels were falling off, and, rather than do anything about it, and the HOA hired the most expensive company in Buckhead to put their equipment ("renting the equipment" as I was told) on the property, paid them for nearly 7 months without a panel being replaced and then removed their equipment after I and several other residents filed a complaint. The rotting panels were still on the back side of the property last I saw. A tree branch fell on my girlfriend's windshield, causing the windshield, the side mirrors and door frame to be replaced. Insurance covered it and her deductible was $400. After a month of e-mails and waiting for replies, the building manager said "an arborist" was called in to investigate the tree and since it was deemed healthy, the HOA is not responsible. I asked which arborist was called in to investigate, considering healthy tree limbs don't fall for no reason, and I haven't gotten a reply. The week before I was sent that e-Mail, all the trees were scheduled to be pruned back (I am still in their e-Mail database and get the updates). The HOA is high because all you have to pay for is Wifi, and it is in a perfect location. Those are the only positive things I can think of. There's no laundry in your unit, parking spaces are limited and are usually all purchased immediately (a new resident told me their realtor told them they could park four cars per unit), there's mold everywhere, no ventilation, monthly water shut off, no security (there's a number you can call and they will deem if you need help. I called when the fire alarm went off and I was told that wasn't necessary), you can smell your neighbors cooking, hear them when they use the bathroom and when they argue. Thankfully, I no longer live at this building.
