I was more than ready for anything . another neighbor have an attitudes because they want their animal to be able to run loose. The roaches is out of control. These apartments are extremely small. and old .. let's not forget How Lynn in the office will lie to other landlords that are inquiring about you. I ultimately filed a complaint against them, in which we were advised to include the owner of the home we applied for. The owner ended up removing his home completely off the market because of it and never found a renter. Though the complaint lead to no relief being granted, the point was to speak up or companies like this will continue to think they can operate business in this manner. Fortunately, it worked out for my greater good in the end as I decided to buy outright, was immediately approved by 4 mortgage lenders, and ended up purchasing a home worth more than the rental property they "denied" me for.

There is a fitness center but it's not 24 hours and you have to walk thru the leasing office to get to it. Also a pool, tennis court and mini playgroud. However, when I lived here I enjoyed the car care center located in the back half of the apartments. I'd just pull up, bring my own supplies and I'd soap up and rinse of my vehicle! So nice to have! Overall management is good, clean grounds and they have valet trash pick up which I loved, I noticed the gate was open but also it's new. I also love that it's quiet and feels safe.

Since 2020 I've seen 3 property mangers and leasing managers. They are price gouging due to the pandemic but you never see where your money is going.
