I found that this woman was flexible with my needs as a rental owner. She has a full time service team with about everything except a plumber but she does have a plumber she uses on hand. She also provides the service of checking out the property before hand and fixing it up if it needs repairs prior to being rented. Great customer service and I can appreciate a business person who places customer needs above short term gains.

He said 15 to 30mins for 20 to 30 dollars. He would come back later as they had exceeded that time saying "we may have to bump it to 50". They unhooked and returned our cord at 140pm. When asked about our payment we were given Legend Realty contact info. I called immediately but no one answered. But soon as I texted I was hit right back. They asked how much did they use. And I said to be fair 40.00 as they were hooked for just under 2hrs. Its now 9.11, and I've heard nothing since the initial text on 9.6. How you call yourself a reputable "company" but getting over on ours I'll never understand. I dont like being taken advantage of and I'll make sure my review is available in every search engine that your "company" can be found!
