Chris responded promptly and came out to put the carpet back in place; stretching, trimming, smoothing around corners and in the closet, as well as fixing two areas in which we had to cut the carpet to pull it back after the saturation. It looked great afterwards, as if nothing had happened. Overall, a very easy and pleasant experience and we would definitely call him again if in need.

I just said things were looking good. Then Madison ran out of time and had to leave. She did finish mopping the floor, but my downstairs did not get the same attention at the upstairs. When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case. So if you do hire them make sure you have list of exactly what you want cleaned ESPECIALLY if you hire them for a deep clean. The ladies that cleaned are nice and Madison really did an amazing job.
