I usually don't post reviews but was compelled to do so at the disappointment in the product this business provided. I ordered my mother a bouquet for Mother's Day since the current situation made it impossible for me to travel and be with her in person. The product that was delivered is nowhere near close to what the online description showed. I'm totally sympathetic with the current situation and appreciate all these people coming to work but still. The florist disagreed with a complaint that was submitted by the online floral broker and said they followed the formula exactly and refused to re-deliver. Really? WOW the arrangement I received as a gift from my out of town son, was absolutely the most beautiful I have received in ages. I was not home, so the gentleman that delivered it left me a message on my phone telling me that he left the flowers by the front door, and put a note on our garage door. The third party "send flowers.com " gave Nancy at Arizona Florist the correct order. Nancy responded that they did not have my ordered flower in stock and asked for authorization to substitute another flower. The third party "send flowers.com" authorized the substitute and I am not a satisfied customer. I called and spoke to Nancy. She was no help at all. She said I had to "take it up with them" which I have attempted to do but after being on hold for more than 30 minutes; I sent an email. It's been a couple years since I bought flowers from here but the customer service was amazing and the options plentiful! My lillies lasted quite along as did the roses and daisies my husband had gotten here before. We specifically went here because a friend had used them previously to send his wife flowers a few times and because it was close to our old house. While there I wasn't sure exactly what I went in for. I just wanted something to brighten up my table since my mother and grandmother in law were coming to visit. I was telling the young lady about my decor and what I was trying to do. I left with some beautiful lillies that bloomed the first day they were there. Even grandma (who was a garden enthusiast) was impressed with how big they were and how long they lasted. We have a wedding coming up next year and are eyeing Arizona Florist for our arrangements. Do not use this place ! You'll over pay for crappy flowers and when you pick a particular bouquet you'll get a assortment that looks NOTHING like what you ordered. When they offer to fix the mistake that should of never happened you'll have to wait til the next day because they aren't in the area anymore . Well..... They were flowers and they were delivered same day. However, the product received is not on par with the online picture. I'm not looking for perfect but close to what is advertised would be nice. Please check for yourself in the attached picture and you be the judge. Something else a little off is the switching from the advertised orange roses and yellow carnations to yellow roses and orange carnations. ‍ I will be obliged to try a different florist next time. My boyfriend ordered me a Valentines bouquet to be delivered to my office. It is currently 4pm on Feb 15th and the bouquet has STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED. It was supposed to be a surprise, but when I came home from work on Feb 14 with no bouquet in tow and no idea what he was talking about, absolute disappointment set in. No phone call or contact from the florist has been made to either of us, but the $89 charge is still on my credit card. My poor boyfriend, who has a hectic schedule, had relied on this delivery as my gift, and had nothing to show his affection for me as a backup when I came home. Since he placed the order, I told him to ask for a refund at this point, but that isn't going to rectify the thoughtfulness this company ruined with this massive ball drop. Would highly recommend them. The flowers that were sent to me were absolutely beautiful. They looked beautiful for well over a week and half. The Lillie's were the flowers to be the first to wilt. The rest of the flowers thrived for a little over 2 weeks. I only had 3 Lillie's in the gorgeous flower arrangement. I also use this same florist to send a flower arrangement for a dear friends birthday and the flowers were delivered on time and the flower arrangement was for a dear friend and the flower arrangement was gorgeous. This is an update to my previous post. I was finally able to get ahold of Eileen, and she stated that she would make it right. She offered me several options with the replacement, to include the same arrangement, the chocolates that were not delivered initially, and I asked her to leave that choice to her discretion. The replacement arrangement was received at the date and time that she specified during our conversation, and is beautiful (much higher quality/$ arrangement the second time around). Delicious chocolates as well. I still have mixed feelings about Arizona Florist, but I am happy they have good people working with them, like Eileen. Received Valentines flowers from my husband... Sweethearts bouquet ordered thru FTD...hubby paid for the "Better" selection at $54.99 + tax & delivery & I got the worst! This bouquet is supposed to have 10 roses and have burgundy mini carnations not pink. I can handle the pink carnations it came with, but 3 roses really!? Their "Good" selection says it comes with 7 stems of roses. Even if there was a shortage of roses due to the holiday they should have called him to see if he wanted to replace them with something else. Apparently they can't deliver a new bouquet today so they took $20 off...what the hell? That's still a rip off! These should be completely free! The flowers they delivered were the opposite of what he had order and the note was missing. He ordered from the fall flowers of yellow, red, and orange in a glass vase; instead i got white, green, abd yellow flowers in a green pail. We have been emailing and calling all day and no answer. I got home 30 mins after they delivered the flowers. UPDATE: They were quick to fix their mistake by updating the original arrangement. They did all of it for no cost at all. How many times have you ordered flowers for an event which you would not be attending or any other time you would not see them? Most of the time right? Ordered flowers for a funeral and also attended the funeral, so this time had a chance to see the product. VERY POOR. Flowers already wilted and were falling off within a day. I've seen better flowers at Safeway for $10 and this order totaled $80!! Contacted florist by email with a picture both of what they advertised and what actually showed up (big difference). Complained about quality and asked for a partial refund. Withheld this review for 3 weeks allowing time for them to respond - apparently they couldn't be bothered. On Monday, October 4th, a floral arrangement was delivered to me. This was a gift from two of my grandchildren to honor my 81st birthday. I have to say that this might be the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received in my lifetime! The flowers were of such great quality and there was definitely not as much filler as is usually put into the vase. The bouquet contained two of the largest and most gorgeous roses, some mini roses, three beautiful lilies and some magenta colored daisy like flowers along with just the appropriate use of unusual foliage as fill. The vase was not an "ordinary" florist container but a very pretty light lilac vase and the Happy Birthday helium filled balloon was color coordinated to match everything. I got a Easter basket delivered today, first I thought cool. When I read the card I saw that the sender paid for a "basket of assorted fresh fruits". Now there are 2 apples and an orange so maybe it's technically a basket of assorted fresh fruit? But this isn't what i think of when I hear, basket of assorted fresh fruit. But even when I dug through the candy, I found that the orange and the red apple were pretty mushy. The green apple seemed fine, but I tossed it seeing what the other fruit had gone through. I didn't pay for this order, but that's no reason to take advantage. I took a picture so you can judge for yourself, it's not what I would want when someone sends you a fruit basket. I would have rated it a bit higher, but seeing how I couldn't even eat the fruit, I don't think they deserved any higher. read more

I was not happy and told the guy it was too late; Valentine's Day was ruined for both me and my husband. All he could say was they were busier than they had expected. Received flowers from a friend, when my dad passed. Pretty vase and the arrangement was plentiful, but the flowers were wilted (see the first 2 photos I attached). My friend reported this and they sent a new arrangement two days later, also asking for the old one back. The new arrangement was nothing but fillers (see the second 2 photos I attached). Only a few fresh roses & carnations, plus a couple of unopened lilies. Very disappointing. I DO NOT recommend this place. She also advised me they were very busy. (good customer service). I waited four days for the call back. never came. I called back in and discussed issue with manager.
