I received a Mother's Day bouquet. Pros: pretty arrangement. They were definitely not cheap on the quality of flowers! Beautiful vase too not one of those generic acrylic type but it was ceramic and pretty to use even after it time to throw out the flowers. Arrangement was still alive. In the past I received arrangements from other places in which the flowers seem to be wilting. Not here! The delivery driver was a sweetheart. With crying kids wanting my attention she just took her time and was very patient. She also caught my chihuahua as it tried to make an escape. Cons: Delivery was late. 8pm and they still deliver. I know it's a busy holiday but damn I was putting the kids to bed (hence why they started to cry) and ding dong went my doorbell. Maybe try to keep it in the 9-6 window ? read more

Received flowers from a friend, when my dad passed. Pretty vase and the arrangement was plentiful, but the flowers were wilted (see the first 2 photos I attached). My friend reported this and they sent a new arrangement two days later, also asking for the old one back. The new arrangement was nothing but fillers (see the second 2 photos I attached). Only a few fresh roses & carnations, plus a couple of unopened lilies. Very disappointing. I DO NOT recommend this place. I received several other arrangements, from Phoenix Flower Shops, and they were ten times better. read more

I recently had flowers ordered for my wife and the experience was amazing. Nancy took my order and was very kind and knowledgeable. She made the process really easy. She was able to recommend an arrangement that looked beautiful. They were delivered to her work the next day by noon. My wife commented on the freshness of the flowers and the appearance. I will always order my flowers from here. read more

I ordered Mother's Day flowers 2 weeks before date for delivery in Phoenix. I ordered directly from them. The order was wrong. I called person that answered said someone would call me back. She also advised me they were very busy. (good customer service). I waited four days for the call back. never came. I called back in and discussed issue with manager. She and I agreed on 50% refund since something was delivered. I felt they need to be paid for something. WELL over 1 month and still no refund. I have sent 2 emails and no response. Guess we know the issues this business has. read more

Today was my 39th anniversary and I ordered the largest bouquet of white roses and purple flowers. They were not what I felt they should have been. The purple flowers were only half in bloom and the roses had brown spots on them. I am very disappointed in them. Spent way to much money for what was delivered. read more

Must give this florist an A+. Two weeks ago my kids sent me flowers for my birthday. They have been enjoyable for those two weeks since. The roses have dried out, but they did so beautifully, and still have a lovely scent. I will keep them as long as I can, but wow, two weeks out, and they are still going strong. Thank you for doing such a lovely job. read more

Love the deals these guys put out! Make everything affordable. Will always come here first for flowers!

My brothers and I live in VT. My parents live in AZ. We ordered a dozen yellow roses for my Mom for Mother's Day using Teleflorist. The order was taken care of locally by Arizona Florist. Here is what my Mom emailed me about the flowers she received. We are not pleased. "My family ordered a dozen yellow roses for me for Mother's day. They arrived two days early and were apparently cut at least two days prior. The next day, petals started falling off. I called to inform them and they sent a replacement bouquet with only nine flowers, two of the stems on these nine were broken, so now there is only seven flowers. I am very disappointed with this order and and the integrity of this company. When I called to complain again, I was told a supervisor would call me back. That never happened." read more

I got some flowers for my mom and the flowers were nothing like the pictures nearly spent $80 on them, again nothing like the picture there was a few flowers missing that were shown on the picture. read more

I received a Mother's Day bouquet and was appalled by the arrangement. Even the two gentlemen at my lobby security commented on how awful it looked. In the vase were green fillers that looked like they came off shrubs in someone's backyard, the babybreaths were dry and so were the two roses. I called the number on the card and the lady said they would send but not until the following day. The replacement arrangement looked a lot fresher but still not the quality of what was posted on the For You Flowers site. I know my daughter paid way too much for something that looked like thrown shrubs and flowers. I would never recommend anyone to order from Arizona Florist or For You Flowers. Better to get them from your local grocery stores, Costco or Sam's Club than pay these guys. read more

This place should be put out of business I read multiple reviews with the same issues I experienced. I ordered flowers for bosses week and paid for the upgrade. The roses didn't bloom but shriveled up and died in about a day. What was received was nothing like the picture. My boyfriend ordered me flowers today and it came from this company, I received wilted brown flowers my 10 year old could have put together something better from the backyard. I will post pictures. The first picture will be what was ordered the following will be what was received. If you call the agency you ordered through they will refund. I had my birthday flowers picked back up by them read more

Very embarrassed about the arrangement sent to my Mother for Mother's Day. I ordered through FTD and purchased the largest bouquet offered for a particular arrangement (Total $109). I arrived at my Mom's house to see a small bouquet that I could have gotten at Fry's Marketplace for $24! I called the Florist and was told FTD sent them an order for the small arrangement. I called FTD and was told they sent the store an order for the largest arrangement. I believe the store thought I would never see the flowers and tried to get away with collecting money for the large but sent my Mom the smallest! FTD quickly gave me a full refund but I would rather have had what I ordered delivered to my Mom! I live in East Mesa and this shop is on South 16th Street in Phoenix. Not sure why a Florist in the East Valley didn't have my order. Very disappointing to spend $109 and not get what you pay for. read more

My favorite spot for any kind of Flowers they have something for every holiday, and their staff are always friendly and helpful...

Yesterday AZ Florist delivered flowers that were old and dying. Today, the arrangement changed and there is nothing on their website that even resembles what they put together for me. Having just had surgery, I know my sister would not have ordered the arrangement that arrived. Not only that but it is not an option on the website. Buyer beware, the flowers on the website are not actually what you get. The extra charge paid for the bear was also a scam. You can win better stuffed animals at an arcade. read more

I do have to applaud this company for their spectacular customer service. While there was a small issue with my purchase, it was quickly rectified. I received a beautiful arrangement for my birthday on August 1st but due to the intense heat the arrangement was a bit wilted when delivered. I put some water in it but the next morning the arrangement was completely wilted. I called and told them how disappointed I was and without any argument they sent a new bouquet right away. I highly recommend this florist because not only do they have beautiful arrangements, they have amazing customer service. read more

Arizona Florist is abysmal! The single most worst place to get flowers. My girlfriend convinced me to be at home for a delivery that I waited three hours for that never came. At this point her surprise for me was ruined. The following day same story until 6:00 pm this guy shows up to my door and hands me a vase of dead flowers,(which is the picture that is attached) with a card with several misspelled words. I ask him was there a break up letter attached he said " no I have no idea how this happened, they were like this when I picked them up." I called my girl friend to confirm first that we were still together, then to find out what type of ratchet company she was dealing with. She was really hurt because it was during a trying time in our relationship and she really hoped that this would help make things better. Which is why my review is as follows: Arizona florist from Arizonaflorist.com Your the F$@?ing $(:k worst company ever. read more

Hello, My mother ordered me flowers to congratulate me on my new promotion. I received 9 flowers in my arrangement (Roses, daisies, and carnations). My mom later told me she spent close to $90 for said nine flowers. She called and let them know and they told her they would send the correct order today. I recieved another 9 flowers. I am highly disappointed with what I received vs. the price tag. My family will not be repeat customers. read more

This company is completely unreliable. I ordered flowers for my Mother-in-law. I paid extra for them to arrive on a holiday. Her flowers showed up 5 days late, AND WERE COVERED IN MOLD! As soon as I heard about the condition of the flowers, I called their customer service. They pushed several options other than a full refund on these flowers and I kept getting "disconnected". It took me a total of 3 days to get everything settled and I spoke to 5 different people. I never spoke to a manager, even after repeatedly requesting. Interestingly enough, 3 different managers were all in meetings at different times and different days. I will never be ordering flowers from this company again! read more

Just as everyone before me has said, never again. Not only were they 6 days late! But the bouquet of flowers looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE, some were dead, while others were dying and we were supposed to come with a balloon and the company's delivery man response was " i dunno". The bouquet was also very piecey almost like they were trying tp fraud us. In the end, the company said they would replace them, which they didn't. That just goes to show that their claim along with out sourced company they hired, tiltedtulips, do not care and are not the best. No thanks never again. read more

The worst florists in the Valley. 1-800-Flowers franchise, just go ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

This place is absolute garbage! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and spend it else where. I never leave reviews but after I saw these flowers I had too. The flowers I ordered came out looking dead and like someone stepped all over them before they were shipped. Freaking Fry's food market sells better flowers than this place! read more

If I could give them negative I would. I HATE PINK AND ROSES! Went out for my birthday dinner last night and my husband was trying to be sweet and surprise me with flowers at our table. He picked out white tulips and got an arrangement of white roses with pink roses and pink tulips. It seriously ruined my night because I thought he did it to be an asshole since he has known for 9 years that EXACTLY what was there is something that hits a bad vibe in my heart and had me on a bad mood the rest of the night which should've been fun and magically. Thank you AZ florist for RUINING my birthday! read more

I HAD TO GIVE IT ONE STAR BECAUSE -0- STAR WASN'T AVAILABLE. This company does not honor its delivery date. Telephone customer service is horrible and will not rectify any issues you have. I ordered flowers to be sent to my girlfriend's work in Lake Havasu City, with a message as well as my name (because why would anyone send something that didn't have a message or a name??). I decided to change the original message, talked to someone on the phone, Frannie, who seemed very helpful. She changed my message, read it back to me many times, and gave me my new order number. I later learned my girlfriend wouldn't be at work until 5pm that night, so I called again to check on the time of delivery. I talked to a woman, who said the order had already been placed for the following day and could not be changed. (Though I don't understand how an order can't be changed when it's not the day it should be delivered.) So, I asked what time will it would be delivered. The representative said between the hours of 9 and 5. I told her that it's being delivered to a brewery that doesn't open until 11am and closes around 11. I asked if it can be delivered closer to 5. The representative told me she'll put a note on the delivery for it to be delivered as close to 5 as possible. I asked if I will be informed when that note is given to the delivery service. She said they will call me and if they can't reach me, they'll send me an email. She verified my number and email and we said goodbye. As it turns out, the flowers were delivered around noon, not at all close to 5, with NO MESSAGE AND NO NAME whatsoever!! I'm so upset that I went through all that trouble AND spent a little over $80 for flowers that didn't have my message or even have my NAME on them! I never received any phone calls or emails to verify the delivery service (which apparently is not what they do?) had received my 5pm request. I will not be using 1-800-Flowers again. My girlfriend had to ASK me if I sent her flowers, having no idea since my message and NAME were nowhere on them. What a complete waste of my energy, time, and money! (PS I have emailed them as well, so I'm currently waiting on their reply.) read more

Ordered an orchid arrangement through 1800flowers and was completely underwhelmed and disappointed. Flowers were mostly buds not in bloom and were wrapped in cellophane. The recipient had to arrange herself. I understand it didn't have to look exactly like the website but this had zero wow factor- which is the point of a congratulatory bouquet. read more

I never spent time in real flower shops before finding AZ Florist. I live nearby and drive past the building every day and after a few months, noticed the big signs in the window and stopped in. What a lucky day! They have the most beautiful flowers and they last forever. I literally bought 2 bunches of carnations that just started to brown during the 3rd week I had them. Amazing. I stop in nearly every week. The staff is always awesome and friendly and they have a nice selection and super reasonable prices. Highly recommended! read more

Very DISAPPOINTED. My husband made a promise to his father to always take care of his mother after he passed several years ago. One of those things included making sure she received flowers on special days and holidays. After placing an order, guaranteed delivery was expected midday on Valentines Day. At around 8PM today, he received a call as they reported they've encountered an issue and would not be able to fulfill the order. Thanks for the notice & lack of service. This florist is not an honest florist in my opinion. I order a large red & white sympathy floor arrangement, and got a medium one. I know because my brothers work order the same one from somewhere else and got a much larger one and much more beautiful one. I paid well over a $100. for it and I got the Medium size one. I think that's pretty shady if you ask me. The flowers were wilting the next day and that's when I needed them. The other arrangement lasted almost 2 whole weeks. When I told the guy about how they were wilting the very next day he said it was because of the floral foam needs to be water, I told him I did water it everyday. Why did the other one last, from the other florist, when they were being cared for in the same way? I believe that they just used older flowers instead of fresh ones. I will never order from this place again and will not recommend them. read more

My boyfriend ordered me flowers from this place for Valentine's day, ordered same day delivery. They didn't show up till 5:30pm that night, and by that time were already at dinner. So he leaves them in front of my door. They either weren't delivered or were stolen because he just left them in the front. So we called the next day and they said they would redeliver them but it wouldn't be until tomorrow/today. When they arrive they look nothing like the picture, there are maybe 5 or 6 actual flowers the rest is baby's breath and ferns. Not even the same flowers that are supposed to come in the order, the vase is wrong everything was wrong. Very empty and skimpy what made them think it looked ok to leave is beyond me. My boyfriend calls them to complain and they say they will send out the right order tomorrow. He asks for their email address to send them a picture of what it looked like, it took the associate 3 times to get the email right. The first email she gave was nothing close to what it actually was. Advice to anyone buying flowers DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!! read more
