Update: I was clearly upset and dissatisfied by my first order so AZ Florists made sure to rectify the situation and offered to send a brand new arrangement within 24 hrs later! Of course my mom was appreciative of the first arrangement regardless of how it looked because it's the thought that counts most. But then I told her I had written a bad review because it looked nothing like what I ordered, then she did admit some of the flowers looked wilted. Myself and my mom were much more happy with the new arrangement I ordered. Thank you AZ Florists! I wish I can smell how good it smells back home :) I should have listened to the reviews. I am so disappointed by what I see through my doorbell camera. I spent $55+ on this arrangement and looks nothing like the photo. I just recently moved away from home and figured I would send my mom flowers since she is currently going through "empty nest syndrome". I am embarrassed that she has to see this. If you're apprehensive about buying from here due to other reviews...you have to read my entire (lengthy) review and carefully consider the other reviews you read! While yes, in some reviews you can see in the pics that the flowers were wilting but there could be many contributing factors for that happening and the company immediately made it right which not all businesses would do. But some of the other reviews? The reviewers appear to want a diamond but pay for a CZ and most reviewers seem to have bought through a 3rd party online seller and have no concept of the actual price a delivered floral arrangement cost. One of them posted a pic from her doorbell camera....and complained based on that and gave a bad review, pretty low move! The company delivered another arrangement and the reviewer posted a pic of it where you can see the original flowers in the background and the original looks perfectly fine for a $55 (fifty five not $155!!!) delivered arrangement! While another reviewer complained her mother deserved the best on her bday and shows the pic that she ordered and then what was delivered for the all in price or $35!!! Comparing the pics the only difference is the delivered flowers used longer stems, making it appear less full- you can count the flowers in both. Additionally, it was $35!!! And it's a nice $35 arrangement. If you wanted to get something better for a loved one who deserves more, you have to be willing to pay for it! In the past 3 months I've received 4 arrangements and each came from an online seller but AZ Florist fulfilled the order. I have been thoroughly impressed each time!!!!! Sending flowers can be a gamble these days but the person who sent them to us has gotten lots of credit for WOW factor! The gorgeous potted orchid arrangement blew my whole family's mind....even our kids couldn't believe the size of this thing! It is so large and a true statement maker! The tropical arrangement is also completely wowing and vibrant in color! The patriotic arrangement was super cute and smelled fantastic!!!!! Lastly, the bamboo money tree is great size and quality! The two flower arrangements did not die or wilt right away like I read on a few other reviews and in fact they both lasted a very long time to the point we wondered if the were fake (obviously we knew they weren't) but that shows they quality of flowers used. The potted orchid and potted tree are healthy and full of life and are a permanent addition to our home! These deliveries brought the biggest smile to my whole family and added sunshine to our house during these weird Covid times! I am still in disbelief all four deliveries were so perfect!!!!! Extremely disappointed with the service of this company. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day and supplied the information of where to deliver these (to her work) to surprise her. I found out when I went to check on my order on the day of delivery that they were going to deliver these to my billing address (our home) versus to the location that I requested. The flowers were delivered and just put at our front door (for everyone to see who passed by our house) out in the sun and they were delivered 4 hours before we got home from work. I called this business first thing this morning and all the guy would tell me is that this order was going out for delivery and they are not allowing any changes to any orders today. This guy was very short and direct with not listening to the issue and was quite rude when I persisted that they are delivering to the wrong address and didn't want to try and address the issue. I am from out-of-state and asked for a recommendation for a florist in Arizona. My friend highly recommended AZ Florist and I ordered an arrangement for a funeral service. My friend asked if she could pick up my order and personally deliver it for the service. When she arrived to pick them up, there was some confusion about my order. We are all humans and sometimes mistakes happen. They quickly found a much larger and more expensive arrangement to send with my friend. When my friend sent me a picture of the arrangement I realized that it was not what I ordered. I didn't know about the mix-up with the order and contacted AZ Florist to ask why the arrangement was not what I ordered. They explained that there was a mix-up with the order and offered to send the arrangement I had paid for. Since the funeral service was already over, they offered to send it to my friend who had driven an hour each way to pick up and the deliver the arrangement. I really appreciated the extra effort to replace the arrangement with a more expensive one (twice what I had paid) AND send the one I had ordered. It's easy to be critical when mistakes happen - I get it, but mistake are inevitable so I appreciate AZ Florist doing all they could to make it right. read more

My boyfriend lives in New York and he decided to surprise me with a really nice gesture. I was so excited and happy when I saw the flowers, balloons, and teddy bear from afar. However, upon getting closer, I saw that the sunflowers were curling up at the edges and did not look fresh, and I doubt they will last. I just had flowers delivered to my home and they are limp, already bloomed and ready to die or dying and may last another day! when I called over there to speak with someone she was very very nasty to me. The vase they arrived in was wonderful and with following their care instructions I was able to have these flowers last for about 3 weeks! Not only does this company have Great flowers, but they do so much for the community! They do numerous food drives and school supply drives and are obviously invested in giving back. Their plants and flowers are top quality, and their prices are great! They always have something lovely on sale if you want to treat yourself to something lovely. And their houseplant section is amazing, with a helpful, knowledgable employee who can tell you all about the various plants. They also offer classes - we took a class to build our own Dish Garden. My husband and children scheduled an arrangement for Mother's Day and my Birthday and I never got them prior to Mother's Day to have for the day and the following day which was my birthday I still had not received them by the 9 pm delivery time advise. Was super excited about the boutonnieres and corsages I bought for the parents of the bride and groom at my wedding. They were perfect when I first saw them the morning of the wedding and I was excited to put them on everyone. All the moms and dads loved the rainbow roses and how they were decorated... Until every last one of them fell off their bases. Not a single one of them stayed on a wrist or jacket for LITERALLY more than 10 minutes. Incredibly rude apathetic and full of excuses I don't believe me just read a handful of the dozens of one star reviews. They know what their issues are and they refuse to fix them, they're not making money because they're not practicing good business and instead of fixing their faults they just keep charging people and making excuses until they give up trying to get their money back. First picture is what I ordered second picture is what I got. Linda lied and said that Irises only open for one day and that's why they came with not a single bloom on the entire bouquet. In the loss of my mother January 8th... I received a bouquet of flowers from my niece recently in Laveen. I have a security gate 20 feet from from front door which my husband forgot to lock. This company left the flowers by my door and my husband found them the next night at 9:30pm. We never us out front door. So they don't wait till someone answers. Today I received another bouquet of flowers from this same company, this time my husband locked our security gate. This company rang bell and left flowers by the gate. As a celebration of our one year anniversary, my bf decided to use 1-800-Flowers who used this florist, in which they delivered a bouquet to my office today. When they arrived, I looked at the card first and it was the sweetest card ever. With joy and feeling of happiness, I study my flowers. My feelings changed instantly from happiness to pissed! Am I on Punk'd?! Some of the flowers were wilted, there were big bald spots in the bouqet and some of the flowers lost its petals. I called 1-800-Flowers and let them know my 5 minute unpleasant experience. They told me they will resend the flowers. Ugh... After the call, I got sad. I thanked my bf for the flowers via text and then had to confess to him that I had to call to complain to 1-800. I know its not his fault, but he apologizes to me anyways. It was definitely a nice gesture on his part, but the service and product he paid did not meet expectations. Few hours later... a delivery of new flowers arrived. Absolutely horrible. I ordered a Christmas arrangement through Teleflora and they gave the order to this place. The arrangement was called the Teleflora Silver & Snowflake's Bouquet. The mess Arizona Florist delivered wasn't even a holiday arrangement! According to the description the arrangement was to include "Red carnations, white alstroemeria and white cushion chrysanthemums are arranged with variegated holly, flat cedar, noble fir and red berries." The arrangement delivered didn't have the cedar, fir, red berries, or holly. I called and the person I spoke with told me the arrangement wouldn't look like the photo online, because they use all kinds of tricks to make the arrangements look more full in the photos, like putting the greenery in the back and the flowers in the front. I told her I understood that, but what they delivered didn't even have the elements described in the description. She sounded exasperated and said she would send out another arrangement, but said they don't have any holly. I said they shouldn't accept the order if they can't deliver described arrangement. She repeated that they would send another arrangement. I asked if it was going to be close to the photo and she said it would have greenery and berries, but wouldn't have holly. They did send another that was very similar to the first, but with some greenery and berries. No way should I pay all this money and then have to call and fight for the arrangement I was promised. I ordered flowers through 1-800-flowers and the order was fulfilled through this location. I've attached pictures of what I ordered versus what was received. Don't expect to get what you paid for, and don't expect for any issues to be resolved in a timely manner if you use this florist. After calling back 4 times over the course of the past week, the redelivery is supposed to be today before 4pm. I sincerely hope that they redeem themselves, I'll post an update once the new bouquet is received. Edit: The replacement flowers arrived and were not disappointing. Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. Ordered through Teleflora , thank goodness. They were supposed to come with a lovely vase. Wrong vase came. I ordered these a week in advance to make sure all was good. My daughter sent me a picture upon receiving them. Stems were broken and roses browning. I could have done better at a grocery store for the price. They were supposed to be lavender bouquet but it sure did not look that way. Not fresh , broken stems. Got my money back from telefora.
