This was the WORST service I have ever received. My experience is as follows: 1) Adrian quotes me $167.00 to pull me in (with a low price) to get a screen replacement; 2) Adrian calls 2 days later to tell me that the computer requires more work than he anticipated and charges an additional $70.00 and tells me to bring CASH because I would have to pay more by credit card;He then says that he needs the credit card information over the phone. 3) Adrian then calls to tell me that in order to "test the graphics card" he needs my LOGIN PASSWORD to access my profile; 4) Here is the kicker--When I go to pick up my computer , something told me to just check the camera to make sure it was working (THE CAMERA IS NON-FUNCTIONAL with a film of what looked like Glue over the camera hole. When I asked him about it he tells me very rudely that he had nothing to do with it EVEN THOUGH the camera was working perfectly FINE before he got my laptop; 5) In addition to ruining my machine and charging me $240.00 he was unapologetic, took no responsibility for spoiling my laptop camera and was RUDE and IMPOLITE the entire time; 6) When I asked for a receipt for the $70.00 additional - He READ and IGNORED my messages and up to now I do not have a receipt; 7) In addition to all this - this individual LIED about the dates and opening times of his business . When I asked if I could come get my computer on the weekend he told me "he did not work on a weekend" even though he is operating out of his home and (in order to avoid me coming back to the block to find out about the camera), said that he was "expecting another customer to drop off a machine"; 8) April 29th an additional charge of $190.00 shows up on my dad's credit card for some computer equipment I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! This company is dishonest. If you do not want to be scammed - STAY AWAY from this firm. I am a hardworking single mom and this business has made it their business to try and RIPOFF people. I've never been so bothered by a business practice enough to leave a review, but AZ Computer Services have brought me to that point. I called this business to order a Power Supply Unit for my PC, and the owner offered me a Corsair 650w (didn't offer any further details) for $163 + tax (which differed depending on if i paid cash or card) + $85 installation fee (which is a bit much for something as simple as a PSU installation, but nonetheless). After looking at every business that sells Corsair PSU's (including the corsair company themselves), almost every Corsair 650w PSU are sold between $60-$80 (over double what he was asking for BEFORE his installation fees). He originally tried to tell me i could not buy it from him without allowing him to install it, which i refused, then he showcased a bit of an attitude then abruptly hung up on me. Then he called me back with an apparent change of heart to allow me buy it without his installation fee, which is still double the price of anywhere else. I then asked him for more specifications of the Corsair 650w PSU to better understand why he's selling it for so much, which he couldn't answer. Once i told him that these aren't even going for half of what hes charging for from the company themselves, he then gave a snarky response then hung up, again. To wrap this up, from his mannerisms over the phone (a notable snarky attitude), to inconsistencies with his responses, and the blatant price gouging + excessive fees, it showed me that this business is one that tries to milk as much money from customers that don't know any better about what they're paying for, and will showcase an attitude with you if you attempt to get clarification on it.
