The have an F rating on BBB and are not an affiliated BBB business. I have now taken a car back I purchased from J and M Imports on, 7/10/2025, twice towing the car back to the dealership. After giving them two attempts to make the needed repairs they have not done so. One issue is that you smell coolant when you turn on the heater. To fix this they disconnected or bypassed the heater so the smell is blocked but the heater no longer works. I believe the car has a major engine issue that they don't want to repair. They also have not performed the necessary test on the car to determine if the car has a major issue or not. I will now be filing complaints with several local and state agencies against this dealership and will obtain an attorney to try and get my money back. You can file complaints with the following: Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection Department ADOT FTC (Federal Trade Commission) BBB (Better Business Bureau If you had an issue with this dealership file a complaint.

Prior to the sale they also delivered the car to my choice inspection shop 10 mins away with no hassle, then covered the one issue found prior to the sale. I negotiate for a living and know my way around a car so I was ready for some serious haggling but the entire process was no BS. The price out the gate was more than fair, the car was in proper condition and they addressed every single one of my concerns promptly for over a week via messenger, texting, email and phone.
