My nails were great , but my pedicure wasn't. Helen is the worst person to get a pedicure with, she rushes everything and doesn't finish her job. She was in such a hurry that she didn't even let my nails dry properly. She did not even ask me about what I will be getting done & I paid extra for callous remover and didn't even scrub. I have been going to this salon for 8 months and loved it....until 6 weeks ago. Amy is not there any longer. The guy that is currently there is rude and mean to customers. He gouged my finger and it wouldn't stop bleeding. He didn't apologize. He was rough. I almost left. I went back one more time, thinking, he would not be there. He was and he was rude to the woman he was working on and customers coming in. It is a shame because these ladies are great and do fantastic work. I am now searching for another nail salon. I was referred by a friend and had my first visit today. The customer service was awesome, and the staff was very friendly. I got a full set and a pedicure, and my husband got a manicure and pedicure. Our services were top notch quality. Not a fan of this salon my husband and I went in to get pedicures and I also got a manicure and the girls doing are feet just looked like they hated doing feet they didn't clean them fully and when I was getting a manicure by lily I think her name was (she had braces) anyways she kept checking her phone and the nails on my left hand were longer they have no curve to them then the ones on my right. You can see the glue she applied on the sides she didn't push my cuticles back I got coffin style but a few fingers look square I honestly wouldn't want anyone to go here again. read more

I asked for a teal color with a black tip fade on three of my nails and the other two had a peacock feather, I brought in a picture I saw on Pinterest, honestly, they did a better job than the picture! I love this place, this was my third visit, everyone is so friendly professional. I wish I could afford to get my nails done more often and a pedicure every time too! I highly recommend this place. I am really impressed this is one of the best nail salons I been to in phoenix given I'm from Cali. They do really great here and one of the biggest problems I've had is my nails breaking and waiting to long after I made an appointment and I had a full set that literally was going to keep growing till the nail fell offf because it was up there good. I also wait 15 mins at the most everytime I come in which is reasonable to me and When I removed the nails finally I had very little nail bed damage which was actually very impressive. the prices are fair, not cheap but not expensive for the quality of work. The nail techs are really good with giving you want you want -land I would recommend this place to anyone that want some super bomb nails. read more

I have been coming here for the last 4 years, I believe the new owners took over 2-3 years ago and I have never been happier. There have been multiple times I could not get back in to get my nails redone for 4 weeks and all my nails stayed on, they obviously were grown out and not very attractive at that point but for them to stay on that long is impressive. Fast service and good at what they do! Lilly is awesome, many call her holly, she can do any design you show her. They're the only place I've been to that will have someone doing your feet and another doing your hands, team work! It smells good and everyone is so sweet! They need to work on they're greeting I saw a couple customers get offended because they didn't say hi, they just say sit down be right with you. Honestly I'm not a sensitive pansy I'm here to get my nails done and if your good, who effing cares if you greet me or if I have to wait 40 minutes when I get there. I was recommended this place by a friend. No one greeted me when I walked in. After a few minutes the gentleman points and asks "what do you need" I said a fill. He scans his book and says it'll be a 45 minute wait. I'm aware there are appointments but they were not busy. I was the only one waiting. I said ok that's fine and left. He made no attempt to schedule me or ask if I'd like to come back later. I posted a horrible experience i witnessed at this place a month ago where a woman was yelled at by the nail tech because all the customer wanted was her nails finished because she was getting engaged that weekend and the nail tech kept answering phones, taking walk-ins and doing eyebrows. This place COULD BE one of the best in Phoenix if the owners had some class but instead they belittle customers even on the website in their review responses. They overbook clients and the owners answer to this is we take our time or customer changed their mind so we run behind. A business treats clients with respect which means no yelling at a customer, no EYEBALL rolling and certainly no talking in another language about the customer. I went in for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. I picked their #2 pedicure, which is a regular pedicure, and just chose gel polish. The pedicure was great, the polish is beautiful. For my nails I showed her a set of pink and white french tips with pink glitter along the smile line. Instead of using white tips she painted the white on with gel, the glitter is very light and hardly noticeable. They look good though as far as shape and quality. The workers were all friendly and seemed nice, it was very clean and they had a lot of variety. My biggest shock came when it was time to pay, IT WAS $85!!!!! I about hit the floor, I was not expecting that. Definitely more than I ever dreamed of paying. read more

first I have to say this place is under New Management and was great. I first went in to get my eye brows waxed the lady's were all so friendly and my eye brows looked great. I asked about their pedi cures and they had the cheapest price I had seen. So a couple of days after my eye brows I went back and got my pedi I was worried since they do not shave the callous but my heals turned out great. I will return soon for another pedi The place was clean and didn't NOT smell as other reviews for the old business has said. I would suggest everyone go to this salon. read more

I'm giving a 2 bcuz the color was great and the shaping was fantastic! However I got them done on Saturday and Monday they began chipping at the tips. By Thursday they were starting to get caught in my hair bcuz the paint started to lift at the cuticle. $43 including tip was not worth two days of great looking nails. I don't recommend this place unless you have money to blow on ur nails every few days. read more

I go here about every 4-5 weeks for a pedicure... occasional eyebrow wax. Their prices are reasonable... $20 for their basic pedicure and it goes up from there depending on how long and what you want done (callus removal, extended foot massage, etc.) The place is clean and I don't have any complaints as far as appearance. Sometimes it's hard to communicate because they don't speak English too well, but usually the manager will come over and translate. They're very helpful. The only downside... if you want to consider this a downside, is that one of the techs has a son who hangs out at the salon every now and then. He's about 9 and likes to chat you up. Once you start, good luck getting him to pipe down. He likes to talk your ear off and ask all sorts of questions. I just try to give him one word answers... or just try to look to busy on my phone or something to try to prevent conversation. But who knows, maybe you might enjoy his conversation?! However, don't let that dissuade you. Give it a try for yourself. I've been going here for over a year and will continue to go back. read more

If you enjoy your calf massages with the amount of pressure that a baby could exert on your muscles, this is the place for your. If you enjoy paying hard earned $$ for a screwed up paint job that consists of visible paint strokes going sideways across your big toe, a shellac mani that leaves allows you to see through your nails (when painted black), and chips after 2 days, this is the place for you. If all of the above do not sound like an amazing way to lose $60 and 2 hours, do yourself a favor and pay the homeless guy on the corner $20 to do your nails. It'll turn out better. read more

Staff is rude and inattentive. The first sign should have been when I sat down and the guy started talking smack about the last salon that did my nails. They didn't do better,that's for sure. My friend was very unhappy with her nails and they didn't seem to care to fix it. I went there with my daughter for the first time last night. I had read the reviews and for the most part people had a lot of good things to say. However my first experience there was horrible. Last night I was waiting for along time and decided to make an appointment with Richard the following day. So I went in and waited some more and then was given to another person to get my nails done. What's the point of making an appointment with someone specific when someone else is going to end up doing them. To top it off I'm completely unhappy with the way they turned out. If I didn't have to give a star I would not. This used to be my go to place for the past year. Used to love the ladies that owned it(if anyone knows where they went please tell me!) they were so friendly and always remembered me and my mom. The new owners are AWFUL! I've gotten my nails done 3 times since ownership changed and they've chipped and broke with gel twice within a week of being done! When I went back after the first time he charged me $15 to fix their mistakes and even did the WORST polish change job I'd ever seen. I was just in yesterday hoping to see the girls but it was confirmed new ownership, I left with gel all over my nails and not cleaned up at all, I had to ask the tech several times to square my nails and by the time she was "done" my nails were to short to shape. Please avoid this place if you'd like a good service and customer respect!!! I will NEVER be back again. read more
