At MaiLash it burned the entire time they were doing it which I was really confused about since I've never experienced that before, and then my eyebrows and eyes were on fire by the time I got home. I immediately called to report it about an hour after but they were closed. When I woke up this morning it was worse, and my eyes were really swollen. They are using something way too strong and leaving on for way too long. Your eyebrows and eyes should not burn during and after treatments. Also had bumps and redness and sent them photos. They do not seem to care. They said I need to come in and show them in person but I couldn't leave work today. I am really worried about my eyebrows long term from their treatment. They also over waxed when I specifically said I wanted minimal waxing.

The stylist I was reassigned to was not Master-level, and there appeared to be an unusually high turnover rate overall. Due to the inconsistency and decline in service, I made the decision to cancel my membership. Despite canceling, my membership was not properly terminated, and I was charged again. When I contacted the PV location regarding the billing error, they refused to refund the charge. This was extremely disappointing. Had the situation been handled professionally with a refund, I would have considered returning in the future or referring others. Instead, the lack of accountability and poor customer service -- particularly at the PV location -- has ensured that I will not return and will give a negative review everywhere I can. I was told I would NOT be getting a refund and could talk to nobody else about my experience at PV or Desert Ridge.

She informed me that my lashes would be a "foreign fill" and needed assessment - fair. Her booking is flexible, and I am so old school that I absolutely loved that she was available to speak to me on the phone right away when I called. The salon suites were familiar to me; I had been there a couple of times for a favorite coffee shop, so I immediately felt comfortable. Her room was welcoming and warm, including a comfy blanket for when I got cold. Johnyee was kind, gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and assessed that my lashes were done well and we could proceed yay!
