    Fireplace Short Rib
    Jenn Q.

Overall Rating: [5/5 Stars] Friday, 8/28/26 Party of 2 - Time: 8:45p We waited until late to make a reservation given that The Event had 3rd Eye Blind and the guys went to see them, so we figured we had a couple of hours to spare for drinks and taste test the dishes after an early dinner at Simmers (don't judge!) lol Plenty of parking as always- no need to enter the casino since there's a direct access to go straight to the restaurant from the parking garage, as told by our server, David. We opted to dine inside which was a bit cozy. We were seated in a booth where's a couple sat directly across from my friend and I. We walked in and thought we only wanted "Wok-charred Octopus Sisig" but after David went through the whole menu and he immediately sold us on the Fireplace Short Rib! We also ordered their Petrossian Caviar Tacos. All highly recommended! Definitely will request for David again for future reservations; he was super attentive to our needs and not to mention, his absolute recommended favorite dessert, Calamansi Tart, was off the hook (if you like a bit of tangy!) For the overall price, the value was great for the experience. With Hoa Hoa Hoa Season fast approaching, I recommend their Golden "Eclipse!"

Shout out to the BD for wining and dining our little monster & myself!! For dinner, he surprised us in making reservations for 3 @ AYA's luxurious rooftop restaurant. While reservations aren't mandatory, they are highly recommended due to limited seating capacity. The menu offerings are a compilation of seasonal, farm to table ingredients, with Filipino flavors. Ms. Gracie was our server of the night. She was very informative, welcoming, and such a joy. Dinner: *CHILLED SEAFOOD PLATTER [small] *PETROSSIAN CAVIAR TACOS *EMBER-ROASTED CARROTS *ARUGULA & STONE FRUIT *SURF & TURF FRIED RICE [minus the chili crisps] *AKAUSHI WAGYU RIBEYE [medium rare] *WAGYU FLAT IRON STEAK* [medium rare] *LADY JADE [mocktail] *ICHIGO BIANCO [cocktail] Yep!! We did that!! A monstrous amount of food that didn't get remotely finished but allowed me to sample a little bit of everything that essentially caught my eyes. Steaks were cooked amazingly, the fried rice was so good that my toddler decided she needed to place the serving right in front of her and called dibs. The caviar tacos weren't a fave but i did enjoy the caviar topping. The roasted carrots weren't great but they sure looked it. The seafood platter had a plethora of options making this ideal for our family since everyone enjoys different things. 5/5 stars. Ms. Gracie was attentive enough without being overwhelming. She was so very pleasant and courteous during the entire meal. The chefs killed it in the kitchen and plating was spot on. I will 100% be back- thank you for providing such a memorable night for my family and I.

Where to start with this review. Definitely not 5 stars. They need to work on so much the become 5 stars. More 3.5 stars. The food is expensive, and I'm assuming the pricing is due to the view and location in the casino. The food does taste good, but there's way better tasting food in the area (I'm talking about you Stark's). Grilled Squash Salad (5/5 stars) - The best dish I ate! The Umami crunch was delicious topping. The zuccini was well cooked and yummy. Farm Salad (4/5) - I didn't like the Citrus dressing. The veggies are very fresh and taste good but needs some other kind of dressing that matches it better. I actually ended up combining it with the Grilled Summer Squash, and that made it amazing. Bluefin Tuna Bowl (4/5) - My friend said it was good but not that impressive in terms of quality. It was also smaller in portion sizing, so it didn't feel $24 worth. The service was good but not excellent. I thought making an outside reservation guaranteed a spot along the view. It doesn't, so I was disappointed that we were sat closer to the interior. When asked if we could sit along the view, we were told they were all booked. However, during our entire meal only half the tables were used, so we could have been moved. AYA needs to create another reservation option that makes it clear "Outside - no view" and "Outside - with view". Other than that, everyone was very attentive and nice. The heating system (0/5) whoever designed this system needs to be fired. There was a heater above our table, and it turned on even though it was still hot outside. We asked for it to be turned off, and after multiple games of telephone, we were informed since all the heaters are on one grid, individual ones could not be turned off. That is the dumbest design, and whoever thought that was good deserves to be to sit under the heater on a hot day. By the time, they offered to move us, we were already paying the bill. Overall, food good but so many things they need to work out.

Elegant rooftop dining experience located at Graton Casino. The main dining area is sophisticated and features glass skylights. Dinner service was exceptional with our waiter, Robert, providing an overview of the menu and recommendations which we highly enjoyed. Kristina was super sweet and made sure our waters were always full. Brigette the manager walked by the tables to ensure everyone 's dining experience was nothing short of amazing! The quality and flavors of the dishes were outstanding! The mussels were soft, and the broth was light. The octopus sisig was an upscale version of the traditional Filipino sisig I am used to. It was served with rice on the bottom and lettuce wrap. The highlight of our meal was the short ribs. The kimchi paired well with the smokiness of the meat. Dessert and drinks were all made well! Kudos to the chef and his amazing team!

Had dinner here Sunday night 7/12 at 5pm. I was looking forward to the new Aya Rooftop Restaurant inside the new section of Graton Casino and it did not disappoint! From the check in, elevator ride, seating, ordering and delivering, every step of the way was attentive service. Our server was Richie and he took my friend's dairy intolerances very seriously. He went through every dish and communicated if dairy was in the ingredients and informed the chef if adjustments needed to be made. His thoughtfulness elevated the whole dining experience. As a group of 4, we ordered the farm salad, brentwood corn, crispy pork belly lechon, chili lamb skewers, salt-baked halibut and smoked petaluma chicken to share. Some of us had mocktails, cocktails, fountain Coke and we all shared bottles of sparkling water. We enjoyed the food very much, very fresh, vibrant, beautifully plated. The vegetables were sourced locally on a farm on Stony Point Rd, we were told. If I had a complaint..it would be the food portions were small, we were not particularly full without ordering dessert. The dessert did it! We ordered 2 Brown Butter Banana Bread and I had the Coconut Chiffon Cake (oops, ate it before I took of photo of the cake!). My lactose intolerance friend skipped dessert. Did I mention the LIVE DJ playing sets (smooth, relaxing, dance)? The fancy unisex bathrooms.. I would recommend Aya for dinner, maybe a special occasion as the price tag is not cheap (for example, Wagyu $30/oz with 4oz minimum, cognoc champagne 2oz for $500). Aya is dining for the high rollers..if you're at Graton already..might as well come in for a gamble!

Aya made our 18th anniversary celebration truly special from start to finish. My husband and I were delighted by the beautiful atmosphere and fantastic vibes. The staff, including our server, were incredibly attentive, efficiently clearing tables and even packing up our leftovers. The menu was amazing, with so many tempting choices we wished we could try everything! We ended up ordering a great variety from different sections. We dined outside, hoping for a spot closer to the end of the restaurant, but our middle section seating was still perfectly fine. Definitely make reservations - this trendy spot gets packed daily! And a little side note: even the bathrooms are pretty cool! They have this almost maze-like design and are non-gendered, which seemed to briefly confuse a few guests during the night, so just a heads-up!

I wish I had heard of this restaurant earlier. We celebrated my birthday here with my 2 best friends, and the food is SHOCKINGLY PHENOMENAL. We grew up in SF, and are used to delicious food. This restaurant exceeded some of the top restaurants we had been previously. I am coming again for my wedding anniversary next! Melanie, our wonderful server, made our experience the most memorable. It's obvious she not only knew the food, but was passionate about its story. We savored every dish more, I feel, from her descriptions. I loved her energy, her professionalism, mixed with her warm persona. We all had a fabulous time, and are so grateful for the entire team; both front of the house and back. Aya! Okayyyyy!

Came back with some friends to enjoy the outdoor seating and to celebrate someone's new job. Very nice setup. But there are few things that need to be worked on. They should be serving at least appetizers outside to enjoy. I heard they haven't because of the table glass top hazards. I'm not sure what that has to do with food and breakage and how that is different than cocktail glasses. I'm sure it's more about money and servers would be needed, which brings me to my next point. They really need a server to come to the table to take your drink orders rather than everybody going up to the counter and waiting in line instead of spending time with your friends at the table. I'm sure this place is making enough money to be able to afford servers at the rooftop seating. Finally, last complaint. The size of the nonalcoholic Lady Jade was laughable. It might've been 2 ounces, possibly three but no more than that for $12 in a tiny aperitif glass. Although the above are my negatives, our group really enjoyed our time there. Because there was no appetizer served outside the four of us moved inside and just sat at the bar. We ordered the pork belly and the oysters along with another round of cocktails. All of us loved our cocktails inside and outside and found they were perfectly created and delicious. The oysters were creamy and good sized that were served with two sauces. The pork belly was to be served as a lettuce wrap, which had a carrot, maybe jicama, slaw and a sauce. The pork belly was not my favorite as it is just too fatty. The meat portion and the sort of crispy edge had great flavor. But I won't be ordering that again. The indoor area had nice music playing, which was not too loud or intrusive. Our inside bartender, Danielle, was excellent and friendly. As a matter fact, a person in our group had mentioned to the bartender that that someone in our group had just gotten a great new job. When Danielle heard this, as a surprise, she ordered a cheesecake for our friend. Of course we all had to have a bite of it and it was delicious. That was such a thoughtful touch and we all really appreciated it. The customer service for Aya is superb. We will definitely be returning.

AYA should just rename itself WOW. The ambiance is incredible. There's a sign politely suggesting upscale resort wear, smart casual, the whole nine yards -- and then you look around and some are in shorts and tees. Nobody's checking. Dress how you want, apparently, as long as your jaw is prepared to drop at the decor. This place is on the rooftop, it's enormous, and it hands you sweeping views of the Sonoma mountains and Rohnert Park. Outdoor seating with fire pits, a live DJ laying down what can only be described as "dinner house" music, and an indoor bar/dining area that is clearly one champagne popper away from becoming a full nightclub after 10pm. Word on the street is they might push hours to 2am, at which point AYA graduates from "restaurant" to "situation." The bar is glitzy, glamorous, and has that Vegas vibe. Food-wise, we went full share-plate mode and basically ran the tasting menu of our own design: Brentwood corn salad, farm salad, arugula stone fruit, shrimp and crab lumpia, heirloom tomatoes, crispy pork belly lechon, chili lamb skewers, surf n turf fried rice, and burnt butter banana bread to close it out. Every single dish was beautifully presented and tasted great. Staff all in black, service sharp and attentive, and yes -- even the bathrooms are putting in effort. Nobody had a complaint or recommendation. Bottom line: this is a special-occasion, bring-someone-worth-it, open-your-wallet-and-don't-ask-questions kind of place.

I got an opportunity to try two days after an opened and I was pleasantly surprised. We had reservations and we were seated within five minutes of arriving to the restaurant. The hostess was fantastic, very friendly and she tried to accommodate us changing tables, but unfortunately, they didn't have any more outside, but that was OK. Jessica was our waitress and she was great. Now let's talk about the food. We started out with some oysters Yum! And then we had a variation of the salad and then the amazingly delicious short ribs. Those were one of the best short risks I've ever had! The tart was delicious. It was sweet and tart and and just what you want for the type of dessert. My drink also had a wasabi salt rim which made the drink even better. It is on the pricier side however, this would be a restaurant to go to for a special location where we saw it was a bit loud, but it was not too loud that I couldn't hear the conversations around me. I appreciate that they have a quieter section which is near the bar and also outdoor seating.

Outstanding. Unforgettable. Exquisite. Ambiance was tea! Absolutely gorgeous. Must see it for yourself to appreciate. The dishes were all prepared perfectly. The service we received from Richie was top notch. Party of 10 and service was impeccable. Chef Rob came to greet us and even provided complimentary dishes. One of the best dining experiences by far. Thank you so much for an unforgettable night! We can't wait to dine again!

Complimentary dessert for my birthday (might be the calamansi tart with coal-kissed strawberry meringue)

Am I a *little* crazy for driving 1.5 hours from SF just to try out a new seafood boil spot?…read morePossibly...and left not disappointed. I enjoy more of an "asian" taste when it comes to seafood boil flavors, so the fact that this place has hotpot only made my expectations higher. Prices are fair, and there were empty spots with no line by the time I left (6PM). I ordered 1lb of head on shrimp, clam, and mussel with the combo of potatoes, corn and sausage, with a side of garlic noodles. The highlight is the Simmer Sauce, which is a sweet, spicy, and a little savory/garlicky. The medium packed a kick, so I would definitely get mild for the low spice tolerance people. Shrimp was huge and tasted pretty fresh. Clams varied in size with some clam meat being smaller than others. Mussels were solid, but I noticed we had a couple of closed shells. The garlic noodles paired perfectly with everything, acting both as carbs and great for dipping in the sauce. Although this place beats most if not all seafood boils in the bay area, I had to wait about 30min for my garlic noodles. My server claimed they were making a new batch, but it was a little disappointing having mostly finished everything before they were served. I also had to flag my server down instead of them coming over for updates on my order and getting my bill. The seafood boil came within 10min otherwise though.

The bathroom wasn't too bad, which I really appreciated, but the restaurant needs an update. Our server was great, very nice. She brought us out some chips and salsa which were good. They have a pretty good sized menu, which made it hard to choose from but we ended up both getting camarones ala diabla and an order of fried shrimp tacos. Our shrimp plates were good. I really liked the rice. The shrimp's sauce was a bit sweeter than we usually like but we both finished our plates, lol. The shrimp tacos were disappointing. I think they may have left them in the fryer for too long, so the shells were so hard and the shrimp really dehydrated. If I was in the area, I'd give them another try.

I had arrived earlier for my reservation and asked if I could be accommodated and be seated earlier. She had me wait a few minutes to see if my request could be met and she was able to make it happen. Once seated, I was greeted by a server who was great during my time there. As a starter, I ordered the ICEBERG WEDGE which was BIG! It was topped with bacon, tomatoes, red onions, chives, little butter croutons, and Maytag Blue Cheese dressing. It was really good. For the main, I ordered the 630 PARK SIGNATURE PRIME RIB. I explained to the server that I want the prime rib cooked medium rare. I CANNOT enjoy or eat a prime rib or steak that's cooked medium or well done. He said he'd make sure it was cooked to my liking and he sure did! It came out a perfect medium rare! It was a thick cut that could be split between 2 people. It was served with whipped potatoes which unfortunately cannot be subbed out for a baked potato. The whipped potatoes were good though. Buttery and creamy. *Nice dim lighting feels inside. Great for a date either before or after a show at the EVENT. A bus boy corrected the order. Then Carlos disappeared and we couldn't find him so we had to ask the bus boys and other waiters to help us with anything we needed. I asked another waiter what happened to Carlos? His reply "Carlos went home". Okay, if he went home then who is our waiter? I thought, "shouldn't he tell us that he was leaving and a different waiter would be taking care of our table?" Twenty minutes later I see Carlos returning to our table I asked him "what happened, they said you went home?". He made no apology and said "i had to put out a fire because the credit card machine wasn't working". I understand that technical problems happen, but no apology and smart aleck comments are not acceptable. If he was preoccupied with the credit card machine then another waiter should have covered our needs, not lying to us in saying our waiter went home!! Finally we asked for boxes for our left overs, he hands us 3 boxes and leaves. At the table next to us, their waiter boxed the left overs and placed them in a bag for them. This is what I would expect at a high end restaurant. So I yell across the room at Carlos "Can I get a bag for our left overs?" Again Carlos's smart aleck response was "Sure I can bring 1,2 or 3" he yells across the room. In conclusion we loved the food and atmosphere of the restaurant, but one bad apple can ruin the entire experience.

I had called to see if they would be open on July 4th, and they actually called me a few hours later after checking with the owner and they confirmed, yes they would be open regular hours. We headed over at noon for their buffet lunch. Raj (Raz?), was our amazing server. He definitely raised the bar. He is most positive, friendly and conscientious He keeps an eye on all the diners, removing plates, replacing water for the table with a new chilled bottle, and he keeps a close eye on all the buffet items and communicates with the chef when something needs replenishing. The food is, therefore, hot, fresh and incredibly delicious. The one thing we really appreciated is they offer brown and white rice. We much prefer brown rice so that was another positive along with fresh greens. They provide the table with a huge order of fresh naan bread when you first sit down too. The buffet items were prepared with much love and care and all six of us had the most wonderful meal. The interior is clean and inviting. Our server quickly cleaned tables as soon as a guest left so the place looked orderly and inviting. I give big kudos to our sweet server who played a major role in the five star rating. Outstanding job, Raj and Everest. We will be back soon!

I have to mention the young man (21 years old) Raj, is so polite and professional, he greets you when you enter, comes to your table several times to see if you need anything, a total gentleman. If I had the money, I would back him in anything he wanted to do. Thank you, Greg W.
