Some of the people were OK other were just rude. The breakfast was the worst breakfast at any hotel or breakfast that was offered in Guatemala. This hotel is right next to a Airbnb and the people partied all hours of the night. I know it's not the Hotel's fault but needless to say we didn't get much sleep. We can deal with most of that but on top of that our room for the nights that we stayed there was very expensive! Look elsewhere. I JUST CAN'T

Ok, time to check the blade. No wonder, the blade was in shambles only on the driver's side. Time to replace as the weather people are calling for more rain this weekend. I went to AutoZone. Two gentlemen were ahead of me. Both staff were busy and told me they would be with me shortly. I gave the staff member my year, make and model of car. He looked it up, got the size for me and I paid for it. I asked if he might install it for me. He was happy to do so. When we were outside, he found that this particular model was not the right size. We went back inside while he retrieved the correct sizing. He returned the former wiper and charged me a bit more for the new model. He installed the wiper in a few seconds. I thank him and he thanked me for shopping there. Awesome, now I am ready for the rain. Shared parking outside.

Originally, I had decided to choose PJ's performance to service my vehicle because I was highly…read moreimpressed by their reviews and liked everything I saw online. Unfortunately, the experiences I had was the opposite of what I had expected. A simple vehicle tune-up including changing all fluids and rebuilding the primary clutch as well as secondary clutch and belt took nearly two weeks. I understood this because I knew that it would take time to get the parts ordered and delivered, since I am in the same industry. When my vehicle was being loaded up, I was advised that despite me already spending over $2000 with them the issue has still not been fixed and is now misfiring again even worse. I was advised, i am expected to pay more for additional needed repairs and labor with no discounts. Another week went by waiting for parts to come in to correct the issue for the final time. After getting impatient I had called and requested to speak with PJ directly. When I spoke with PJ, he offered me no assistance or even apologies for the fact that my vehicle had been in his possession for almost a month now. I had even asked him for a discount, and he told me it's not my fault or my problem and there's nothing I can do to assist. After waiting another week turns out they ordered the wrong part, and I had to wait another week for nothing now adding up to a whole month. After waiting an additional week, I had asked for an update or even tracking number for these parts since I was very eager to get my vehicle back and enjoy it. I was advised by the ladies in the office there is a nationwide backorder for that the parts and they will come in when they come in and I need to be patient. I expressed to them I was getting very frustrated with the little amount of progress and lack of updates. Now a few days later I would attempt to call again, and nobody would answer my phone calls, but what do you know the second I call with a coworker's phone number they answer on the second ring this happened 5 separate times. Not to mention they completely ignored my emails and voicemails. Overall, I decided to pick my vehicle up and finish the repairs on my own which keep in mind I was able to find the fuel injectors I needed in stock in phoenix for next day delivery from Polaris directly. I highly advise against taking your vehicle to PJ's performance the ladies in the office and management in its entirety does not appreciate your business or understand how frustrating it is to be out of a vehicle for over a month after spending thousands of dollars with no updates.

I want to share my recent experience with Keith, the Parts Manager at AutoZone…read more I went in to return several new, unopened parts. Because no AutoZone had all three items I needed, I purchased them from three different locations. Keith told me he could only return the part purchased at his store and that I would need to drive to the other two locations to return the others. I began calling the other stores to confirm this policy. While on hold, I asked Keith to start the return for his location. He grabbed the part and rudely said, "Oh, now you want to return it?" I responded with profanity, which I acknowledge was inappropriate. However, I felt his comment was unnecessary and escalated the situation. He then demanded I leave and called the police. I take responsibility for my response, but I believe his treatment of me was unprofessional and unnecessary. I am also waiting for a call from the regional office to confirm whether parts must actually be returned to the specific location where they were purchased. If that is AutoZone policy, I would appreciate clarification. If not, I believe this incident should be reviewed. I wanted to make sure AutoZone was aware of my experience and how this interaction was handled.
