Today I went to AWESOM Wings and how I REALLY REGRET it !!!!!!!!!! I ordered some wings and there famous cheese balls what a disappointment !!! Not once but twice the cheese wasn't melted inside !!!!! The first time I told the waitress she sent them back and brought me another order and that one came back WITHOUT THE CHEESE being melted again so I told the Manager and he told me that he would take them off the order but would have to take the cheese balls back with him as if I was trying to get them FREE !!!!! We told a waitress we were ready to order and she said someone else would take our order shortly. No one came. Some coworkers and I stopped in for dinner and it was the same 5-star Alondra I know. NEVER EVER AGAIN!, for 2 pizzas and a 12 pcs wings how is it almost $60, I ordered online and when I arrived to pickup my food I was underwhelmed. Apparently I ordered the 10" pizza or the 4 slice pizza which I feel they should have specified on the website but it looks like something you would order from a child's menu, when I got home I tried it and it tasted basic not even good it almost reminded me of chucky cheese pizza. I placed an order online and just before my arrival (30 min drive) I get a callback from Grubhub indicating that the manager at Alondra hot wings said that their online ordering isn't up, however my order went through and was accepted. The customer service at Grubhub said that they spoke with the manager and they agreed to cancel the order, and that I would get refunded my money, and the lady at Grubhub said that she put in the order for me to the manager and all I had to do was to arrive at this location and pay for my food. To my dismay the lady at the register had no record of my order, she went to go talk to the manager, and the manager for whatever reason seem to be very frustrated about this mishap. He explained to me that he told the customer service person at Grubhub that he would just cancel the order, I explained that I understood it would be canceled but customer service said that they spoke to you to place the order and that I would pay upon my arrival. He then angrily said that that did not occur that he did not tell GrubHub customer service that, that he would only counsel yet. So it seems that there is a disagreement between the manager and GrubHub, and I explained to him that I'm not upset I just feel that I was given the runaround. To that the manager said Welp there's nothing else I can do about it and just kind a like threw his hands up in the air. And I just look at him and said fine no worries. I will go to Wingstop, I will go to another wing place 15 miles away opposed to coming to this one being treated like this. We never tried this local place since it's changed from Alondra Hot wings but wow has it changed but not for the good. For the prices it wasn't worth it . We ordered all drum sticks and paid for the extra sauce (WET wings) and they were meatless and dry. The wings are very small and hardly have any meat on them. The pizza was better but the cheese overlayed super thick and the marinara sauce was bland. Sadly we won't be coming back. read more

Let me start out by saying that this place has the worst customer service. So if you do come here please be patient. They don't know how to efficiently run a restaurant. They are trying their best to follow covid guidelines. We arrived, there wasn't really any guidance on where to check in and were standing around for about 5 minutes and asked to be added to the list. They told us to wait to be added to the list. We finally got on the waitlist but I wasn't sure why they had us waiting when there was 3 tables available. The servers are kinda just going back and forth from the inside to the outside but not really doing much. There was no bus boys to clean dirty tables so the servers are also cleaning the used tables. The servers also don't have sections so they are kind of all over the place. There was plenty of employees but a lot of them would just go inside and stand around. The food: ordered an Alfredo/pepperoni pizza. Both were really tasty. The Alfredo pizza was my favorite. The pepperoni was pretty basic. The wings were good, just cold. We placed our order and I would say the wings came out too fast and were cold so I'm not sure if it's because they already have them pre-made. The actual lime chilli flavor is really good. Overall, they lack management/direction which that's why they got one star. I came here with low expectations of the service but it was even worse than I thought. The food overall has good flavor. We went to Alondra's last week early and were in time for breakfast! We ordered the breakfast pizza, bagel and lox, and a mimosa sampler, because why not? Everything was fantastic and I can't recommend the breakfast pizza enough! The crust is amazing and it has the nice soft egg yolk. The mimosa sampler was a bottle of ice-cold champagne and three different juices (orange, pomegranate, and I believe it was watermelon). Our only small complaint is that the bagel and lox could've used more cream cheese. We were pleasantly surprised at finding a new brunch spot at a pizza place, and we will definitely return! Decided to stop by for a last minute dinner yesterday 06/21/20 at the paramount location. When we arrived we were notified our wait would consist of 20-25 minutes. Okay sounded great After 1 hour wait I approached the host and asked her how our wait time almost tripled? She said "it's because you need a high chair and cannot sit at the booth". Okay fine sounds reasonable regardless of tripling our time. Here we are another 30 minutes later still not seated by this time let's just say our party wasn't the happiest. Spoke to the manager they sat us towards the back in the corner. Cool we're seated They then bring me a high chair that was used as the excuse to the wait being prolonged by over an hour extra then the time initially said. Here is the photo of the high chair, hmmm so much for being on top of the sanitation especially during this pandemic. This doesn't even look cleaned like in years! Totally gross they shouldn't just get new ones. When we told our server about the chair He just said "yeah it's dirty" WHAT! Are you kidding me. We ordered our food Onion ring appetizers never arrived so we canceled them. My mother in law ordered a pizza and so did my father in law. Their food took 30 minutes longer than ours due to their top oven not working which the server didn't inform us of anything. My mother in law never received her pizza, the server put in the wrong one. He was scared to return to the table and ask us if he had token down our order correctly. What! This is your job to make sure the order is correct, we weren't tying to get a free meal ina my way we were still extremely respectful and nice.
