Always good time for our Sunday date night. We come for their famous cheese balls and never leave disappointed . We ordered the 25 piece wings , 3 different sauces . My fav lemon pepper gives you all the flavor ! The service is always phenomenal! And their beignets are so fluffy !

Missing Alondras, the inside hasn't changed much but it isn't clean. Our table was sticky from I'm assuming spilled drinks/food. Service was fair but the food was not that good. If i had to recommend a plate it would be the buffalo fries but thats it. Wings were covered in seasoning that was crusted up. I would recommend as a last option for place to catch a game and eat some food.

Although our cheese balls first came out under cooked, we still enjoyed our meal. Our waitress brought us a new batch and even gave us a discount on them without us asking, for the inconvenience. We also ordered lemon pepper wings and they were really good. We came early for lunch around 11am, as soon as they opened, so it was nice and quiet with speedy service.

The service was really slow and when we arrived wasn't even that busy and there was several waitress. Unfortunately we waited along time for our food. The waiter Joshua was ok even though he wasn't very attentive. We had to ask others to provide sauces and refills, napkins, etc. Now the food wasn't that great. The wings had been either sitting under a heating lamp for a long time or had been microwaved. Had to request more sauce even though the chicken was rough to eat. Now the Tennessee chicken was hotter than heck! It's the worse I've ever had. I enjoy spiciness very much but this just seemed to be over board. I couldn't eat it. And on top of that they ran out of cabbage. Which wasn't brought to our attention. And after waiting for the food for a long time. Which All the food came out at different times. Didn't make sense. So he took back the sandwich and said no cloeslaw! Why weren't we told?? How do u run out of coleslaw in the middle of the day??? Just terrible. After trying to scrape off the spice and trying 1/4 of the pieces of chicken we spoke to the waiter and stated it was overwhelming hot and spicy that our stomachs started to hurt. He then comes back with a receipt stating 15% off the sandwich because supposedly 1/2 was eaten and took the plate. Then offered another meal. We declined as we weren't feeling so well. So we requested the manager. 15 min later manger shows up. Oh and I forgot to mention 10% off when u check in. Now back to the manager. He asked is we wanted a 20% discount on the sandwich which was taken away. Or what do want take off the bill. So we said well yes!! Bellow is the bill in which was brought to us... and the hard food. NEVER AGAIN!

So originally know as Alondra wings and after moving years ago keeping the same recipes it seems like the only thing they changed was the name please take my advice on the order but like I said in my last review everything it's the same except for some of the extra special waitresses staff they added. Especially the last time I was there. Thank you so much for going the extra mile and being so attentive Evelyn when's way and above what most would do. Thank you for the enjoyable evening and all the extra help with ordering and helping me remember what it was I love as far as the food. And being extra patient with the fact that it had been some time and going through the whole menu with me five star experience. Will definitely be back based on that alone. Way to step it up guys.

Celebrated my surprise birthday here with over 20+ ppl Server: Chuy was so kind, accommodating, friendly & had the food displayed for the party so easily. The owners allowed the accommodation of such a large party on the private section of the restaurant. This allowed space for just my family / friends to decorate, enjoy music, the great food and the evening was wonderful! I'm so appreciative for Awsom to have allowed / welcome such a fun night with a large party. Thank you to everyone who served that night, who helped accommodate and helped with the clean up / set up. Hey everyone. I found a place that charges $2 a wing for the world's smallest chicken wing. I'm not even sure it's from a chicken, they seem to have the amount of meat you'd find from maybe a sparrow or hummingbird. I honestly can't believe how fast this place fell from an amazing chicken wing to whatever the heck they serve now. But yea they were awful, small, dry and flavorless. The pizza tasted that of 6th grade cafeteria vibes. It was overcooked, dough tasted old and it was just such a waste of $24 for a 1 topping pizza. Honestly I used to love this place for some good wings and pizza. Now I wouldn't serve this food to inmates. read more

Same place I remember just a different name! These wings will always be my #1. Came on a weekday so there was plenty of seating. The parking lot is in a plaza so parking is a breeze. Ordered a small pizza and wings to share. Both delicious! The service was fast and friendly. Will be back. read more

Some of the worst pizza I've ever tasted and I like pretty much any pizza. Makes little Ceasar's taste like heaven! At $30+ with very little toppings, bland sauce, nasty cheese and tasteless dough. Do yourself a favor, stay away! read more

Pizza was trash, did not taste good at all comparable to chuckecheese Wings were undercooked and had to send back. The beer selection was basic outdated and the same as every other restaurant in the area. The restaurant had a lot of the wall decor was dirty with food, splattered on various spots of the pictures. Wasn't happy with the service felt they were really slow and they could've performed a lot better even with a half empty restaurant. read more

Im new to the area and randomly saw this place. The service is impeccable, i was greeted by Nayeli with a smiling face at front and was seated right away. The ambiance is chill and casual, very well suited for happy hours after work or just a quiet lunch. They have a pretty good lunch special menu and daily specials as well. The range of menu is good as well. From wings to pasta to burgers and salads. If you're in the area, try them out. read more

Ok the wings were good, the service was good! Pizza was ok, nothing too fancy decuded to order pepperoni and it was $27 dollars which I felt was kinda pricey and an order of fries was $10 dollars also pricey! I would order wings again but that's about it. read more

Placed an online order got there and said it was not ready I then had to show them my order and they said it'll be about 10 minutes mins you. I was on my lunch break so my time was limited got home 20 minutes later received my order with a hair on it and my fries were regular fries, not garlic fries. Got there and there was no wait, we were seated immediately. Got the buffalo fries which are always the best! Ordered a few wings, both wet and dry rubs and was disappointed. The wings were very cold, dry and hard to chew. The wet sauce wasn't even on the wings, it was more on the pan. The dry rub was just sprinkled on top of the wings. We wanted to do a half and half pizza but were told they only do that for large pizzas which range from $23-33, not worth it. We still got a pizza and the dough was still a little runny. So I went here last Saturday (1/25) food was good just a little pricey. That wasn't the issue. When I left and got home I realized I left my wallet so I called in and they said yes the server found it but they were already going to close so I wasn't gonna make it back on time so he said "we'll hold it for you, we open up tomorrow at 11 am" so I trusted that my wallet was safe. I go back the next morning to go get it and its nowhere to be found. The manager that closed that night seemed confused and said he "didn't hear about a wallet". Then the owner came out asked for my number and assured me he would get me my things back. I kept calling throughout the day to see if I could get an update but nothing. It got to the point where my calls wouldn't get answered anymore. Finally about 2 days later I get a call from one of the managers (Harold) which was probably the most helpful of them all, but he says they haven't found it and the cameras "are acting up" so they can't see the footage. How convenient. Ultimately, I never got my wallet which had cash and my identifications and other important information. It sucks because I really trusted that my belongings were in good hands as this seems like a well established place. Unfortunately, I was wrong. read more

Now serving BEER again! Came to Awsome wings because the food is tasty and the customer service is excellent, Evelin is always so cheerful and welcoming and very polite. We normally come for the beer and stay for the wings but today it was AWSONE that we came for the wings and stayed for the BEER! And got the first beer free! read more

We dined in a party of 6 and were listed on reciept as a party of 8... with an automatic 18% gratuity for poor service and somewhat of an attitude... paid 27.00 and cents for a tip that wasn't earned... i think people should be advised of this tid bit and why 18 % how come the customer doesn't get to choose? read more

Today I went to AWESOM Wings and how I REALLY REGRET it !!!!!!!!!! I ordered some wings and there famous cheese balls what a disappointment !!! Not once but twice the cheese wasn't melted inside !!!!! The first time I told the waitress she sent them back and brought me another order and that one came back WITHOUT THE CHEESE being melted again so I told the Manager and he told me that he would take them off the order but would have to take the cheese balls back with him as if I was trying to get them FREE !!!!! What a Jerk I thought to myself !!!!!! Never have I had a restaurant say that to me nevertheless I paid for them, took them to go.... Ohh The manager did give me 80 cents off my order for the inconvenience what a JOKE and such poor Managerial skills he showed me !!!! Never will I return and encourage anyone reading this to NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE... AWSOM Wing send your employees to have CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES !!!! Well I think I've said enough !!!!! They receive a FAIL in my opinion !!!!! It forced me to give them 1 star but they really don't even deserve that !!!! read more

Today was an especially nice visit! The atmosphere was perfect--good music, entertainment on the TV, and the A/C was at a comfortable temperature (not too cold, which we appreciated). The vanilla smoothie this time and it was delicious. I didn't catch her name, but I want to give a huge thank you to the girl at the front register; she was very kind and welcoming. We left around 4:40 PM, and another team member even held the door open for us on our way out. It's those small gestures that make a big difference. Took my family here for lunch today. I like this place a lot. Not only is the food delicious but the service is awesome. The servers are gorgeous! They are courteous, attentive and knowledgable. Our server today was Carlos. He's been our server before. He knew so much about the menu, I thought he must be related somehow to the owners, but he is not. He's just a great server. Most of us in the group are vegetarians so we ordered the Ranch-Blasted fries (like nothing else you've ever tasted), the fried pickle chips and veggie burgers. We also had the side green salads and one of us had the minnestrone soup. The little kids had the small cheese pizze. Everything was great. Our bill for five people was only $50. We had LOTS of food. We arrived at 11:30 a.m. on a weekday, so we were seated immediately. If you don't want to wait, get there early. This place gets seriously packed. Also, the music experience is wonderful. Oh my. Where do i start. Hm well my mom's co worker recommended we eat at Alondra's Wings. I think she probably hates my mom from the looks of it! anyways, we were seated and we ordered. They took so long! When the food finally arrived we all took a bite from our plates and looked at each other confused. i then said "uh mom? is the place right place your friend sent you?" the wings were all crisp (not the good kind) and no meat! it was like eating cardboard wrapped around a bone. my moms boyfriend didn't like his salad. and my mom didnt like the phily steak she ordered. the only good things were the fries (even they werent that good) , and the cheese bread (yummy). Oh, speaking of fries they forgot them until i brought it up and even then the waiter still asked me if i wanted them! UH OF COURSE WTF is wrong with you, i mean i ordered them why wouldnt i. I remember having their 16" pepperoni pizza a while back and it being amazing, so I wanted to come back to see how their food tasted. I ordered the All-American Cheeseburger with bacon and it was pretty decent overall. The Godfather was also tasty as well. However, I think the regular pepperoni tastes better. The service was just alright. The waiter was friendly towards us, which is always appreciated. However, when I placed the order, the waiter forgot to add the pizza to the order after our burgers came. I had to inquire on what happened with the pizza, but after that, our pizza was served a few minutes later. Overall, I wouldn't mind coming back again in the future. Next time, I'll definitely stick with the 16"-sized pizzas instead of the 10". read more

Came here and was told a 25 minute wait and I was fine with that because we were only a party of two but then after seeing all the empty tables (8 tables) all booths opened. It was kinda of stupid. And we waited 30 mins I went up to the host and she said u are next 3 parties were called and after the third party I was pissed because we had came way before theses other people were there. And waited more than the quoted time. So then we finally get sorted and the waiter came after we were sitting their for ten mins. I'm a server and there is a 45 second rule to contact a table as soon as they get sat. Nope not at all. Please don't waste your time here managers are horrible and have the don't care attitude as well as the servers! read more

Haved loved this place ever since it was a tiny hole in the wall behind the bank of America in paramount. The wings are the best ever especially with their ranch! Oh and their fries and cheeseballs are sooo good! Wingstop who? Never heard of the place. Alondras is the only place I go to for my hot wing fix. Ever since they moved to their new location next to the maxx their business has really taken off and I have to say I'm a little bitter about it cuz it's always so crowded! I called in an order as the place gets busy, picked it up drove home and the order was totally wrong. So I drove all the way back handed them it back & they gave me my stuff. By the time I got back home & opened up the food it was cold & the order was still wrong when the guy assured me he had doubled checked it all. I won't be going back as there are to many closer places that are just as good. read more

This place is the best place to get wings and wow what a selection of pizzas. So I recently came here, due to the hype I've been hearing from everyone, so I obviously tried it out. It is delicious!!!!!!! I usually get a buffalo chicken pizza to accompany my wings, and I do so knowing that the pizza will be ready fast and well done. Love this place! My family and I moved an hour away from Paramount but we still love to come to town and visit this little gem! Their cheese balls are amazing and let's not talk about their wings so good! My favorite have to be their lime chili yumm! Ps. Not sure why all of the negative reviews. The food was excellent on top of the service. We had a small wait even though there was open tables which is expected since a lot of restaurants are short-staffed. We had a small issue with our food and the manager was able to accommodate the situation. Can't wait to go back the next time I'm in town. read more
