However, I guess it replicated an authentic dining experience in Italy. The restaurant became packed shortly afterwards and the conversations and laughter echoed vibrantly. It felt like we were in Italy. Our server, Alfred, was a pro and a delight. He took care of us without breaking a sweat and always with a smile. We tried many pizzas, salads and pastas. Everything was delish. What really caught my eye was the ribeye steak, which we didn't try. It's a monster ribeye at a very reasonable price. It looked amazing. I have no doubt I will be scarfing down one of those in the near future. I highly recommend a visit if you haven't been. Go hungry and know the portions are generous.

**If you have kids, I would seriously think twice before coming here.** Our experience was extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, insulting. We walked in as a party of five and were immediately directed to a cramped, one-sided bench, even though there was a perfectly good-sized table available. When I asked why we couldn't sit at that table, we were told, **"That table is for groups of six."** So instead of comfortably seating a party of five at an empty table, they wanted us squeezed onto a bench. We decided not to stay and took our business elsewhere. As we were walking out, I overheard what appeared to be the manager and another server say, **"Our floors are clean, I don't need no kids here."** Honestly, WOW. Whether that comment was directed at us or not, saying something like that within earshot of customers is incredibly unprofessional and gives a very clear impression that families with children are not welcome. AWSOM Wings is my favorite wing spot to go to. Their wings are always so fresh and they have never gotten my order wrong! As some may know this is key if you're a wings lover like I am (having your order perfect each and every single time ) the last time I came what I ordered was a perfect combination for my cravings but today I couldn't remember exactly what all I got... I wanted to recreate that moment so when I called, I spoke to a nice young lady named Alonna who was able to pull up my past orders with just my phone number. I thought it was crazy AWSOM because I never knew they were capable of doing so. Came by tonight to get takeout dinner and try Alondra's for the first time. Waited about 10 minutes standing infront of the receiving stand until someone talked to us. We went to the cashier to order takeout and the cashier assisted someone else first even though we were there first because they were only picking up. That took another 15 minutes. Finally got to order, got our order in about 25 minutes, and went home. The fact that it took us 50 minutes just to take something out was pretty ridiculous, but it happens. When we got home, which was a 10 minute drive, the fries were already soggy. The jalapeno poppers were stale. The mild chicken wings were really plain. The onion rings were okay. The honey bbq wings were okay. The only forgivable thing we ordered was the philly cheesesteak. And they only gave us 1 ranch for everything ordered. Sorry, Buffalo Wild Wings, I have betrayed you. If I could give AWSOM Wings more than 5 stars, I totally would! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest smile from Alanna, the hostess. Her energy was infectious, and she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of pleasurable. Alanna's attention to detail was impeccable. She remembered our names, and even recommended the most incredible flavor combo for our wings--honey garlic with a side of their signature spicy BBQ. On this day 04/19/2020, I ordered pizza and wings then called back for additional pizza and wings because family was hungry and wanted a taste of something good as is Alondra's. The staff, which was comprised of maybe four or five employees due to covid, was exceptional. They got the order right the first time and the homie JOE was helpful and friendly, shout out to the cooks and anyone else involved in the operation. Pick up went without a glitch. I have been a huge fan of Alondra hot wings for years! We used to love going there for the delicious wings, pizza and the deep fried twinkies. The last time i went though unfortunately changed my mind completely! Their wait was very lengthy but we decided to continue waiting because we love the food so much. Once we were seated we waited another while for our orders to be taken, long story short they took long for our food to come out, the service was bad, our order was messed up. Last time I visited a couple of years ago they had some really good maple flavored wings that are no longer on the menu, which is a damn shame. But all in all, great food and service! From the moment we walked into this beautiful, cozy casita, she made us feel incredibly welcome. Gabby was attentive, warm, and highly professional. She kept our drinks filled, brought everything out perfectly hot, and checked in on us at just the right times. Her stellar customer service truly stood out and elevated our entire meal. Everything was very good and full of flavor. The restaurant is nice, clean, and has so much potential. Stephanie, our waitress, was very attentive, friendly, and professional and made sure we were taken care of throughout our meal. The homemade tortitas were also delicious and definitely worth trying! I know it sounds crazy, but trust me it's SO good and gives the perfect balance of flavor and extra kick. The seafood tastes fresh, the sauce is rich and buttery, and the portions are really filling. The fries and extras soak up the sauce so well too. I also like that the spice levels are customizable because everyone in the group can get what they're comfortable with. Service has always been friendly whenever I've gone, and the atmosphere is casual and fun for eating with friends or family. Definitely one of those places I keep craving and coming back to.
