When I asked others about their service, they stated that since the father was no longer involved, the personal guarantees and customer service seems to have lapsed. Some were ok. Some were very positive.Consistency keeps referrals coming. It's unfortunate that the last piece was dropped. But the company should have made it right. Last job they did, they left oil on the drive. I called and they said some one would call me back. This morning at 9:00, I called about the sofa and the woman who answered the phone said the owner would call me back soon. Just as she said 2 weeks ago about the oil stains. I've been a Realtor for 32 years. Rule 1: always return your calls when promised and always within 24 hours. I'm hoping this is an issue that the owner will decide to do the right thing and will motivate their customer service to improve. If so, I will edit my review gladly.

The movers were very kind but they did not pack the stuff in a way to prohibit damage, which is expected from the moving company. A number of things were broken and dirt covered the side of the couch. We also discovered a TV went missing and when asked to bring back it took WEEKS to get it returned. We also got some additional items that were not our own. Very disappointed, called to tell them what had happened we got a.... "I'm sorry" I'm sorry doesn't fix what is broken. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
