    *READ ME* Carmax plays unfair pricing games with vehicles and will change prices on you shamelessly and say it's a market price change. See attached. I showed interest on vehicle and was going to secure store transfer and then BAM! New price and now it's take its leave it. Stay away.

    I had the BEST experience at this Carmax location, thanks to my wonderful car saleswoman Lynn, Meren the service manager, and Jarrod a service department employee. Prior to buying my beautiful Toyota Corolla from Carmax, I visited a number of big name dealerships and received your typical car sales experience. Being a young woman with little car sales knowledge, I received the run around from many salesmen and the absolute worst customer service. However, coming to this Carmax was a breath of fresh air. Lynn was extremely helpful and sweet, showing me a number of cars on the lot that interested me. She listened to what my preferences and deal breakers were and didn't waste my time with vehicles that didn't match up. When we finally found the perfect car, she helped me through the process from start to finish, never once trying to sell me something that I didn't need. After I bought the car, I noticed a few issues that I addressed with the service department. Meren took the time to go over my concerns and explained the teams plan to solve the minor problems, guaranteeing that I would be satisfied no matter what. While the team worked on my car, Jarrod frequently phoned me to keep me up to date with the progress, something that I greatly appreciated. The entire team at this location excel in their customer service skills and I am so proud to have purchased a vehicle from them!

Initially, disappointment as the person she had been working with was not there along with another sales rep who knew about our quote etc. Regardless, we are assigned another rep, even after a slight adjustment, my daughter was treated professionally and received an amount that was extremely fair and very close to quoted amount. I was concerned and went along because of some of the prior reviews that I saw, but I can tell you that our experience at Autonation was a very positive one and I would suggest them for your sale, trade or purchase.

    Had a oil change on my 2020 lincoln nautilus and there were several things that were concerning to…read moreme. Requested a synthetic oil change. However, my invoice does not reflect that. When I sent a text message to my service advisor I did not get any response. Also, invoice states that I declined a multi point inspection. Which is absolutely not true. Again, no response from the service advisor. Lastly, very disappointed in your new policy of a surcharge when using any sort of credit card. That definitely seems to be an overreach for the lincoln brand which claims to be a step above. Very disappointed in this last visit. Not to mention the visit prior I had to return my vehicle because they did not attach the under carriage cover of my car.It was flapping in the wind. These are problems I expect from the many express oil change places I pass out on the road. I specifically come to the Lincoln dealership for better customer service and sadly, I will not return to your dealership. I will find another lincoln dealership. Normally I get many texts or emails requesting that I do a customer review of my most recent car service. However, I have not received any of the sort. That tells me that you're getting a lot of bad reviews and you don't really want customer feedback.

    I give this experience five stars. This morning, I took a…read moreside road which had an expected road sign. I was afraid Id hit the light of the sign and swerved but my mirror cracked from an already lose unit. I needed a mirror and fast under $25. At my nail Solon, a young lady suggested this pick and pull. Entry is $4 no matter what. Definitely wear shoes you don't care about and wear gloves . Step to the window and tell them why you're there. Pay admit $4 in cash but charge is okay when your find the part you need. $2 extra for card. I only had a par of pliers and a few men giggled and asked asked how I would get it off the car. I was handed apiece of paper, after doing research on the site ahead of time for the car and year I needed to match. My row was 144. It was a long sledge walk in slides ( I was fed up with calling around at that point). I found the row , and some comical roasts along the way ( see photo) but the actual models that fit my car were destroyed or already taken. I found a similar model that seemed to fit the measurements .. until I got back to my car. The part was $4. I paid in cash. I was given a receipt but told the part is as is. Posted photo after I ordered correct size from Amazon. I just did this temp. So I wouldn't get pulled over, and I need to see my blind spots!!

The only mistake I made was forgetting to remove my license plate and by the time I realized it, the car had already been crushed.

I learned the hard way that this dealership operates with zero integrity and cares more about squeezing profits than treating customers fairly. Here's what happened: I put down a deposit to secure a vehicle. I received a signed price quote from the dealership. I secured financing, causing a hard hit on my credit score. And then... they SOLD THE VEHICLE TO SOMEONE ELSE. That's right. Despite taking my money, my time, and damaging my credit, they went behind my back and sold the car to someone else without any warning. This isn't just bad business--this is straight-up deception. Their sales team assured me my deposit was holding the car, but in reality, it meant NOTHING. Imagine trusting them with your purchase, only to find out they've been negotiating with someone else the whole time. When I purchased the truck it had 2 chips in the windshield. While I was at the dealership in the waiting room on a personal phone call, I was interrupted by a Wallace Auto glass employee who told me that my windshield was cracked and i could get a free windshield at no cost to me While I was still on a personal call she got my insurance information out of my glovebox and came back about 30 minutes later while I was still on a personal call and told me she had a representative on her phone. She then muted her phone and told me to tell the representative that I just noticed the cracks that day which was a LIE. I answered the representative's questions while I was still on the personal call. The Wallace Glass employee told me to bring my truck back the next day at noon and my windshield would be replaced. I showed up at the dealership at 11:30 and was told I was not on the list to get my windshield replaced and no one in the services department knew anything about my windshield. I called Wallace glass and it went straight to voicemail and when Wallace called me back they said they did not know when they were going to be at the dealership and I was told not to wait because there were other people scheduled so I left the dealership. I then find out that My auto insurance will not file a claim for a new windshield because the chips were on the windshield when I purchased it. I spoke with a Mike today from the dealership and was told that Ford will not replace my windshield because its not a safety Hazard. SAFETY HAZARD IS NOT THE ISSUE-I purchased a vehicle that has 2 chips in the windshield and WAS PROMISED A FREE WINDSHIELD AT NO COST TO ME BY THE WALLACE AUTO GLASS EMPLOYEE. Ford was completely aware of the chips in my windshield I will NEVER PURCHASE OR TRADE another vehicle from this dealership. The lack of integrity and dishonesty is beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with and to be told to LIE ......is unacceptable. HAD I read the other 1 star reviews I would have never gone to that dealership. Lesson Learned I will continue pursuing getting Ford to so the honest thing and replace my windshield.

After calling several other companies and hearing, "Sorry, that's not what we do," I finally reached out to ASAP Towing -- and what a difference! From the very first call, everyone on the team was engaged, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They walked me through my options clearly, followed up to make sure everything went smoothly, and treated my situation with real care. A substantial sized rock hit my windshield that flew off of their flatbed truck. I immediately pulled up next to the truck so my daughter can take pics only to find the ENTIRE flatbed covered in gravel! Lazy! You can see the driver carries a broom but they are too lazy and messy to clean off their trucks. I immediately called the company and spoke to Chad who told me he reviewed the photos I submitted and to send him an estimate, he also asked for a 5 star review! The audacity! I told him of course I'll do a review after they take care of my damage! Did they do as they said? Nope, the owner said I have to go through my insurance! What a joke! It's their negligence which was acknowledging, but I'm the one having to go through my insurance and having the claim affect my rate! This was anew windshield! Do better and take accountability for your sloppy driver and their failure to clear gravel! I will be escalating this! I would not take it this far had it not been neglectful, but this to gross and lack of accountability. I would not recommend anyone using this company! Glass claims are not "free" they still affect your insurance. Jerks!!!!
