I felt the whole process was probably the most transparent auto purchase I've ever had. I was able to check out several different cars and never felt pressured at all. It took me several visits and some browsing on the Carmax website. I found the car that checked all my boxes and it was close enough to Jax that shipping was free!! Once it arrived I test drove it, and again there was no pressure to buy. Robert was very knowledgeable and so patient with all my questions! I decided to purchase the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and ended up trading in my 2016 Kia Sorrento (wasn't planning on that but they gave me a fair value) There are no hidden fees, or any "bait & switch" like most dealers do! There is a dealer fee, but it's not a huge mark-up, considered the car meets their stringent standards and they are a business, so profit is not unreasonable. Overall the process was streamlined and straightforward. I didn't have any issues with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I think their customer service is very good! Everyone I interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful! I've had my car since February and I absolutely Love it! Thank you CarMax!

I paid $1,261 for repair work on my vehicle, and the work was never performed. The individual who took my money was operating inside United Auto's facility, using their location and space to conduct business. At no point was it made clear that he was supposedly an "independent" operator, nor did he appear to be separated from the business in any noticeable way. After the work was not done, I later discovered that the person who took the payment -- "Bobby Body Shop" -- does not appear anywhere on Florida's business registry (Sunbiz.org) and does not appear to have any verifiable license or business presence in the state. United Auto ultimately refunded my money, which I appreciate, but that also confirms that this situation was tied to their location and operations. The process was confusing, unprofessional, and handled with very poor oversight. No customer should ever have to dig through state databases to confirm whether someone working inside a repair facility is even legally registered to perform repairs. This experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted a significant amount of time. Consumers deserve far better clarity, professionalism, and accountability.

Every time I took it to them (45 min from where I live) they would clear the "check engine light" however it would come back. At 1 and 1/2 month after purchasing and now "check engine" #4 or 5 by the time I took it to an Auto zone and had them plug in their machine to let me know of issue. That is where they stated that the Catalytic Converter needed to be replaced. Took it back to United auto and Although they "fixed" it...I find out today by a mechanic at Goodyear that the mechanic at United auto placed the catalytic converter BACKWARDS clogging and pushing oil in the wrong direction. Causing my engine to be damaged. Even though they said they were "fixing" the issues, and like they stated "they did not have to help me" because all sales were final...their mechanic made a mistake and now the repair is $3-4K (thousand) and Goodyear cannot guarantee it will keep the car running long term because of the damage his mechanic made. United auto tries to blame me stating I was running the car without oil when it was a mistake by them. This was for sure a LEMON. I paid $12,500 and now I am Out of that money that I PAID in CASH!!!!!...not a loan.

Everyone has heard a horror story of someone getting scammed while buying a car. However, this experience was so far from being stressful or confusing. Willie is the one who helped me during the process. As soon as I sat down we let him know I was interested in Camrys and Malibus, and he immediately jumped on showing us options. He also mentioned a Jetta that came in recently it was a really good price. I took interest as soon as I saw the photo of the Jetta. Within 30 seconds of driving it, I knew it was mine. From there, the paperwork and "sales" aspect of buying the car was smooth sailing. It's almost done completely virtually which makes the process really seamless and easy to understand. There is a screen you view everything on so there is great transparency in pricing. I never felt like Willie was trying to do anything other than get me out the door with the best price and car. He kept checking in with his manager about things which made me feel secure in such a big purchase. He also answered all of my questions in easy to understand terms and was super patient with us. He even took it to the car wash before we left! Overall, this was the best experience of buying a car I could have hoped for. I am thrilled to call Jenny the Jetta mine!

Unlike my earlier attempts to escalate, Eliot actually listened, took my concerns seriously, and didn't make me feel insignificant as a customer. He offered real solutions and structured the remainder of the process to respect my time -- arranging for as much of the transaction as possible to be handled remotely with the vehicle delivered to my city so I wouldn't have to make another trip to Jacksonville. Eliot paired me with Katie in sales to handle the in-person portion of the transaction, and she was everything the previous experience was not. She came fully prepared, was knowledgeable, efficient, and -- most impressively -- proactively addressed relevant details before I even had to ask. It was clear she genuinely cared about making the process smooth and takes pride in her performance. I'm leaving the original review in place because that experience happened and others deserve to know. But I also believe in giving credit where it's due -- Eliot and Katie earned it. They turned a deeply frustrating situation into a completed purchase decision that I'm confident in. I am also quite impressed with the responsiveness and exceptional follow through provided after the sale was complete. If your experience puts you in contact with either of them, you're in good hands. ---------- I am highly disappointed with my first experience with Enterprise Car Sales. I had selected two vehicles online and confirmed their availability via text prior to driving over 1-1/2 hours to Jacksonville. I was to see Katie upon arrival, but was paired with Daquan since she was unavailable when I got there. I provided him the stock numbers and the text confirmation, he had me test drive alternative vehicles while I waited for him to find them. Hours later, Daquan admitted the vehicles and keys could not be located due to inventory issues. The following week, he contacted me to inform the vehicles and keys had been located. I returned that Saturday and test drove the vehicles then let him know which one I intended to buy. I requested a second key and interior cleaning of the stained seats for that vehicle then was assured these items would be handled. When I called back for an update the following week and to advise of my arrival to complete the purchase, I was told the second key would not be ordered until after I arrived which meant additional waiting for me. This was extremely frustrating after already losing two Saturdays and incurring travel expenses due to Enterprise's disorganization. I attempted to escalate the issue to Herbert in management but never received a follow-up call. I have been forced to cancel the transaction with my bank due to the poor communication, inadequate preparation and lack of respect for my time and money. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Enterprise Car Sales.

Despite providing clear instructions that I would be out of town and that my 93-year-old mother would be available for the 10:00 AM pickup and end-of-day drop-off, the process was handled poorly. Your team failed to return the vehicle as scheduled on Friday, leaving my elderly parents without transportation for three days. As a result, they missed dinner plans, an urgent care visit, and essential doctor's appointments. The communication throughout this period was unacceptable. I was unable to reach a person on Saturday, and my request for a callback from Frank went ignored. When I finally spoke with Frank on Monday morning to emphasize that we needed the car by 9:00 AM for a critical specialist appointment, the vehicle did not arrive until nearly 11:00 AM. To make matters worse, rather than offering an apology, Frank was dismissive and attempted to blame me for the delay. This experience has been incredibly stressful for my family, especially given my parents' age and medical needs. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure other customers do not face similar treatment.
