I highly recommend Auto Line for their honest, respectful, knowledgeable sales staff and even the finance officer John was a pleasure to work with. :) They provide CarFax on their vehicles so you have the history. This is ultimately the place to go ! I am so happy I came. I had been checking back on their website like clock work for a car since my hybrid battery on my 2009 camry went out. They had a corolla se for $21k . Not bad since I have only owned Toyotas. Came in test drove liked it, but just a tad cramped in leg room for me I stand at 5'11. To my surprise they had just gotten two Toyota Camrys '22 with 60k miles in a white and a black. What an answer to prayer my ultimate goal was to find a low mileage camry white in color that was not an LE I am more of an SE type of gal. There it was a '22 White Camry SE 60k miles. After relocating to Florida, I needed to buy a new car, I've searched countless websites and went to tons of different dealerships, I tracked down the local Autoline Preowned and this one stood out to me. I think it was because they had the specific vehicles I was looking for. Even though this dealership had the cars I needed I was worried if they had any additional fees, luckily they didn't. I picked up the phone and gave them a call. I spoke with a person confirming the car I wanted was on the lot and they verified it was. They worked on the car and made sure it was clean and presentable. I was happy when I arrived that they had the car in ready-to-go condition, for a test drive. Their service was fast and they got me on my way to test drive the car. It was the most painless car-buying process I've ever done. The salesman, couldn't have been less pushy and was very polite and informative. We appreciated being able to take the car for a drive alone. Agreeing on the terms of the deal was incredibly smooth, with no haggling and back-and-forth stuff. Then on to the finance department, he too was very polite and friendly and efficient. My daughter and I were checking out used pickups for her dad. I told CJ we were on a strict budget and it would need to be a straight-across trade. CJ had the mechanic check out my husband's truck for trade-in. CJ said they could give us $22,000 and it would sell easily. He said, "I'd buy that truck!" CJ took us immediately over to a white Colorado listing for $23,000 to suggest a mostly straight-across trade. But a couple weeks later, when my husband and I went in, the mechanic took the truck in again, and CJ told us they could only give us $16,000. When I argued about the first price, CJ said the $22,000 was what we could sell it for outright, not what they could give us. Why would CJ show my daughter and I a straight-across trade for the Colorado then? I was extremely disappointed, not only that there was an obvious discrepancy in what CJ was saying, but more that they are all wearing Christian crosses and claim openly to be Christians.
