I scheduled an appointment online which was very easy along with getting an email from Nissan of the avenues a few days prior. It was a great deal, full synthetic oil change regularly 89.95 for $49.95. The email also showed a few other great promotions but wanted to take advantage of this great price. I was created nicely by the dealership valet and confirmed my appointment and filled out some paperwork to bring in to my advisor, the process went smoothly and the gentleman was very professional. I also wanted to get my tires rotated and asked for a quote of $23.95. I had asked my service advisor Kathleen if I should get it done and she recommended as this will keep the life of your tires longer. I agreed. She was very welcoming and friendly and confirmed my information and asked if I would be waiting for the car. The technician did the job and also recommended a few other preventative maintenance on the car which I declined most at the moment. Because I did get a new air filter in the process , Anthony the Service Manager knocked the price of my tire rotation from $23.99 to $19.95 which was a very nice gesture and great customer service. This is my go to place for all my Nissan needs and I am thankful it's close to home.

In addition, I visited with Katheryn in new car sales about giving me an out the door price on a new CT5-V Blackwing they had on order and due in December. She refused to sell it to me saying they could not price it until it was delivered from the factory. Apparently, they price it based on the market above sticker price when they receive them. So, they treat a long-time customer no better than a walk in off the street. I would avoid this dealship at all costs.

Carvana's offer was much better than CarMax (Jacksonville), AutoNation (Jacksonville) and Ron Anderson Chevrolet (Fernandina Beach) as well. The car was brand new, very low mileage and I was also very honest on their appraisal survey submitted. Carvana confirmed all of that when I brought the car in for inspection. The very next day I had an ACH transfer in my bank account for the agreed to amount. Simple to accomplish and straight forward and none of the extraneous "Car Dealer Speak" EVER. HIghly recommend!!!
