Damaged subframe, literally crunch up against the oil pan

First off, Brandon was very professional and courteous, so I really don't have anything bad to say about him. Now that I've had my car for almost a month, I feel the price definitely should have been lower, and this is due to the wreck it was in with the previous owner a few months ago. I just took it to have an alignment done on it, and was informed that part of the issue is due to the bent subframe that is basically pulling the front wheels closer together. This car honestly shouldn't have been sold until this issue was repaired properly. But that's partly my fault for not doing a more thorough inspection of the car, so I've pretty much screwed myself now. Yes, it was my responsibility to do a more detailed look at the vehicle, but the extent of that damage could only be assessed if the car is put onto a lift or jacked up to get under the car. What dealership would in sell a vehicle with this kind of damage?!? Part of me was very trusting due to the very diverse variety of the vehicles being sold, from Bentley and Lambos, to jacked up trucks. I assumed this place would be more honest, but again, just proves there will always be shady people. Very disappointing. Even Brandon hasn't responded to the messages asking about the damage either. If you do decided to purchase from them, definitely be more thorough about looking that the vehicle your interested in, as from what I'm reading in some other reviews, they don't seem all that helpful with repairs.

I purchased a 2015 Mercedes S600 from Deny at Da Vinci Motors in Jacksonville. Having been in the…read morecar business myself and not being able to see the car in person, I had Deny do a facetime walk-around with me. He told me there was no damage to the vehicle, and due to its seemingly pristine condition I paid their full asking price, but when I received the car, the first thing I noticed was a deep scratch in the trunk lid. Something that would be impossible to miss! I notified the General Manager, who investigated, and confirmed the damage prior to shipping. He offered me $300 to help pay for the repair, as that is what his internal cost would be, which I accepted. I consider the matter resolved and am otherwise very happy with the condition of this beautiful car.

I am an out-of-state buyer from North Carolina. I informed DaVinci (DAV) that my brother, who lives…read morein the Jacksonville area, would be available to inspect the vehicle (Car A) for me. The same day I notified DAV; the price of Car A increased by $3,000. The salesman stated the increase was due to "market conditions." During my brother's inspection, he pointed out that the windshield was cracked, and DAV promptly replaced it. I placed a deposit on Car A and informed DAV that I would be arriving in Jacksonville in three days. I attempted to negotiate the price, but I was told the vehicle price was now non-negotiable because the windshield had been replaced. I proceeded to pay for Car A in full and signed over the title to my trade-in vehicle. The salesman assured me that I would receive the title within seven business days. Since I had previously purchased vehicles before receiving titles, I accepted that timeline. However, 30 days later, I still had not received the title. Prior to my temporary tag expiring, I contacted both DAV and the Florida DMV (FDMV) and opened an investigation. I finally received a replacement tag from DAV five days after the first tag had already expired. During its investigation, the FDMV discovered that the previous owner of Car A was involved in a financial dispute with DAV, which was delaying the title transfer. I then received a second temporary tag, but it arrived seven days after Tag 1 had expired. Another 30 days passed, and Tag 2 was nearing expiration. Five business days before it expired, I again contacted both DAV and the FDMV because I needed a third temporary tag. The expiration date passed, and 10 additional days went by with no Tag 3 issued. Eventually, I received notification from the FDMV that DAV was sending the title via FedEx. Despite all the inconvenience, DAV did not even provide overnight shipping as a courtesy. Instead, they sent the title using a four-day FedEx delivery service. As a result, I was unable to legally drive the vehicle for 14 days after Tag 2 expired. During the first 60 days of ownership, I was unable to drive the car legally for a total of 26 days. I ultimately received the title 64 days after purchasing the vehicle. I provide this testimony as an example of my experience doing business with DAV. Good luck to you.

I was promised that both issues would be fixed before I picked the vehicle up two days after signing the paperwork. That didn't happen. It took an entire week for them to finally repair the leak, and the headlight wasn't fixed until two days after that. Once I finally picked up the vehicle and brought it home, I discovered yet another issue -- a leak in the driver-side floorboard. I had to bring the vehicle back again so they could repair that as well. A few months later, the air suspension warning light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle in expecting the repair to be covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I was told I had purchased. That's when I found out that the warranty I was sold was not actually full coverage as it had been explained to me during and even after the purchase. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back four separate times because the air suspension issue still has not been resolved. On top of that, I've already spent about $500 on diagnostic and labor fees trying to figure out the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager admitted that this is the first vehicle with air suspension they have worked on. Despite that, they have refused to take the vehicle to or consult with a certified mechanic who has experience with these systems to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the broken promises about repairs, the misleading explanation of the warranty, and the inability to properly diagnose a problem they admit they are unfamiliar with, I feel like I've been left dealing with ongoing issues and unnecessary costs. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be very cautious and get everything in writing.

The paint has already peeled off. Calipers painted, they did that twice and it's all peeled off. Wheel lights which they fitted incorrectly 3 times and an auxilary horn which stopped working within a week. They had my car in the shop for a month. A month! Despite promises from them to put it right they never did. I have full documentation of them admitting the work was bad (texts from Alex and Trey) admitting it was their fault but chasing them to get things done was exhausting. They promised time again to put it right or refund me. Neither happened despite me calling and texting constantly. They simply don't answer or return calls. I now have to pay to get everything done again. Terrible experience.
