I contacted GW Trucks regarding two G-Wagons, a 2016 and later a 2014 model. After deciding the 2016 was outside my budget, I became seriously interested in the 2014 and informed the dealership that I would be scheduling a pre-purchase inspection before buying the vehicle. I arranged and paid $285 for a third-party inspection scheduled for the very next day, which is something serious buyers typically do before purchasing a high-mileage luxury vehicle. However, the morning of the inspection, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold. My issue is not that the vehicle sold, but that there was no clear communication that the car would continue being actively sold while I was actively arranging and paying for an inspection. A simple "we cannot hold the vehicle without a deposit" would have avoided the misunderstanding entirely. The experience felt unprofessional and poorly communicated, especially considering the time and money involved in scheduling an out-of-state inspection. read more

Horrible experience. Hard to get anyone to answer the multiple phone numbers they list. Text messages was a super slow process. I ended up purchasing a vehicle as an out of state buyer. They failed to mention any issues with the car, both cosmetic and mechanical. Car had a check engine light that they were just secretly erasing, verified by a high end OBDii scan tool and seeing the history. I bought a car from this dealership with 87,000 miles on it, and within the same week, it developed engine, transmission, and electrical issues. I went back to the dealership, but they offered no help--even though I had paid for an extended warranty--and told me it would take three months just to look at the car. The car is now not drivable or sellable, and despite repeated attempts to contact the dealership for help, they have refused to take responsibility or assist in any way. I've tried to work with them to resolve the situation -- including asking for repairs, or help getting out of the loan -- but they've done nothing to make it right. I'm now stuck with a car that doesn't run and a loan I can't escape. It's extremely disappointing to experience this kind of treatment and lack of accountability. SCAM ARTISTS! STAY AWAY- Went here DEC 2025 to look at a 2015 Nissan Juke for about $3900. Emailed with a rep online to make an appt for a test drive. Showed up, test drove w my son and decided to get the car. Window didn't work and the key fob had some issues. But it was doable. I sat down with a different rep than who I emailed with earlier. The guy asks me if I was financing and I told him that I was paying cash. Then he says, "I just want to let you know that we charge an extra fee on top of the price." I asked him what was this extra price amount? He then says, "We add on a $2,000 additional fee on top of the price of the $3,900!" So he is telling me that the car that I came to pay cash for ($3,900) is going to cost me an extra $2,000 and plus additionally with the taxes tags and fees ITS GOING TO COST ME OVER $6,500!!!! I TELL HIM NO THANKS!!! And as I start to leave w my son, he then says "how much of a fee would you accept?" I told him, I would accept the price of the car, w tags, taxes and title. He then replies and says he could give me the car for $5500 plus taxes tags and titles still paying for it over $6,000!!! RIP OFF CENTRAL!!! If this isn't a SCAM then I don't know what is!! I paid $25,000 cash for a 2019 Ford Expedition MAX from GW Trucks. Within 24 hours, the engine failed -- Ford found metal shavings in the oil pan and said it needs $21k in repairs. This is my family's only vehicle, and with my wife expecting our third child, we've been forced into expensive rentals just to get by. The service contract they sold me was denied for coverage as a pre-existing issue, and despite a certified demand letter, GW Trucks has ignored me completely. We test drove car for 45 minutes no issues. While he was signing paperwork, they took car to the maintenance to give it a good clean, so they said. My kid was so excited. Well guess what the entire engine has got to be replaced $12,000 and when we called GW they said paperwork signed and we sell AS IS........So tell me how my kid is going to pay for a new engine. First off, Brandon was very professional and courteous, so I really don't have anything bad to say about him. Now that I've had my car for almost a month, I feel the price definitely should have been lower, and this is due to the wreck it was in with the previous owner a few months ago. I just took it to have an alignment done on it, and was informed that part of the issue is due to the bent subframe that is basically pulling the front wheels closer together. This car honestly shouldn't have been sold until this issue was repaired properly. But that's partly my fault for not doing a more thorough inspection of the car, so I've pretty much screwed myself now. Yes, it was my responsibility to do a more detailed look at the vehicle, but the extent of that damage could only be assessed if the car is put onto a lift or jacked up to get under the car. What dealership would in sell a vehicle with this kind of damage?!? Part of me was very trusting due to the very diverse variety of the vehicles being sold, from Bentley and Lambos, to jacked up trucks. I assumed this place would be more honest, but again, just proves there will always be shady people. Very disappointing. Even Brandon hasn't responded to the messages asking about the damage either. If you do decided to purchase from them, definitely be more thorough about looking that the vehicle your interested in, as from what I'm reading in some other reviews, they don't seem all that helpful with repairs. read more

Another Fruad car company, these bozos have a stock of high end named vehicles with horrible carfax histories, every car had paint issues or interior damage, and they were asking rediculous prices for these cars that are mostly out of warranty, my sales person acted totally uninterested and was very rude, he continually walks away from me and answering his cell phone, during my visit I was walking around and had questions and he is gone lol. Its like they look at you and determine if they should bother helping you if you dont look like you have money, I guess or you are not the ideal shopper that they label you as. On the phone the guy says oh yes sir we are negotiating on price but when I made a reasonable offer, they laughed at me and looked at me like I was crazy. 2018 BMW 530e The vehicle has a lot of issues, the battery will not stay charged, it will only travel 5 miles on a full charge, the leather has been painted over there are spill spots. The usb ports and cigarette lighter do not work, brakes are bad, the ambient lights are fainting in and out. I have spent several hundred dollars trying to get the smell out. I have even bought an ozone machine. I don't plan to give you a good review, the vehicle has a lot of issues. I see why it was sold cheap. The USB port does not work, the plugin battery is going out and will not take a full charge. It was not disclosed to me that the vehicle smell like an ash tray. Some tried to touch the interior with paint and it's all over the seatbelt buckle. I am very disappointed. The vehicle is currently in the shop and discovered it had over 8k in under carriage damage. Please avoid this dealership, they shipped me a vehicle with a lot of issues and were aware and never disclosed. Andrew Castro I guess, bought the car online had it delivered, Andrew assured me the car was in great condition,put through GW's service shop inspection, driven buy him personally,what a joke, I got the car the oil wasn't even changed, I've had the car a month and a half trying to figure out what is wrong with it, it was bad right off delivery truck!! I made some calls they paid for oil change and transmission flush that should have been done at dealership, and $1500 toward repairs but found out today after $1350 in parts and $2600 labor it will be $5500 more to rebuild torque tube. They had to know something was very wrong with the car and sold it anyway. My fault for trusting Andrew Castro, he even said the car had new tires and it didn't,broken mirror inside,missing emblem, they offer to let me trade it on another car but would only give me 2k less than I paid and I had to pay another 2k in bs dealership fee's. It was my fault for trusting them, I'm just trying to save someone else from what I am going through. They buy the car that other dealers don't want ,and auction cars, beware. I asked the sales person (Alexander) if there was any issue with the car I could not see in the picture. He said it was a clean car and nothing to worry about. when the car was delivered, I found out the front bumper is defected and is coming, key fob all messed up and battery low, missing parts inside the car. I tried contacting them but ignored me emails and calls. total repaired about &3k. Never again will I do business with them or even buy car out of state again. Rock chips all over the car and windshield. Rear tires were shot. No disclosures of any hidden scratches or damage. If you are buying out of state like me please get a PPI or literally fly out and see it yourself. Yama promised it would be delivered in a enclosed trailer but was delivered in a open trailer. If the car didn't have warranty I would have lost my hair by now. Also Alex is very rude. You should be kissing my hands for my business especially after all your negative reviews. I wanted help on the rear bumper scratch/dent repair that they knew about but did not mention. Yama their "Finance Manager" said you had the chance to come and get the car inspected and made up story's how if the car was in Florida they would take care of it. Damages for the scratches came out to $1000.00, at this point I was tired of paying out of pocket and just felt like the situation is unjust for all the damages they did not disclose and wanted some help. Of course I was ghosted. Keep in mind my bank would not give me a loan on the car since they have a F rating on the business bureau. This guys real scammers. There is a lot of paint defects at my car. It is a complete fraud to hide defects with polish without paint correction and sell vehicles in this condition. After the rain and after washing my car, all the defects came out. There is a reason why the pictures on their website are of low quality. Tires are in bad condition. Bought a 2018 land Rover Range Rover Supercharged sight unseen. Looked beautiful online. The salesman Castro took a video inside and out. Car was in great shape. I was assured that there was nothing wrong with the car at all. I had it transported up to me in the Chicago area and let's see: The fob battery was dead, battery for the car it's self needed replacement, the telematics battery replacement and going to shop for clunking and vibration in front end. Castro told me to call the manager which I did, left message. He text back call the office. Its been over a week from phone calls. They are probably getting a big laugh selling me they're money pit. I have full documentation of them admitting the work was bad (texts from Alex and Trey) admitting it was their fault but chasing them to get things done was exhausting. They promised time again to put it right or refund me. Neither happened despite me calling and texting constantly. They simply don't answer or return calls. Then we made them take it back, and the guy promised he would fix it.... Said he had another Mercedes just like it, but it was perfect. He said the car was accident free... I asked him Several times if the car had any accidents and he said no. This car shows up with a gas leak. There were other problems, but the gas leak was insane. My daughter was driving huffing gas all day. They could have cared less . They denied the car had a gas leak. We took the car to the Mercedes dealership. You can confirm all of this .. Carlton Mercedes. They said it was still under warranty and they would fix it ... So we got lucky on that.... So many things wrong with the car... I took the car directly to a dealer to trade it for an SUV and they pulled the report and it has multiple accidents. I cannot believe people like this are allowed to have a busines. I'm gonna stop here because it just gets worse. Look at all of the negative reviews they have. What does that tell you? Stay away. read more

EDIT: Maybe I should have waited until we at least got home to leave a review. We live an hour and a half away and before we even got half way home, the truck shut off on us leaving us stranded. Let me make it clear that when we test drove the truck it had a check engine light on which showed the fuel pressure sensor needed to be replaced, he had a "mechanic" look at it and all they did was clear the code to make the light go off and said that it could have been from sitting. My girlfriend said that we would get it fixed with the assumption when looking up the part it would be around $400 along with th3 cracked windshield being around the same, which meant Branden knocked off $900 with the truck as is. I understand completely that things happen, but once looking at the car fax, the fuel filter had been changed less then 250 miles ago, so I reached out to the dealership who fixed it and he said they had changed the fuel filter a the sensor. We took the truck (which has zero power) in to the shop and the guy is telling me it could be anywhere from $100 to $7k depending what exactly is wrong. When I spoke to Branden on Friday and told him what happened, he said he would have his mechanic give me a call, yet here it is and I have not heard anything. Just be cautious when purchasing a car from these guys, they make a truck look great, but what lies underneath they don't care about!! read more

Went into the dealership, saw a truck that I liked, talked with the salesman Alex, expressed that I liked the vehicle however, there were some issues with the vehicle that I was concerned about, I told him that I would purchase the vehicle as long as they were fixed he spoke with the owner/ manager Yama and they agreed however that's not what happened, they BS me along and kicked the can down the road, they had me bringing the car back-and-forth supposedly the part never came in then it came in wrong, truck had no oil in ..just ridiculous.. finally I just got really frustrated with dealing with them. I realize that the car I purchased was "as is" however, if a dealership makes an agreement to fix something I feel like they should uphold that agreement. Ok for starters if I could put 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews but this one has really hurt my family financially. So I bought my 2018 Ram 2500 late June. 4 days of owning the truck and only 200 miles put on the truck the transmission goes into "limp mode" wouldn't shift out of 4th gear. I contact GW trucks and spoke to Kemal the GM. I tell him what is going on and provide him with screenshots of conversations to his sales rep and service manager that are time stamped. I had the truck scanned from a reputable diesel shop for codes and clearly needed a transmission. At first he wanted me to cancel my aftermarket warranty that will not cover the transmission and to pay for it out of my pocket. After settling he stated they would fix and "rebuild" my transmission. I sent him a quote from a reputable company to do the work and GW pay the bill. He stated they "know a guy" that builds transmissions. I explained to Kemal I'm a disabled combat veteran with 3 kids active in sports and can't be without a vehicle for long. I asked if he would provide a loaner he said no. They had my truck for 3 weeks in that time I had to pay rental car fees out of pocket. Once I received my truck back after they "rebuilt" the transmission I drove no more than 4 miles and the check engine light comes back on and goes into "limp mode" again. So I go to get it scanned once again scan suggest I need a rebuilt or replaced transmission again! I asked Kemal to provide me an itemized receipt of work done, shop that did work, and mechanic certification, with no response. I have also been waiting for a couple of weeks now for them to cancel my aftermarket warranty. I've tried calling several times with no correspondence. Everybody including Veterans and active military stay away from this dealership!! They have no honor or integrity! I think as many negative reviews there are the local news would be interested! My next step will be seeking legal representation. UPDATE....The GM reached out to me a few minutes after posting asking if this review was fair I said "absolutely it is all true." i posted on their Facebook page as well. I was excited about going on a 8 hour drive to Florida to get my first luxury vehicle. We arrived to find out the person who we were in contact with wasn't there and didn't tell us he wouldn't be there. The vehicle was nice with a few paint blemishes. The car had dog hair in it when it was given to us for a test drive. The car buying process was easy and quick. I requested the car be cleaned but after leaving we noticed dog hair in between the seats and in the back hatch part and the previous owner personal affects. I wasn't going to make a big deal until I reached out about registration paperwork. I request the paperwork be sent to me, after requesting several times it was not sent to me. I've had my vehicle over a month, I had to request a second temporary tag. I've been calling and emailing everyday with little results. Hopefully, I won't regret this decision altogether! read more
