I purchased a 2015 Mercedes S600 from Deny at Da Vinci Motors in Jacksonville. Having been in the car business myself and not being able to see the car in person, I had Deny do a facetime walk-around with me. He told me there was no damage to the vehicle, and due to its seemingly pristine condition I paid their full asking price, but when I received the car, the first thing I noticed was a deep scratch in the trunk lid. Something that would be impossible to miss! I notified the General Manager, who investigated, and confirmed the damage prior to shipping. He offered me $300 to help pay for the repair, as that is what his internal cost would be, which I accepted. I consider the matter resolved and am otherwise very happy with the condition of this beautiful car. read more

Da Vinci Automotive sales manager, Louis K SUCKS!!!! Please do not buy a car from him. He doesn't honor the 90 warranties. I bought a 2005 Bentley, it had a couple of preambles I informed them of on day of purchase. They delivered the car to me a day late and didn't inform me of the late delivery date, so it was returned, so I had to pay for it to be delivered back to me. The second day both batteries was completed dead, so I had to pay a tow service to deliver it back to Da Vinci. The car was there for five weeks before he fixed the battery. The other problem was the, tire pressure Sencer, which, was noted on day of purchase, never fixed, still under warranty. next the keys, only one key, I requested a second key and when he, Louis, realize a set of keys would cost $1998,00, he refused it issue a new set of keys. The key that I have just crank the car, doesn't lock the car, so I am stuck with these repairs. Please, please, check everything, AC, windows hood, stereo, tires, all lights, ect. If you fail to check and note everything, he will not repair nothing and after notating everything, I would be surprised if he fix anything. I went to view a Mach 1 Mustang GT they had listed for 41,000 and when I arrived they said, oh Im sorry but that car has significant frame damage and is not for sale, 2 months later they continued to advertise the same car and I called to speak to the manager, he said Oh yeah man, will remove that from the website, and 1 month later it still shows for sale with no change, I called again and asked if it was now repaired and for sale now, he lied again and said oh Im sorry we will remove that from the website, goddam liars, its still there. HERE IS YOUR WARNING!! DO NOT BUY HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AN OUT-OF-STATE BUYER. At first glance, Davinci Auto appears professional. That impression does not last. I am a business owner and spent months searching for a Lincoln Navigator. Davinci listed one with low miles and remaining factory warranty, priced below market. We later learned why: it was a manufacturer lemon buyback. Even so, we agreed to purchase it at full asking price with no discounts, plus a $1,300 dealer fee and inflated out-of-state title fees. We completed a virtual walkthrough, received a buyer's order, and placed a $1,000 deposit via Cash App at their direction, sent directly to the company owner, since their card system was "down." I was explicitly told the deposit would hold the vehicle until Monday, when the wire transfer for the balance was scheduled and confirmed. Monday morning, the wire cleared. Minutes later, I was told the vehicle had been sold to someone else on Sunday while the dealership was supposedly closed. The explanation given was "miscommunication," despite the deposit, buyer's order, and wire confirmation. They had full payment in hand and we have nothing! Although the funds were eventually returned, they refused to unwind the other sale or take responsibility. They told me it would inconvenience their other client by having to drive back, since they came from central Florida to pick the car up. The problem should have been resolved with the other buyer, not me. Regardless of the situation. We had a legally binding contract once they accepted my deposit. I am still considering legal action, and I have all the proof I need to validate the unethical behavior to any judge. Because we believed this deal was complete, we passed on another Navigator elsewhere. That vehicle sold as well. Davinci made no real effort to make things right beyond vague offers to "look" for another car. This dealership operates with poor internal controls, questionable ethics, and no regard for customer impact once they have your money. The key fob was never delivered to me the link to activate the system in my car was never sent to me and without it I can't activate it through Maserati. I am trying to get my extended warranty information that all the sales people can see in the computer, but they don't have access to provide me my policy information or a copy of my policy and I keep getting told that a manager is going to call me. I am on day three my car cannot be driven. The wrist key fob with Maserati is on backorder for five weeks but I can get a regular clicker going through the extended warranty for free but they are refusing to send me the policy that I paid thousands of dollars for and I'm getting ready to hire an attorney because my car cannot be driven and I'm going to have to get a rental car all because they're refusing to send me documentation that I paid for. Trunk Broken - wont stay up Hood Latch Broken, Zip tie used as a fix Cover Piece on Engine not secured - Just placed in position, mounting screws missing Other interior lights not working- Dashboard Reverse Button Light NO Manual - Making it impossible to Passenger Rear Seat broken, does not hold in place I reache dou t o the dealership on 5 occasions now and still NO RESPONSE. First off I was dealing with Deni. Very nice man and I do not feel this was his fault. He did a complete walk around of the car via zoom and very thorough. when he started the car the screen opened as it should have and he did not try volume nor did I ask him to try it. Two check engine codes popped up immediately on the screen one was Adaptive dampening system failure and the other was Emissions. I liked the car so I moved forward with a pre purchase inspection. It was there that they figured out there was no volume coming for stereo and the back up camera was pixilated. two very expensive fixes on a Aston Vanquish. The frustrating part is someone at DaVinci cleared all the trouble codes on the car prior to sending it to the dealer for the PPI which if you know anything about cars that clears the entire history so I paid $875 for a PPI for nothing plus I paid DaVinci $300 to take it to the dealer and pick it up. I feel DaVinci should have refunded my money for both the PPI and the transport fees as the dealer was unable to tell me anything about the two codes that came up the day before, or any other issues the car might have. Also not noted in zoom walk around was damage to the rear carbon diffuser, I was made aware of the damage to the carbon front diffuser. read more

I flew in to look at the car, had an appointment scheduled with my mechanic and they waited to deny the inspection until after I arrived. Because I worry about flood damage in that region as well as it's just good practice to perform a pre purchase inspection by a mechanic I chose I decided not to do business with a them, it would appear there is something about their cars they don't want you to discover. read more

We bought a car from Da Vinci Automotive in Jacksonville, Florida on September 25th, 2024. - October 4 we received the paperwork and a title in the mail. - October 6 We received the car - October 8 we tried to register the car and were told the title was not properly completed. - October 11 we 2nd day (because if the flood) returned the title to Da Vinci - October 14 Da Vinci received the title back - October 17, Cole said the title was in the mail today. That was a lie. - October 19, sent email about vehicle condition issues. This was prior to their 30 day guarantee expiring. Never replied. - October 24, texted title not received - October 26, we texted and Cole said we had a tracking number in our email. That was a lie. Said he would look into it right away. That was a lie. - October 28, texted Cole about follow-up and tracking number. Cole replied Louis handling, it is top priority. That was a lie. - November 8, called to speak with Louis. Cole answered and said Louis is in a meeting and will respond to email. We asked for Louis's email and Cole sent sales@davincimotors.com. Cole promised to send temporary tag. That was a lie. - November 8, filed complaint with Florida flhsmv.gov - November 8, sent email to Louis for update. No response. - November 12, FLHSMV responded that they would assign the complaint to a representative - November 15, email request for a new temp tag. Did not receive a response. - November 15, talked to Keisha Cook at MERCEDES Benz in Buckhead where the title issue occurred. She had not heard from Da Vinci. - November 18, texted hadn't received temporary tag. Cole said it was sent. That was a lie. Tracking number said prepared, not picked up. - November 20, received temporary tag - November 20, Keisha Cook talked to the auction house that sold the vehicle to Da Vinci. Promised to overnight to Keisha when received. - November 20, auction house talked to Da Vinci. - November 20, Da Vinci promised to return the title to the auction house. Do not know results. - November 20th Mercedes of Buckhead talked to Da Vinci - December 3, sent emails to Cole and sales for an update on title. No response. - Today is December 10, and we still do not have a corrected title. - December 10, sent emails requesting update. In the meantime, every time we called or emailed, either Cole or Louis lied to us about it being a priority. I expect a company priding itself on the highest level of customer service would check to make certain everything works, replace batteries, and thoroughly understand the car features. We asked, during the walk around with Cole, if there was anything on the vehicle that didn't work. He said he wasn't aware of any. We were told they had a complete evaluation completed. - The car has an electrical problem that drains the battery overnight. The panel for the battery was loose in the trunk in pictures, showing they knew of the problem but didn't try to fix it and didn't acknowledge this major issue. - The fiber lights on the ceiling don't work. They either didn't check the remote, which was in the car, or they did check it and decided to do nothing and not acknowledge the issue. - There were 4 remotes for the rear entertainment system with 1 that didn't work, due to corroded batteries. We were not told of this. - We were provided 3 keys to the car and one of them did not belong to this car. They didn't confirm the keys belonged to the vehicle. - There are multiple other issues that Da Vinci is ignoring. - We have been ghosted by Da Vinci since November 18. Da Vinci has provided the worst possible customer service. They did not acknowledge issues, they repeatedly lie, and did not follow through. I highly recommend that you look for your vehicle somewhere else. read more

I traded in a 2017 Chevy corvette with only 13 thousand miles in pristine condition. On day of delivery I noticed there was a physical crack in the rear bumper on the drivers side I immediately called Deni and was prepared to send the car back deal cancelled but the sales manager started his song and dance about trust and what could they do he originally offered $400.00 which I turned down as this is the cost of a oil change on a Mercedes we agreed on $1000.00 to be enclosed with the title of the car which did not happen. I then took the car to a Mercedes dealer for an inspection which uncovered a bent rear wheel rim and a tear in the front wheel well liner. When I called you get the run around followed by being disconnected I text no response it's almost as if they are sitting around laughing at the people they are steeling from. The sales manger must of been absent at school on the day when they were teaching a man that does not keep his word is no good if the man's word is no good the man is no good. I guess grand theft auto does not apply on individual cases but if you add up all the complaints certainly in excess of 10's of thousands of dollars Which you would think would send a red flag up to law enforcement. These guys especially the owner should be in jail. My only hope for all these crooks is karma comes to them 10 fold and at the end of the their days on judgement day they can explain to the almighty how they stole money from honest hard working people. their rating is a 0 when you steel from people to survive then your a 0 in my book. I bought a used car from Da Vinci Auto in Jan 2024. I am in NY, and they are in FL; so, I was unable to see the car in person. Rudolf Daka was my sales person. He assured me the car was in "perfect" condition. When I went to get the car inspected so that I can have it registered in NY, the car failed inspection. It cost me $950 to get the car approved for inspection. I informed Rudolf Daka about how the car was not in "perfect" condition, and I asked to be refunded the $950. It is now April, he has continually made empty promises that someone would contact me about the issue. For the last 4 weeks, he has completely ignored my attempts to reach out to him. (i.e., he ghosted me). I have reached out to the owner, Lubomir Kalaj, and tried to reach a manager at the dealer. Nobody has responded to any of my attempts to reach out to them. First off, shame on me for purchasing a vehicle site unseen. I learned my lesson, but shame on them for running and conducting a business this way. The communication SUCKS. They put on a good front initially. Promised this car was in great condition. No issues as promised. Only carfax said there was dent damage from a hail storm, however, "all dents were fixed and you wouldn't notice one" (still have this in writing via text from Rudolph). Our Bentley got delivered, 3 weeks ago. Dents all over the vehicle, breaks squeaking, trunk won't open, can't pump gas, radio blown on one speaker, temperature control partially works. 1 week later we brought the Bentley back in for these things to be fixed. We weren't able to return the vehicle as there was a 15% restocking fee. However, without them paying off my trade, the "manager" was already using my trade as his personal vehicle. So, still registered in my name and they have yet (3weeks later) still haven't paid off my trade. Every time I asked Rudolph about the payoff, it was "I will talk to Louis". I asked that Louis call me, never received a phone call. I emailed several times, no response. No one takes accountability and no one there has any motivation to make their clients happy. Yes, they fixed the gas tank, so we can pump gas, yes they fixed the trunk, and yes they fixed the dents. Breaks NOT fixed (still squeaks), radio tweeter didn't get touched, and temperature control, well time will tell. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy a car from this dealer again nor recommend them to anyone. Absolute worst experience. These people just move high end cars and will do anything to do things under the radar to see what they can get away with and unfortunately we were one of their victims. THE DOORS MAKE A WEIRD SOUND WHEN OPENING / CLOSING. I was SO disappointed that I didn't even want to drive it, it was not at all what I expected. So I texted Rudolph, explaining my disappointment and frustration and that I wanted to just return it since my title hadn't even been sent yet, it would be super easy to just reverse the sale. I even offered to pay for the transport back. Also when I got the car delivered the driver (Antonio) tried to shake me down for $250 cash before it would be offloaded. I didn't expect this fee and he wanted me to Zelle it to him which I did. After texting Rudolph, the manager Luis called me and I explained everything to him but all he wanted to do was to find every reason to say no. He didn't even want me to bring it back for them to fix the issues. His solution was for me to get everything fixed and then he would try to help me with the costs. I even offered to take a loss on the car from what I paid so I was being more than fair. I spoke with Brian about the car and he answered all my questions. There was one question that he didn't know (if the car had blind spot detection) so he had to check and confirmed that it did very quickly. The other 2 cars I was looking at fell through because the contacts were slow to respond (it took days to get a response back). Brian was very professional and I bought the car. I'm out of state so he had to ship it to me. Previously I had a car shipped to me and it took 2 and a half weeks. This time with Brian, it took about a day and a half.
