New operating system the reps were using presented with moments of frustrations for both them and us, nothing that wasn't manageable. I scheduled an appointment online which was very easy along with getting an email from Nissan of the avenues a few days prior. It was a great deal, full synthetic oil change regularly 89.95 for $49.95. The email also showed a few other great promotions but wanted to take advantage of this great price. I was created nicely by the dealership valet and confirmed my appointment and filled out some paperwork to bring in to my advisor, the process went smoothly and the gentleman was very professional. I also wanted to get my tires rotated and asked for a quote of $23.95. I had asked my service advisor Kathleen if I should get it done and she recommended as this will keep the life of your tires longer. I agreed. She was very welcoming and friendly and confirmed my information and asked if I would be waiting for the car. The technician did the job and also recommended a few other preventative maintenance on the car which I declined most at the moment. Because I did get a new air filter in the process , Anthony the Service Manager knocked the price of my tire rotation from $23.99 to $19.95 which was a very nice gesture and great customer service. This is my go to place for all my Nissan needs and I am thankful it's close to home.

After deciding the…read more2016 was outside my budget, I became seriously interested in the 2014 and informed the dealership that I would be scheduling a pre-purchase inspection before buying the vehicle. I arranged and paid $285 for a third-party inspection scheduled for the very next day, which is something serious buyers typically do before purchasing a high-mileage luxury vehicle. However, the morning of the inspection, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold. My issue is not that the vehicle sold, but that there was no clear communication that the car would continue being actively sold while I was actively arranging and paying for an inspection. A simple "we cannot hold the vehicle without a deposit" would have avoided the misunderstanding entirely. The experience felt unprofessional and poorly communicated, especially considering the time and money involved in scheduling an out-of-state inspection.

Your team failed to return the vehicle as scheduled on Friday, leaving my elderly parents without transportation for three days. As a result, they missed dinner plans, an urgent care visit, and essential doctor's appointments. The communication throughout this period was unacceptable. I was unable to reach a person on Saturday, and my request for a callback from Frank went ignored. When I finally spoke with Frank on Monday morning to emphasize that we needed the car by 9:00 AM for a critical specialist appointment, the vehicle did not arrive until nearly 11:00 AM. To make matters worse, rather than offering an apology, Frank was dismissive and attempted to blame me for the delay. This experience has been incredibly stressful for my family, especially given my parents' age and medical needs. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure other customers do not face similar treatment.

They had it in the service garage, grease was all over the steering wheel and my seats and floorboards. What a disappointment. They usually cover your floorboard with paper and the seats and steering wheel with plastic. I pick up my car that evening. I will never go back.

    Purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition Max from Carvana with the expectation that it had passed their…read more150-point inspection. Within days of delivery, the vehicle developed a significant mechanical issue and ultimately required two engine replacements under the 100-day limited warranty. The vehicle was out of service from early January through March. While the repairs themselves were completed under warranty, the extended downtime, rental limitations, and overall disruption during the earliest stage of ownership had a significant impact. In reviewing the inspection report, I also noticed that certain engine-related components had been marked as "fixed" or "replaced" prior to sale. Given that the vehicle required a full engine replacement shortly after delivery--and that the first replacement also failed--it raised reasonable questions about the effectiveness of the inspection process before the vehicle was sold. Additional issues occurred during this period, including a theft incident while the vehicle was at an in-network repair facility and a registration issue where a new tag was issued instead of transferring my existing one. I did request a goodwill review to address the overall ownership impact beyond standard warranty coverage, but no additional consideration was offered. Sharing this for transparency so others can understand how situations like this may be handled beyond the warranty terms.
