I WAS PROMISED A REFUnd BY A FORMER EMPLOYEE TREY BUT THIS NEVER HAPPENED AND NOW AGAIN ITS UP TO ME TO MAINTAIN CONTACT AND I'M GETTING 'I WAS AT AN AUCTION'. 'I HAVE THE FLU'. THIS IS AN ARMCHAIR RESOLUTION. HIT THE REFUND BUTTON. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. ************************************* I would never do business with this company again. They ripped me off $2500 for absolutely terrible work they did painting my wheels (they only painted the front of them and that's peeling). I have texts from Alex saying she didn't know that the third party company they gave this work to only painted the front and for the price they charged it was 'unacceptable '. The paint has already peeled off. Calipers painted, they did that twice and it's all peeled off. Wheel lights which they fitted incorrectly 3 times and an auxilary horn which stopped working within a week. They had my car in the shop for a month. A month! Despite promises from them to put it right they never did. I have full documentation of them admitting the work was bad (texts from Alex and Trey) admitting it was their fault but chasing them to get things done was exhausting. They promised time again to put it right or refund me. Neither happened despite me calling and texting constantly. They simply don't answer or return calls. I now have to pay to get everything done again. Terrible experience.

Why would you put that in an add that it did when clearly it did not! I was told that one jack had a line plugged because it leaked. Come to find out ALL four jacks had been welded solid so that NONE of them worked! The list of inaccuracies goes on and on! The real issue was the paper work. When I left the dealership, I wasnt sure I had the paperwork, but the salesman said not to worry if I didnt have it he would email it too me the next day. When I discovered I didnt have it, he stalled for several days in providing it to me. The top paragraph of the contract stated if I was not satisfied, I could return the motorhome for a full refund within 10 days, but I did not receive a copy of the contract until the 10 days had passed! The dealer is still stalling in making things right. I have asked to be compensated $7,000 for four new jacks, and the missing washer/dryer, which believe is reasonable. I will probably have to take further action to be made whole for his failures! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!
