    I brought my car here because it kept dying on me. Replaced the battery and it drove for a day and…read morethen died. Had the car towed here from my house. Turns out it was my alternator. It was shot. I had just replaced that a year or so ago. What Al showed me under the hood was that I had a crack in my Valve Gasket cover. Oil was leaking out of it and it was getting all over my engine. A few days later I brought the car back to have the cover fixed. He tried to do a few things with the existing parts to no avail. I feel a lot of mechanics would have fixed it with "Spit and Bubble Gum" and sent me on my way. Nope. Not Al. He ordered me a new cover, put it on and my car is running better already. Glad to have that peace of mind. He sent me photos of what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He kept me involved through the entire ordeal. He lives close enough that he was even able to give me a ride to the shop one time. That was a huge help! Once I had the car back I noticed one other issue that wasn't even related to the job he did. He looked at it real quick and was able to give me a fix in place until another part comes in. (My car is a 2003 Hyundai Accent. Everything is just old sadly) Al will have my business for any of my auto needs. He was very honest, trustworthy and fair with his prices (Parts and Labor) I hope I won't need any repairs soon... but when I do... he's the guy I'm going to see!!!! Thanks again so much Al!!!! I was promised that both issues would be fixed before I picked the vehicle up two days after signing the paperwork. That didn't happen. It took an entire week for them to finally repair the leak, and the headlight wasn't fixed until two days after that. Once I finally picked up the vehicle and brought it home, I discovered yet another issue -- a leak in the driver-side floorboard. I had to bring the vehicle back again so they could repair that as well. A few months later, the air suspension warning light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle in expecting the repair to be covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I was told I had purchased. That's when I found out that the warranty I was sold was not actually full coverage as it had been explained to me during and even after the purchase. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back four separate times because the air suspension issue still has not been resolved. On top of that, I've already spent about $500 on diagnostic and labor fees trying to figure out the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager admitted that this is the first vehicle with air suspension they have worked on. Despite that, they have refused to take the vehicle to or consult with a certified mechanic who has experience with these systems to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the broken promises about repairs, the misleading explanation of the warranty, and the inability to properly diagnose a problem they admit they are unfamiliar with, I feel like I've been left dealing with ongoing issues and unnecessary costs. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be very cautious and get everything in writing.

    Nott forthcoming…read more Allen sales rep appeared and seemed honest while I spoke to him about potential purchase of a drive time purchase. Made arrangements for a convenient date to move forward. Manager called me day after to confirm date and assured a smooth sale. Met with allen. Agreed on purchase. No mention of tracking device in vehicle. Tail lights suddenly stopped worked and strange sound from exhaust. I was told to take BLC Auto on Blanding Blvd because "they are under warranty " only to be told that is false info. Reporting to BBB, lemon law follow up and district attorney.

But don't judge a book by its cover. This man was patient in every way. He taught me everything I needed to know and repeated himself whenever I didn't understand something without being condescending. He ran my credit and showed me everything I qualified for. Then narrowed it down by my likes and dislikes. He walked me to 5 SUVs and none of them felt like "me". He said there was one last one waaaay across the lot and I felt so bad to make him walk but as soon as I saw that black Santa Fe sport....I knew it was meant for me. Through all the paperwork my boyfriend and children kept calling and he waited patiently. If you don't already have insurance, use the company he refers. They're fast and efficient. Tony and his coworker Jennifer stayed almost 45 minutes after they closed to make sure I was satisfied and didn't make me feel like I was holding them up. Soooo kind. Thank you so much for treating me like I treat my customers. Like family.
