The first vehicle they said the radio didn't work.... The real story-the radio/navigation/screen shut down every 5 minutes The second vehicle reeked of nastiness, and needed an alignment sooooo bad, it shook so hard I had a deep tissue massage in minutes! The third vehicle was great. Maybe they're overworked/overwhelmed Maybe they need a break Maybe a bit more training on customer service- first impressions I can only imagine what they deal with day in and day out, 3 stars is because after a bit they are good! This location is a completely different experience. Three days ago I returned a rental and called the branch about 30 minutes later to report I had accidentally left a brand new garage door opener clipped to the visor. Branch Manager Kelsey Walsh confirmed she would pull it from the vehicle and hold it for me. No problem, she said. Today my family, displaced from our home due to a flooding emergency, Ubered to this location ($49) to pick up our reservation. When I asked about my garage door opener, Walsh told me she had accidentally given it to another customer. Then told me it was my fault for leaving it in the car. Enterprise has my home address on file. An unknown person now has a garage door opener to my house. That is a security liability. She then told me my reservation had been canceled. Staff claimed they called and left a voicemail at 11AM, the exact time of my reservation, not before it. I checked my phone on the spot. No missed call. No voicemail. No email. Nothing. My full call log for the day has been screenshot and saved. Our homebuilder's corporate team then made a second reservation on my behalf due to our displacement. Confirmation number 2095916825. Written confirmation received at 5:02PM. I arrived at 5:15PM and showed Walsh the confirmation on my phone. The moment she saw it was me, she said the vehicle was no longer available. This is blatant retaliation, which is illegal. Two confirmed reservations. Same branch. Same day. Both denied. $126 in documented out of pocket costs. Missed our destination. Kid and dog sitting outside with our bags. Florida Attorney General complaint filed. BBB complaint filed. Formal written notice sent to Walsh directly and franchise owner Mohammed Abushbah.
