    The service here is great. Mark had our suv ready with a full tank of gas. The process was quick and easy. He explained all fees up front so we weren't blindsided like other companies. Drop off was quick & easy too. I recommend this location because of the awesome service of the staff.

    The location wasn't great but the customer service was awesome! We rented a van for a day and it was pretty cheap. Thanks guys!

    Avoid. Just avoid. Waiting for over 30 minutes. No one at the front desk. (Is that a tumbleweed I see and crickets I hear?!)

I reserved a Luxury SUV on November 22, 2024, with a scheduled pickup time of November 26, 2024 at 12pm thru December 11, 2024, for a $1800 15 day rental. I called at 11:10am on November 26, 2024, to verify my vehicle would be available and ready, and received verbal confirmation it would be. After ordering an Uber for $37.75, I arrived at Enterprise in Redlands, Ca., at 12:25 pm. After waiting 20 minutes in line they called my name and after getting to the vehicle, it was wrong (they gave me another customers vehicle, that was also waiting.) So, I go back inside, wait another 10 minutes, explain to the agent and then they ask if I can be patient, while they look into my reservation. After another 10 minutes of scrambling I am told that they do NOT HAVE THE VEHICLEM, that I had reserved 4 days prior / the one I CALLED AND VERIFIED was there and available, one hour prior.... they proceeded to attempt to sell me on something they did have, which is when I shared that I rented that specific size and class because we are driving to Tennessee and specifically due to my wife's severe disability (90% paralyzed from a botched chiropractic treatment in 2021) and the power wheel chair, manual wheelchair wouldn't fit in the standard SUV. So, after waiting there until around 1:20, I called corporate customer service, which was laughable because she said WE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. (WTF Are you doing then?) At 2:30pm, THEY FINALLY found a full size (smaller, and lower grade) SUV and as consolation gave me a free days rental... i would have GLADLY PAID EXTRA $3-500, just to not go through it while my wife was calling every ten minutes because she needed help.

    Would sure be nice if they had cars there... even after making a reservation. Even one time when we were running a day late they assured us it was no problem. Stephen (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so professional and kind. Upgraded us at no extra charge because I'm guessing they didn't have the car we requested. Really nice guy and went over the vehicle with us before we left. We will keep coming back.

The car was a Toyota Corolla and was clean. There was a slight odor of marijuana in the car during pickup but I just fixed that with some air freshener. I got a great deal on the car so I was not going to complain. The reason for the 2 stars- upon returning the car I received my deposit a few days later. No problem. However I noticed that I had an additional charge on my account for $47. When I called I was told this charge was made by mistake and I have followed up week after week and it still has not been refunded to me. I'm not sure how you can even make a mistake and charge a random amount to a customer after our business with them was completed. But it seems shady. All my calls to them have been brushed off and there is no sense of urgency to have this mistake corrected. Good prices, friendly people at first but because of this I will not be going back.

You have managers walking around and will not even give you eye contact. The young lady that help my husband became a little friendlier once my husband sat at her desk. They lack the skill of putting you in a car fitting to your current car type. We have a Dodge Challenger 392 and she put us in a GMC pickup truck! We ended up returning the car 3 hours later, thank God our car became ready. When we returned the same type of service no one said anything to us! A young man walked in with us and said "return"? We said yes, he reached for the key, never saying anything else and 20 minutes later her handed us a receipt and no other words said! Poor Service Never to return to that location again!

The bad experience started from the second i walked in the door to pick up my reserved rental when the clerk was rude, which I chalked up to the possibility that i wasn't reading his behavior or tone accurately. Unfortunately the issues continued as soon as i drove away in the car when the dash reminded me that the car needed an oil change. These maintenance issues continued to pop up on the road to my destination as I soon realized the vehicle had no wiper fluid and then continued when I stopped for gasoline only to realize that the front two tires on the vehicle were bald. I was willing to overlook these missteps as well as the clerk's attitude as i thought perhaps this was just a high traffic facility that hadn't been able to keep up with a busy rental schedule... But when I returned the car and dropped the keys, the gentleman there told me I was all good and would receive the receipt in my email... Much to my dismay the receipt contained a $75 dollar "car wash fee" on a car that had been treated respectfully... I don't blame Hertz as a whole but would highly recommend avoiding this location..

Spent over 4 hours trying to get a car after having made reservations two weeks earlier. Finally got a car with a high- pitched whistle whenever the car went over 60 mph. When I explained to the staff, Dumb, Dumber and Dumbest, they just stared breathing through their mouths. I just took my own car on the trip. I want to publically apologize to Enterprise. I never knew how bad a car rental experience could be.

Apparently we were speaking to the control/service center and not the specific location of pick-up because when I arrived the representative was less than helpful. Apparently the right arm of Avis doesn't know what the left arm of Avis is doing because we were told that in order to pick it up early at that location we would be charged an additional half a day. This was at about 9:20. The representative said I would have to wait and proceeded to help other people who were there after me without resolving the issue. I even showed him the email that stated we could pick it up early and he rudely dismissed it. When he came back into the building I tried to address the issue again and he said he wouldn't be able to help me for another 3 minutes, that was around 9:26 and proceeded to help the next individual. When I insisted that we called and made appropriate arrangements for early pick up he said "you didn't call here, you must have called the call center, they don't know what they are doing there, that's not how it works here". Rather than sit and argue my point I waited with anything but a smile until I was helped. I would not recommend this location the service is terrible and the representative seems to be an expert on splitting hairs.
