They've…read moreonly just moved to the Palmdale location several months ago so how can they have reviews older than several months? The photos are all of the old location as well. Some of the names mentioned in the reviews here don't even work for this location. Hmmmm sounds like they're playing games. Second my husband was a long term customer of theirs but the recent service experience ended the relationship permanently. They damaged his bike and lied about it but offered to repaint the damaged part. Their ridiculous explanation was the cowbell damaged the lower fork? That's physically impossible. When my husband advised he would file a warranty claim with HD Corporate they strongly advised against it. Why, because they knew they damaged the bike. They failed to perform a comprehensive 20,000 mile service per the manufacturer's recommendations, on a 2024 bike purchased from them. This was one of the reasons he brought the bike to them. They had the bike for a month and did nothing but offer excuses (on a new 2024 model which he purchased from them.) He had to run interference with their team to be sure they did the work. They have no customer service acumen since Gary retired. They have insufficiently skilled, experienced technicians. They lowballed him by $13,000 on a trade in offer on his 2024 Street Glide in an effort to sell him another used bike on the floor. I mean seriously. They made him a trade in offer, he declined, they went to the back room, returned shortly and suddenly came up with 13k more as their offer. They treat customers like fools and don't respect them. Upon completion of the work they did not provide a customer service survey. Upon calling Corporate my husband made certain to complete one and filed a complaint reciting the list of problems. Don't trust them for new sales, used bike sales or ANY mechanical work. Run don't walk to Santa Clarita Harley Davidson.

So the story is....Memorial day weekend I was looking for inexpensive transportation to Las Vegas and back. I considered driving but I really didn't want to deal with the traffic or the price of gas. I thought about flying but flights were all too expensive. I looked into ride sharing through Craigslist but I couldn't find anyone that was leaving and returning a similar time of day that I was. But then while searching Craigslist...I found a shuttle service offering round trip service from the LA area to Las Vegas at a great price! It was almost half the price that it would have cost if I had driven myself and paid for the gas. It was nice because I was able to book my trip quickly by phone and then conveniently pay through Paypal (using credit card), which gives security so you don't have to deal with paying in cash and you automatically get confirmation and a receipt via email. The shuttle picked me up at 9 am from Anaheim Metrolink station (one of the many pickup/dropoff locations in the LA area) after giving me a courtesy phone call an hour prior to pick up to let me know the shuttle would be arriving soon. This was very convenient! From there it was a quick 4 hour ride to Vegas with a couple other passengers. After a crazy time in Vegas, I was reminded via text message that the shuttle would be departing at 5 pm, just in case I drank too much during the weekend and forgot how I was getting home :) The return trip was equally as smooth. It departed 5 pm on Sunday night from the Vegas strip and I was able to sit back and relax and catch up on some much needed sleep. I arrived back in Anaheim around 9:30 to end a great weekend! I can't stress enough how convenient and affordable this shuttle service was. I didn't have to deal with having to drive in ridiculous Memorial Day traffic, I saved money not having to pay gas, I was able to sleep on the way home, and I had some great conversations with the drivers and fellow passengers. I would definitely recommend this shuttle to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive alternative to driving to Vegas! I will be using this service for my next Vegas trip! Also, I found out they offer transportation to different tourist destinations and even provide charter services which allow you to rent a shuttle for various group events.

It was as if we were living back at home with strict parents; the unnecessary nit-picking, numerous calls to our place of employment to notify us that we were seen speeding through the park on numerous occasions (completely untrue), telling us that we need to make sure that we notify shippers of our site number because they don't want the drivers coming in and asking where sites are - which we did immediately upon moving in (I looked on the package as soon as I arrived home and it clearly had our site number on the package) - the management was borderline harassing us. I came through the gate one afternoon "slowly" making my way around the corner (the entrance is on somewhat of a hill, so you need to accelerate to move the truck up), the assistant manager coming down the opposite side of the road in her cart with her dog waving for me to slow down, I quickly (and in shock) looked at the speedometer which showed I was going 6 mph (an idle roll in a large diesel truck, a slow walking pace). Once we passed each other she did a quick u-turn and started following me to try and intimidate me, so I stopped - she drove up to my window to tell me that I was going 7 mph and speeding through the park and needed to slow it down. I didn't know how to respond to her it was so ridiculous and unnecessary. This is one of many times we were spoken to. I have seen the assistant manager several times going up and down each row looking/inspecting each and every site, front and back of each rig looking for something to call out. It wasn't until the calls started at my place of employment that we began looking for other options for the year that we found several nearby RV parks that were half the cost, twice the space size, clean grounds, offering much more with bike and walk paths, pools, and a much friendlier staff; just a happier place to be. We are good people, we drive safe, we respect others, we are quiet, we follow rules, work long hours all week and just want to come home and relax. It wasn't just us, several people in the 6 weeks we stayed voiced their frustration as well. We paid $1350/month for a very small site (all sites are on top of each other), you have freeway noise, and we had harassment from the management - this is no "Resort". Our reason for leaving was solely due to the unnecessary management nit-picking - the size of the sites, the closeness of the sites, the freeway noise we would have tolerated, and the admin girls that work in the office were pleasant and helpful. We only received a portion of our refund owed to us - so my suggestion is look around and do your research before committing. There are other parks nearby that offer more and half the cost, and you'll look forward to going home at the end of the day.

The first night we were there something was stolen from our truck. When walking around there was dog poop not picked up. The sites were so tiny you couldn't park a vehicle and comfortably set up a table and chairs outside. For 1300+ a month, I would expect more. How bout chasing thieves down in carts and leave the 6mph folks alone? Anyway, for half the price, go down the road a couple miles to thousand trails for a real camping experience. There is plenty of room to spread out and plenty of wilderness to enjoy. This place is nothing but an overpriced unruly glorified trailer park.

No reasoning with them either, they just said oh well management is charging you. AVOID THIS HOTEL**** Work brought me to Lancaster and got to stay at this hotel for 14 nights and I must say that location is the best part of this hotel. The second best thing is how modern and new this hotel is. It was defenitly better than what I expected. Plus, there's a Starbucks right next door which is a major plus. Reasonable price for all the amenities you recieve. Rooms are super nice and spacious. Loved the full kitchen and how everything was designed/set up. Bathroom was super spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Only negative thing is they charge $10 a night for parking yet my employee's Honda got broken into and they tried stealing it with "security" patrolling the lot. Thankfully the thief couldn't start the car. No cameras apperently in parking lot either. That's really the only negative of this place.
