Updating my review from 1 star to 3 years based on my recent interactions at this Enterprise. 1. The reason for the low rating is primarily due to my frustration with their inability to pick up their phone calls. I will attach a photo of all my unanswered calls. It's quite ridiculous when you just want to call and ask a quick question. The first time, I called at 8:03am and someone picked up immediately just to put me on hold so they can "get to a computer" but then never came back. The call dropped and it was nearly impossible to get anyone else back on the phone. There should always be someone to focus on the calls and at least ANSWER and explain the hold up! I placed a rental through Statefarm but they never called me to confirm. I had to reach someone to get anything done. 2. My overall 3 rating is thankfully due to my experience with Ana Sotelo. After the frustrations with the phone calls, I did not have high hopes for this location. However, when I did arrive Ana was professional, friendly, quick to help, and also closed me out. She made everything effortless and is the reason I would come back here. Just go in person if you want to get anything done! 3. i am overall satisfied because some of the reviews worried me because of extra charges. However, when I was at the location, I did observe that the staff was kind and a handful of people were checked out without any charges.

Anthony C. did a great job with getting us a rental that best serves us. I would ask for him when you visit. The location had great vehicle selections. I would use them again.

I am a disabled senior. I have PTSD frfom a domestic violence incident that nearly killed me. I will be disabled for life with this inflicttion, unfortunately. I had a very good experience with this location initially; I was very grateful to be able to rent a car with a debit card three prior times; I only had to show them a urility bill with the same address as the one on my debit card, which I did, no problem. Until today. I made a reservation on my phone and was picked up and brought to the location by their convenient pickup service. I showed them my utility bill, like last time, but this time, I was asked to open it and show it to them. I did, no problem. But then I was told they could not rent to me because I have an outstanding balance on the bill. I have outstanding balances on all of my utility bills because I had Covid-19 for a few months back in March and I am making payments on those bills now that I am back at work. Why is it a problem now but not the other three times I rented, Enterprise? Why didn't you properly inform me of your debit card policy those other three times I successfully rented a car from you? The most distressing thing of all of this is, I rented the car to take my cat 55 miles over to Los Angeles to be treated for a life-threatening constipation blockage. Pookie is my registered comfort cat. He has done more to help heal me than any human. Today he was scheduled to have the final surery that would save his life, but now that is not going to happen because Enterprise denied my rental because of an outstanding utility bill. This would have been much more easy to take if I had been told this from the get-go, but I wasn't. If I had been told from the get-go, how could I have rented a car on three previous occasions??? On top of this, when I became angry and distraught and said a few well-deserved choice words to the customer service rep in the parking lot who was checking me in and denied me the rental, he tok a hard line and told me I could never rent from them again. As if he is the wounded party. What do you have beating in that chest of yours, a rock??? Take a good look at the pictures below and see what you have done to an innocent, suffering animal because of your gross negligence, and tell me you wouldn't feel the same way I do!!! What you did is wrong, just wrong, and you know it, and any comment you make below in defense of your callous negligence is heinous and reprehensible!!!!

We RESERVE a car on the app, and then come to find there is no car available? Then why is it available to reserve on the app months in advance and no one bothers to even communicate with us that it was not there. We were almost late to our flight once because we were relying on a rental that we RESERVED that was not available to us. Once our car smelled like weed. Another time we had a huge crack in our windshield. I just wish the company as a whole would do better for the sake of their paying customers. Staff was super kind though, I felt bad they had to deal with all the mistakes the system was causing.

By far worst costumer service ! There were two ladies…read moreworking. I made a reservation through the phone and they told me to go ahead and go because they had cars, given it was close to closing time at 4 - the lady on the phone said "you're okay to head over" it was 3:50. When I got there I got out of the car and as soon as I stepped in the premises they closed the gate . They saw I was walking up there ... (3:57pm) * I also hate being that last minute customer but this is an emergency because enterprise ran out of cars in both locations. * not only that but they stepped out of the office at 4:02pm! There was no way in heck I was going to pick up my rental when those two were already ready to walk out. A man arrive right after me too and he was just returning and they said Nope! Come tomorrow. This is why I nvr rent with Avis . Their service has always been terrible and I'd much rather pay a extra for better customer service anywhere else.

Complete disaster!!!!…read more This is the second time I have rented from Travis the owner @ lucky service rentals. The first time I rented a toyhauler took a trip up to the desert where no amenities. Power,lights, etc would work due to the battery's on the unit being drained. Generator on the unit would rattle and turn off and kill all the power on the unit. Was not a gas issue as I checked. This could most easily have been checked before leaving his lot with a quality check. All weekend with out power that was great!!!!!!! Anyway my second and last time renting from Travis was about 1month. Sweet talking the situation he advised he would have a brand new unit with everything working. "That was completely not so!!!!!" We get to camp and disposal fluids are almost half way full on the unit. Waste stinch coming from the bathroom. Also I call to advise of no power. He advises to buy battery's to swap.. in which I do have to drive from camp 25min away and 25min back 1hr of vacation time to find Out it is in fact a battery issue with his unit. In which he says he will reimburse when we get back from vacation. Try to use sink in the morning and it is spill out slowly.. call to advise He says he doesn't provide water.. Keep in mind This all while I'm out camping.. very frustrating. I arrive from camping and return the unit completely cleaned,new fresh set of batteries in which I had to swap out and install.. completly drained sewage tanks and unit filled with water.. "hence don't want this happening to another family" He says thank you he will reimburse me the money for the batteries back to my card. 3weeks In now.... n/a, no refund, in fact never even offer a discount on this rental or next for all his negligence in running his company.. horrible service,.. he does have nice equipment however..which is very deceiving when things do not work properly or better yet work at all. Now I have to dispute charges with my card company for a refund... this is all my fault since I rented with him a second time... shame on me But please, please, please save your hard earned money... Spend your $$ with a company that actually cares about your camping experience !!!!!!!!
