Infotainment failures where CarPlay would stop working, constant update popups, constant subscription alerts in another vehicle, etc. After the third vehicle swap, I got upset, then they finally put me in a fourth car that functioned. One truck they put me in had suspension and frame damage and they tried to rent it back out after I reported it! When reaching out to customer service to report the location, nobody responded! Really bad service lately! Come on Enterprise! I rent the Premium SUV class and up all the time and your company let me down hard this time!

I was fully aware of the under-25 rental policy and was told upfront that I'd need to pay an additional fee--which I had no issue with. I accepted the terms, and the booking was confirmed. However, when I arrived to pick up the car, I was met by a very young front-desk staff member--he looked no older than 15 or 16 years old--and the entire process quickly fell apart. Without even checking my reservation details or confirming anything on file, he immediately told me, "You're too young to rent a car," and turned me away. What's most frustrating is the complete lack of consistency and professionalism. If your system allows a confirmed booking for someone under 25 (with the agreement to pay additional fees), how does it make sense to reject that same customer on-site without so much as verifying the appointment? To add to that, there was no manager or adult staff present to clarify the situation or assist further. It was unprofessional, poorly handled, and frankly disorganized. Honestly, I should've listened to the reviews saying this place is awful. I just needed a car for a couple of days to commute to LA, and figured this place would be convenient. The driver side seat belt was broken. They gave me the car with half a tank of had that was visually marked on sheet. I took a picture and returned it the same. Now I'm being charged 14.00 for not correctly estimating how much gas was in the tank. Most reputable locations give you a full tank and you return it the same. This is ridiculous. Don't go here. They will find a way to take your money.

I haven't used this place in years but recently due to an insurance claim my insurance company…read morereserved a rental vehicle for me. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I was given a choice of a Wrangler or Bronco. I chose the Wrangler. I drove the vehicle while on vacation in Cambria and noticed the steering was out of alignment as the steering wheel pulled and wobbled. I also noticed how worn the tire tread was. As a former insurance employee I could easily see the tread wear was below the legal requirement and very unsafe. As I returned home the check engine light came on. I called Enterprise as I was nearing Valencia (I planned on returning the vehicle that afternoon) and advised them of the light and that I planned on returning the vehicle that afternoon to Palmdale. Their offer was I could return it to Valencia. I told the representative I could but then had no way to get home approximately 40 miles away. No suggestions were offered from the representative. I then advised I could drive the vehicle to Palmdale but would not be responsible if the engine seized. The representative was in agreement. On the way several indicator warning lights came on advising a malfunction of the ABS, the sway bar was disconnected, the 4WD required service, the front impact warning system wasn't working and cruise control wasn't working. Needless to say I was very concerned but was able to limp the vehicle to Palmdale. Clearly no maintenance is being performed on these vehicles and they are UNSAFE. There's no excuse for dangerously worn tires and warning lights such as I experienced. I have made my insurance company aware of the dangers of using this location.
