However, when I arrived to pick up the car, I was met by a very young front-desk staff member--he looked no older than 15 or 16 years old--and the entire process quickly fell apart. Without even checking my reservation details or confirming anything on file, he immediately told me, "You're too young to rent a car," and turned me away. What's most frustrating is the complete lack of consistency and professionalism. If your system allows a confirmed booking for someone under 25 (with the agreement to pay additional fees), how does it make sense to reject that same customer on-site without so much as verifying the appointment? To add to that, there was no manager or adult staff present to clarify the situation or assist further. It was unprofessional, poorly handled, and frankly disorganized. Honestly, I should've listened to the reviews saying this place is awful. I just needed a car for a couple of days to commute to LA, and figured this place would be convenient. Turns out, it wasn't worth the hassle at all. I ended up renting from Lancaster instead--it was much cheaper, way more straightforward, and I actually got a good deal. Lesson learned.

There's been a couple of hiccups with my rentals as well, but I must say that they are very apologetic and they do their very best to take care of you and make up for it. And that's good business they do have a few new staff members that are very nice very accommodating and welcoming and that's nice to see Customer Service goes a long way with me and even though things go wrong, it's how you fix it is what counts and because they always go beyond and really try to help. She just starred at me, then proceeded to answer the question the person i was with had. She wasn't helpful at all, nasty attitude, & unprofessional looking. Wig was not melted, flaky white stuff on her forehead & hairline. Even with the interaction being so short she did a horrible job and it did not feel welcoming at all. Would not recommend based off of you will have to deal with bad attitude people and most likely won't get a car because they will make up some lame excuse about a ID.
