Customer service was good, but the repairs and paint not so much. I was rear ended and decided to use them as they are fairly close to my work. When dropping my car off I mentioned that it looked pretty bad and probably needed replacing. I was told that if it needed to be it would, but that they could most likely fix it. So some days later I was called and told it was done so I returned my rental and got a ride there. First mistake, I should have swung by and checked before. When I got there there were still small cracks in the bumper, the trunk wasn't completely straightened out, and the bumper color was off. I didn't want to pick it up, but since the rental car place was closed and I had to get home I took the car with the promise if I brought it back they would fix it. About a month or so later I brought it back. The guy up front remembered me and helped to arrange a rental car (at their expense). After waiting a few days I was told it was done again. This time I swung by after work but it was dark. It looked OK so I left the rental and took my car. While all the other stuff was fixed (they ended up having to replace the bumper) the color match is crap. It is a totally different color. At this point I had enough. I have come to live with my now two tone paint job, but have told everyone I know to go elsewhere. While they try to make it right, it shouldn't take so many tries. I suggest looking elsewhere for you body and paint work. read more

AV Collision Repairs - Bumper is a few shades lighter than the car. Not even close to the same color. - Body Shops Near Me - Lancaster, California

We all have searched for the Honest Mechanic / Repair Shop, Well look no further this is the BEST you will find in the AV,I had my car stolen and it was a mess both inside and out ,Jessie and his crew went beyond and delivered me back my car looking better than it did NEW he shined everything on the vehicle including the tires and interior the car has never ran as great as it was ,That is right it got into a accident I was so overwhelmed but the great service Jessie gave the first time only seemed to be even better this time how that was possible I can not imagine but I will tell you I have had cars in my life fixed after a accident and NEVER did they run as good they would either rattle a little or pull this way or that ,It was just not the nice drive we enjoyed, But again to my delight my car again is running even better than new he put in a engine that seems to have a little more get up and go and as far as a rattle goes ,Well Jessie and I were at the car standing right next to it he asked did I give you the keys ? I said no they must be in the car than he remembered he left the cat on to show how quiet it was and neither him nor I realized the car was running that is how good they are . I hope everyone uses AV Collision as they deserve to have the best experience as I did Jessie once again thank you for always taking care of us so well . read more

We hit a deer. Classic! My 2011 Sienna's left fender was destroyed, front bumper, left head light, hood folded, radiator...man you should have seen the long list of all the stuff that deer did to us. AV Collision was super cool and professional in correspondence with me, my insurance company (Farmer's Insurance), and the rental company (Enterprise). And I can tell you that my car was LITERALLY better than before the accident! The previous owner of my car had been in some sort of little fender bender and it seemed like they had tried to fix it themselves with like, woodworking hardware or something to hold the bumper on! AV Collision was super cool and replaced everything with genuine Toyota parts from what I can tell and my headlights even point straighter than they used to before the accident. Don't go to a cheap place, even if it sounds like it's going to be faster or whatever, go here because they'll take care of your car for real. read more

So happy with the work! And they turned my car around quickly. Mentioned to them that I needed it back by a certain day and I understood when they couldn't make any promises (so made other transportation arrangements), called me just in time to let me know my car was ready. Great customer service, very happy with the work, reasonable quotes, better than I received at other locations. Highly recommend. Thank you so much! read more

I took my Infiniti to AVC for repairs for minor scratches to the right side of my front bumper and a baseball sized dent to the right fender. Uppon arrival, the AVC employee and I went out to my vehicle and he inspected the damage and provided me with an estimate. I then asked AVC if I could have the option to either go through my insurance or pay out of pocket to avoid a possible insurance premium increase and was told yes. I decided to leave my vehicle with AVC to be repaired. I returned to AVC once I was notified that the repairs were complete. On arrival, I examined the repairs done to my vehicle and noticed that the scratches were still visible. The scratches were minor but still visible and confirmed by AVC. I told AVC that I could not accept the repair with visible scratches despite them being minor because I brought my vehicle to AVC for a complete repair. AVC replied that the extent of the repairs were based on me asking for an option to either go with insurance paying or paying out of pocket. AVC interpreted my question as me requesting a partial repair where AVC would buff out the scratches and not completely repair them. AVC then informed me that "99% of the customers would accept the repairs" as the scratches were barely visible in their opinion. I was in disbelief with regard to the remark because I would not purchase a $57K, fully loaded, 2015 Infiniti QX60 and then request a partial fix to save a few hundred dollars. I told AVC that I came to their shop to get my vehicle fully fixed and that was always my expectation. AVC stated that to completely repair the damage, AVC would have to re-accomplish the whole process of removing the bumper, repair, and repaint which would be added cost. I replied, "I want my vehicle fixed" as I originally requested and departed again leaving my vehicle with AVC. Five days later, AVC notified me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon returning for a second time, I examined the vehicle and the repairs showed no damage. Additionally, AVC repaired a rock-chip that was discovered during their second inspection, for which I thank them. I entered the office area and reviewed my bill and it was approximately $500 more than the original quote. I then asked for an explanation of why they are charging me for a repair that was not properly completed the first time. AVC again stated that they tried to save me money by buffing out scratches during the first unsuccessful repair. AVC continued to insist that I did not want my vehicle completely repaired as I listened in disbelief. I stated I will notify my insurance company with this issue. Ultimately, I do not give AVC high marks for their customer service because of their poor handling os my situation. I am still uncertain how a simple question of whether I could pay out of pocket or through my insurance gave AVC the green light to partially repair my vehicle. Btw, the cost to me was the same (insurance deductible), however the insurance company will have an extra $500 cost. read more

I took my Camaro in with front end damage. I was a claimant and getting bad service from the insurance company. Good thing AV Collision had my back, when the insurance company tried only approving cheap non oe parts Rick Jr. told me right away and I was able to prevent it. Audrey and Kris did a great job keeping me informed of the eta. The owner Rick personally double checked my car to make sure it was up to his high standards. My car is as good as new and highly recommend this shop! read more

First of all if you another option besides this place, to take your car too I would highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. I feel sorry that this place has absolutely no respect for customers, Richard (The Owners Son) the manager as he states is one of the rudest individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This man has one short temper, if you call him out on something he said that he didn't intend you to notice; he absolutely loses it. Also this shop has to zero to no regard for customers time, If you say that a car will be ready for pick up on a certain day and time. Just save us the hassle and wait until the car is 100% for sure ready, don't lie to your customers. Definitely lost my business and I won't be recommending this place to anyone who needs auto repair in Antelope Valley. If I could give this place zero stars I would, believe me If you must do business here, I would highly recommend avoid talking or dealing with Richard ( The bald man). Besides this unfortunate event, the other staff like Aubrey and Jesse are a pleasure to work with. They handled all our questions and requests very professionally, If I didn't have that incident with the owners son this place would have gotten a 4 or 5 star review. read more

I was badly treated there for a guy , I do not know his name , I know it because I do not speak good English, he always treated me badly like racist ... one day we had an problem to leave the car , he said many things to me, like i do not work for you ... I called my insurance company and reported what happened ... AV COLLISION was obligated to return the check and I fix my car elsewhere... another lady that work there saw everything , stuff too rude STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

AV Collision is an amazing shop. They had great customer service. I was give up to date notifications on the status of my vehicle. The work was completed in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, we've had to bring our cars in 3 different times. The service is amazing. My car was in for repair for over 4 weeks, not because of a slow repair, but because of a meticulous one. The warning lights on my dash, kept going off, and they would not return my car, until it was perfect. I received update calls twice a week, so I always knew what was going on. I never had to call and hound them for info. Our other car was in twice. Both times parking lot mishaps, sigh, but again, repairs were done quickly with no issues. I hope I don't have to take my cars in again, but if I do, I have no problem going back to them. read more

We have always taken our vehicles there anytime we've had to have any body work done. The staff has ALWAYS been very friendly and it's nice to receive updates without having to call them first. My car was in and out in a timely manner. They even did a quick fix once on my front bumper without charging me. But, even if they hadn't done that, we still love this place. read more

This place is the best in the Antelope Valley. The staff was very friendly and extremely professional. I've gone to other places to get my vehicle repaired and have had horrible experiences. The staff completely put me at ease and I will NEVER go to another shop. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I Highly recommend this place! read more

My family has used this company for assorted issues on disparate vehicles and recommended them to me. I got a quote from a competitor before going (they were touted as a cheap but not high quality business), they beat them by nearly 25% and that was after they adjusted the quote higher because of an issue they didn't see at first glance. Once home I scrutinized both estimates and found that their competitor had included parts and labor on the back of the car when I was only asking for a new front bumper. Needless to say, AV Collision will have my business from here on out simply because they have that ever more elusive quality in a service oriented business; and what most people declaim as mythical at best, Integrity. I highly recommend this company. ::Drops the mic and strides away:: read more

Would just like to say we just had the best experience ever in regards to a body shop. Jesse and his team are the ultimate professionals. They kept us posted throughout the process and the work done was fantastic.. Thanks AV Collision read more

I got 3 estimate for my car and the lowest was av collision and so my insurance refer me to them. The guys told me it will take 3 days but the 3 days becomes 8 days. So I pick up my car at the 8 day and when I inspect my car some part are loose so I have to wait another 3 hrs. to get it done. This shop is not honest to their estimate they give lower estimate so they can get the job and when they got the job they double the cost and the insurance will pay for it because the insurance chooses them. So I hope this will help other customers and insurance on deciding where to get their car fix. If you want more info about my experience to this shop you can give me a call at 8188180030 and my name is ray. read more

We took our car here to get repaired from a rear end accident. The quality of their work looks good, didn't have any customer service issues. Now the part when it started turning bad is when we picked up our car. We picked up the car and never once did it cross my mind to check the car for stuff missing. Upon picking up the car the guy did let us know our center console lid got messed up due to the painter, he's thinking he got solvent on it, anyway they replaced it so no issues there. They did own up to their mistake and fixed it, however, I don't know what happened to our stuff that was in the part they replaced, it is no where to be found. While we were driving along I was looking for the cord we have to hook our phone up to the radio, we have an add on because our car doesn't have an auxiliary input, so the cord sticks out under the radio. My husband took the radio out to see if they pushed the cord in to get it out of the way, come to find out THEY CUT OUR CORD OFF. So now we have to wait until Monday because they are closed for the weekend and we picked our car up on Friday just before they closed. I don't understand how we took our car in to get the back bumper repaired, and for whatever reason they were inside the car messing with our radio and took it upon themselves to cut our cord off. I gave them three stars because they did do a good job repairing the car and for their honesty about the center console lid, but I want to know why they found it ok to cut cords off of the radio and I want to know where our stuff is that's missing. We also noticed our phone holder is missing. read more

3rd time using this place and its awesome! Best customer service, fastest vehicle repairs, and my truck looks flawless!

This place is amazing! From the moment I called to set up my appointment to the moment I picked up my car. They made everything very easy and un- stressful for me. I cannot thank Jesse and the girls up front enough for helping me through all of this. And a thank you to everyone who put my car back to new. I will only be bringing my car to them for any future repairs. Definitely recommending them to my family, friends and anyone who asks!! read more

I took my vehicle here for a simple repair on the quarter panel that required bondo and fiberglass. All the reviews looked great so I decided to take it here since I'm not from the area. The first time they said it was done, they left the bottom of the panel un-buffed, bondo lines three inches long and many other imperfections in the paint. The second time they called and said it was good; I went down and there were 4+ imperfections in the paint and clear coat. I also noticed a significant mileage difference from when I dropped it off, which was alarming since it is a small parking lot and shop, but this was partially justified when Rick, the owner called me the next day. Rick also said he found a couple other imperfections when he personally looked it over. Then, Rick said my vehicle would be ready in three days and that he would personally be there when I come to check it out. That made me feel a little better. When it was ready, I took the trip down to them to find out that the OWNER, Rick, decided I wasn't worth his time because he was not there like he said he would be. That was infuriating to find out he was not there to present the vehicle which took three times to get right. After my final inspection with the manager it was up to par but when I ran my hand down the passenger side (opposite of the work) there was clear coat over-spray on the entire side. This all points to quick cheap work by this shop with no obvious quality control, case and point unfinished buff job the first day. It is unfortunate that a paint and body shop can not get paint and body right. On a positive note, the front desk ladies and gentlemen were always very friendly and understanding throughout. Finally, if an owner tells me they will personally keep an eye on it and present it to me on the THIRD try and they blow me off, I can not give this place a good review, that is business 101. I hope people are checking their work over in the sunlight. Poor quality, shoddy body work business. A.V Collision, please enact some sort of quality control and take better care of your customers. read more

I was sent to AV Collision by my Insurance Co. on a Monday for an estimate. Brought my car in for repair on a Tuesday at 0800. It was ready at 1530 that same day.My car is an expensive car and my deductible was $1000 so I expected to pay at least $1001. It turned out my repairs were not that serious. I paid much less. I received efficient service, friendly service and honest service. My car was repaired exactly as explained and washed. I'm very happy. read more

I took my truck in to have the hood repainted (clear coat was gone, there were acid rain spots in the hood and some areas were showing primer). Update: I had some problems with the repair. However, after talking to the owner (he was very gracious) all of my concerns were taken care of. In fact, he did more than I was asking for. read more
