    Staff working very slow. people who work at this store is very slow. You can spend 40 minutes in line. sometimes can not find what you need

When I told him what I needed , he was so nice he even put it into my car. I couldn't believe he installed it for me & took my old one away. He then looked at my windshield wipers & showed me they were no good also & fixed that too. It was such a nice place & they made me feel so comfortable that even with all the action with mechanics & people there they had the time to take care of me : )

    Called these guys up after seeing a posting for some cylinder heads they had up on car-part.com,…read moregot a hold of them to confirm and was asked to come by and leave a deposit after being transferred a few times (which was kind of weird, but not off-putting by any means). Showed up and the road felt a little sketchy but when I called, they were very willing to direct me to their office all the way at the end of the street (my navigation told me it was further up the road). Quickly found the part, no bait-and-switch there like some places would do. It was located in their New York yard but they had it actually pulled and shipped all the way down to Keyport, New Jersey by 11AM the next morning (note I came to put a deposit on the parts an hour before closing the day before). No extra charge for shipping, price was good, the parts matched exactly what I needed and even came with an extra set of valve covers. Printed receipts and gave me a paper trail for every step of the transaction, so I felt they were trustworthy. The only reason I give it four stars is because they weren't willing to negotiate the price at all and had a little bit of a rushed attitude on the phone somewhat. The prices were very fair though; some yards like to charge over MSRP for used junker parts, but these were right on par with what I'd expect to pay at a u-pull-it yard, but I didn't have to worry about pulling or shipping at all. Would definitely buy from them again.

The store was clean, stocked, and immediately after walking in, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Within 5 minutes Chuck identified the bulb I needed and had me out the door. I appreciate quick and wonderful customer service. I had such a great experience I went back in for windshield wipers for my SUV, later on that day. From day 1 after the install, these were noisy but the representative told us to wait till few hundred miles. Just in 2 months, not only the nosiness persisted but also shuttering just to happen. Car shakes violently on braking. Less than 5000 miles on new rotors and pads, pads are gone and rotors have deep groves. As soon as these were replaced, all issues gone. It wouldn't take a genius to gauge these rotors and pads are defective. The store representative is definitely the worst I have seen. He griningly said u should have come on day 1 just after u put them on. Now, we can't do anything. I asked what's the two year warranty/20,000 miles warranty for. He said I don't want to talk and go back n forth without even properly examining the rotors. Now I have a pack of defective rotors and pads, paid twice to get a damn brake job. I would make a deal with devil but not going to buy anything from this store or warehouse. Damn crooks!
