On two occasions, I specifically asked for help with adjusting my headlights. While I'm not a car expert, like many people in America, I drive daily and expect staff at such an establishment to have a fundamental understanding of how to install headlights. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue. Additionally, the customer service at the desk has been consistently subpar and unprofessional.

Ran my truck and came straight out with them. I came back a few weeks later after learning how to change my oil and ended up with a free oil filter as well.
