When I got the part I said I would never come back here and the manager said "that's fine". So much for customer service, not even an apology or I'm sorry. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I needed 4 lug nuts for my tire. The guy at the store sold me 4 after I told him the make and model…read moreof my car. I made the mistake of throwing out my receipt in the trash can outside. I went out to my car and the lug nuts he sold me were not the right size. I went back into the store, maybe 10 minutes later to return the lug nuts. I went over to the same worker and told him he gave me the wrong lug nuts. He told me I needed my receipt to make a return. I had to go outside and dig through the trash can in front of CVS. I couldn't find the receipt. I went back into AutoZone and I explained that I literally just bought the lug nuts 10 minutes ago FROM YOU. He still said without a receipt, I couldn't get my money back. He would only give me store credit. I asked him that since the purchase was only 10 minutes ago, couldn't he just reprint my receipt and use that??? He said no. At this point , he could have even voided the transaction and given me back my $29. But no! He was extremely stubborn and not understanding in any way. He sold me the wrong lug nuts. Yes, I made the mistake of tossing my receipt. But it was literally 10 minutes from purchasing. He gave me store credit which I probably will never use. I just don't understand why he couldn't help me. I feel like he was just trying to make a stand or something. Don't throw your receipt out guys.

It's easy to install, takes less than 5 minutes and it's a nice little extra service to offer. I just left AutoZone, Clifton and the kid behind the counter said, "You can buy it but I'm not going out there. It's too cold." I don't suggest coming to this AutoZone. On second thought Advance Auto is begining to look better and better. Maybe they should offer customer service skills class and let Ian S. sit in the front of the classroom. It can't hurt.

I have visited this location on three different occasions for simple assistance with my headlights…read moreand other minor issues. Each time, I've encountered staff who are unhelpful and seem inexperienced. They appear to lack basic knowledge about the products they sell. On two occasions, I specifically asked for help with adjusting my headlights. While I'm not a car expert, like many people in America, I drive daily and expect staff at such an establishment to have a fundamental understanding of how to install headlights. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue. Additionally, the customer service at the desk has been consistently subpar and unprofessional.
