Our car was stolen and after recovering it, we contacted Chris Lordi on a friend's recommendation. Chris and his team - shout out to Gary as well!! - made this very stressful process so much easier. They actually towed our car themselves from the impound lot, coordinated with our insurance agent, repaired all the damage and the external scratches and dents. They even had us bring the car back after driving it for a few days after repair to fix any remaining issues we noticed. They were trust worthy, reliable, and communicative every step of the way. M. Simpson, I had a minor front bumper injury on my 22 year old silver Cadillac that was in pristine condition. Vehicles this old can be problematic when finding replacement parts. Chris and Gary truly knowledgeable and professional found an exact matching front bumper cover that fit perfectly as if it were original and I can't say enough as to how perfect they matched the silver color without any paint blemishes. Chris Lordi's work is perfect!! If you live in North Jersey and need body work do not take your vehicle to any other body shop. No shop in Jersey even compares. It is a very easy decision, Chris Lordi's Autobody is clearly the ONLY choice if you want your vehicle to once again look and drive as good as when it rolled off the showroom floor. My SUV was nearly totaled and I was recommend to use Chris Lordi's Autobody.....The whole process, from dealing with insurance companies to making 100% certain that every bit of damage was expertly repaired was handled by the owner, Chris Lordi and his right hand man, Gary. Chris is a character for sure but that only helped take the edge off the aggravation of being in an accident. My 2009 Blizzard Pearl Lexus GX470 qualified for Lexus to fix the peeling paint so I dropped it off on 11/10/21 and waited for them to do their thing. After finding out that they were going to use Chris Lordi Auto Body to do the job, I immediately googled the business and was relieved to see so many positive reviews. I then called and spoke with Chris directly on the phone. Chris was very pleasant and professional as he assured me my truck would look amazing after they were done with it. Lexus had only approved for the metal panels with peeling to be repainted but Chris told me that he would be painting the whole thing, fix damages under my grill, and even paint and fix the bumpers that were damaged from fender benders! Well, I finally picked up my truck today and I can see why his business has earned so many 5 star reviews. Lordi's auto body just repaired my 2018 Nissan Rogue. It is as perfect as showroom new. The body damage was very bad. I was impressed with the personal attention of the owner who gave me updates on the process from the insurance estimates to the actual repairs. All of my questions were answered and I knew I was dealing with a true professional. He restored my car on time and within budget. It was comforting to have the understanding and confidence from the repair shop. He was also highly recommendation by the Nissan dealer. I went out to my car and the lug nuts he sold me were not the right size. I went back into the store, maybe 10 minutes later to return the lug nuts. I went over to the same worker and told him he gave me the wrong lug nuts. He told me I needed my receipt to make a return. I had to go outside and dig through the trash can in front of CVS. I couldn't find the receipt. I went back into AutoZone and I explained that I literally just bought the lug nuts 10 minutes ago FROM YOU. He still said without a receipt, I couldn't get my money back. He would only give me store credit. I asked him that since the purchase was only 10 minutes ago, couldn't he just reprint my receipt and use that??? He said no. At this point , he could have even voided the transaction and given me back my $29. But no! He was extremely stubborn and not understanding in any way. He sold me the wrong lug nuts. Yes, I made the mistake of tossing my receipt. But it was literally 10 minutes from purchasing. He gave me store credit which I probably will never use. I just don't understand why he couldn't help me. I feel like he was just trying to make a stand or something. Don't throw your receipt out guys.

Thank goodness I brought my car there because it turned out all FOUR of my hub bearings were bad. Mike said he's never seen all four go bad all at once. He also told me I needed to replace front and back brakes, and I also got an oil change. The price for all of this work was phenomenal - if I went to the dealership it certainly would have been double, if not more! Carbone's is definitely my new mechanic shop. I had to take 2 buses to go home and 2 buses to get back. His location wasn't convenient to me. My engine light was on. He did a diagnostic and said it was my gas cap. He replaced my gas cap for $65. It costs $14. I could have done that. He put a used gas tank in my car, in spite of the fact that another mechanic discouraged me to do that. I paid $1,000 for a used gas tank. He's not personable and all business. I had to wait in the freezing cold for an hour. No offer to come sit inside or to drive me home. Fast forward now. The engine light came on again. My car failed inspection for emissions last week. Took it to another mechanic locally and he said the gas tank was cracked and other things. I have to replace the gas tank AGAIN with a new gas tank. Desbien had said no to a new gas tank. A new gas tank costs $1,200. The new mechanic agreed with the first mechanic to put a new tank. This guy is a sheister and overpriced for crappy service. Stay away unless you want to get robbed!

Chris Lordi's Auto Body did an awesome job repairing my 2014 Lexus ES 350. The damage done to my car was fairly extensive; the driver's side of my car was side-swiped on Highway Route 80 East on the drive home from work one evening. When I picked up the car, I was so very impressed at the "newness" of the car! It literally looks like a brand new car...and when I sat inside, it smelled like a brand new car! When the car was under repair, I spoke with Chris on several occasions. In fact, when I did call his office, he answered the telephone within the first few rings. My sunroof glass broke, so I contacted my insurance company, who referred me to a glass replacement company. They told me the glass was back-ordered, couldn't give me a date, and advised me to check with my dealership. The dealership estimated 2-3 weeks for the glass to arrive. I then got in touch with Lordi's Auto Body and explained the situation. Chris told me he had been working with his local dealership for a long time and would reach out to them. Incredibly, he was able to get the glass in just about 3 days! They replaced the sunroof glass, cleaned my car, and had the whole job completed in a little over a week from when we first spoke.
