Sir, I am completely WOW-ed…read more We've all read about and envisioned excellent customer service, but it's rare to encounter an experience that exceeds expectations. However, I cannot say enough incredible things about Review Auto Repair Shop. From the moment I walked in, I was met with true professionalism, genuine grace, and a level of compassionate service that is rare to find. Proven to me over the years, they don't just repair my vehicle--they treat me with care, respect, and understanding every step of the way. What truly stood out was their efficiency. The turnaround time was remarkably quick, yet the quality of work never suffered. When I got my car back, it was restored to factory specifications--like it had been given a new life. And I have to say... the personal joy and excitement I felt getting my "SWAG" back was unmatched! That feeling of driving off with everything running perfectly again--it was priceless. THANK YOU! In fact, what I appreciate most is how you have demonstrated that long-lasting customer relationships truly matter to you. I walk away with a sense that I could--and absolutely should--return if I ever needed service again. Sooooooooo....If you're looking for a team that delivers excellence with heart, this is the place, for Riverview receives my highest, maximum, and utmost recommendation! Did they lose my car key causing a copy to be made and forcing me to arrange a second trip to pick the car up after obtaining my valet key? Yep. I'm giving two stars in good faith because Wayne and his crew are nice guys that know how to repair a car quickly and efficiently. Could they be more organized? Absolutely, but the fact that his shop was so chaotic from the amount of work being brought to them clearly shows that they have a solid customer base. This was my mom's choice of mechanic when bringing my beat up Betty in to be re-incarnated for what seems like the thousandth time, however if I had the choice I don't know that I'd be returning again.

The team is truly well-versed in collision repair. What really stood out was the little things. When I dropped off my car, I accidentally left my blue Yeti mug behind. Two Brothers Auto Body - Simply the Best!!!…read more I can't even begin to explain how amazing Two Brothers Auto Body was! From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. The turnaround time honestly blew...my...mind!! I thought it would take weeks, but they had my car looking brand new so much faster than I expected. The quality of the work is flawless -- you'd never even know there was damage to begin with. I am putting up a picture of the side of my car which was crunched in and my doors were mangled. He (yes my car is a "he") looks BRAND NEW! If you're ever in an accident and want a shop that actually cares, this is the place. Two Brothers made a crazy stressful situation so easy, and I'm beyond grateful for how they treated me and my car. I can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you once again
